I have stayed in hundreds of hotels all round the world.this was only the second time I have experienced a checkin later than 14:00 and they were still slightly late even though we were sitting right in front of them! The room was THE smallest twin room i have ever seen and the toilet/shower even smaller... Not a property for the travel weary or a person with a larger frame.

I would recommend this hotel. hotel is a bit dated with some small rooms with no where to store your luggage.

• Paul (5/5): Felt like Harry Potter. The cupboard under the stairs. - Fantastic location. Well maintained I booked a double room but when I checked in they downgraded me to a single room. The room was ghastly. Even for one person it was ridiculously small. A single bed. I'm 6' 1" so my feet were hanging out the end. Bathroom ludicrously small and a delightful view of a brick wall. The room literally was a cupboard under the stairs. . Totally unacceptable

• Tahlecion (8/5): Brilliant location and helpful staff! - Location is fantastic. Close to everything - shopping, supermarket, restaurants. The staff are lovely and helpful. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast are amazing and helpful and the breakfast is wonderful. The hotel is a bit tired and the room I was in was very small with nowhere to put luggage.

• Luiz Olavo (8/5): - The location is very good. It is located half block from Oxford Street and very close to several businesses, metro and train station. Still, it is in a calm parallel street so no disturbances. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the reception and facilities were very nice. The room is small and the bathroom and shower even smaller. I only stayed one night and was traveling for business so I wasn't a problem. Moreover, this is common in London hotels, specially in well-located places like this as they are in old buildings.

Around the corner from Marble Arch tube and Oxford street, the staff were friendly and the overall hotel was a very good and pleasant place to stay. The hotel bar could have stayed open slightly later and the bathroom in our room was on the small side but perfectly adequate.

The bathroom was tiny the bath was dangerously slippy and you couldn’t open the shower screen without hitting yourself in the face as the room was so small .

• Chloe (10/5): Perfect location - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick check in and check out. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location perfect to take a walk down Oxford street or accessing the underground. I would definitely book again.

Not that I did not like but I wish the deposit should have been refunded to me quickly as mentioned by the receptionists. They mentioned that as soon as check-out is done I would have gotten my deposit as the room was well kept but however I am still waiting on my money back.

• tablefortwodiaries (8/5): Smooth & Comfortable stay - Stayed at the Radisson Blu Marble Arch and honestly, it’s all about the location. You’re literally steps from Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and the Marble Arch station......hard to beat that convenience in London. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the check-in experience was smooth. Rooms were clean and comfortable, though on the smaller side (pretty typical for central London). Breakfast was available but i opted out of it as I'm not a breakfast person; and the overall vibe of the hotel felt calm despite being in such a busy area. That said, it’s not a 'luxury' experience....more of a well located, practical stay. Some areas could use a bit of updating, and soundproofing isn’t the best. But for accessibility, convenience, and a reliable base in central London, it does the job well.

Banyoda yukarıdan su çok az akıyordu yıkanmak neredeyse imkansız. Odalar küçük, kahve makinesi var ancak kullandıkları kapsüller bile orijinal değil. Dolap kapakları neredeyse açılmıyordu, zorlarsam kırılır diye kullanmamayı tercih ettim. Mobilyalar eskimiş yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Otel gerçekten Radisson oteli mi emin olamadım. Londra'ya geldiğimde bir daha tercih edeceğimi düşünmüyorum.

• SarahW42 (8/5): Weekend away - I have stayed at a few Radisson hotels and have found them very good value for money. We had not stayed here before. I am a Radisson member and we arrived around midday just hoping to leave our case with them. We were told our room was ready and we had been upgraded. The receptionist was very friendly and made us feel welcomed and valued. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. Room was spacious with coffee machine/hairdryer, iron etc. We were only here for 1 night however if you need somewhere centrally located I would definitely recommend. Oxford street was round the corner and close to tube station etc. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

• Jessica (5/5): - The noice outside our room (103) was extremely audible even down the little corridor to the beds - anyone moving outside or upstairs sounded as if they were in the room with us. It made the sleep quality very poor, and we woke many times overnight. Otherwise we had a lovely stay, thank you.
