• Sarah (3/5): - Good location close to Tube Room uncomfortably hot and dated. Air conditioning not as advertised - very old and functionless. Misinformation about breakfast timing meant we missed it as had to leave for our day out. The Manager acknowledged our issues and compensated for them which we appreciated but the general manner of the night staff/ early morning staff was unhelpful. We would not stay again as it's an expensive hotel and we didn't feel relaxed or comfortable
• Juan Carlos (7/5): Podria ser un gran hotel - Uno espera cierto nivel con la cadena Radisson Blu. Este hotel tiene muchos aciertos y algunos graves desaciertos. La ubicacion es muy buena. La estacion de metro esta a unos pasos y hay cafes y tiendas cerca. El staff es muy amable. Las camas son COMODISIMAS y las almohadas y sabanas una maravilla. El hotel es muy grande y tiene solo un elevador, así que había que estar esperando siempre. Pero el grave problema era el cuidado en las habitaciones. La primera habitacion que nos entregaron no tenia lamparas de mesas de noche, no tenia enchufe cerca de la cama, las luces de la habitacion funcionaban solo la mitad, no había control remoto de la television, las paredes estaban sucias, etc. El staff fue muy amable y nos cambio de habitacion al día siguiente. No éramos los únicos que pedimos cambios por lo visto. La segunda habitacion estuvo mucho mejor. Pero por un hotel que te cobra casi 300GPB la noche... no los vale

Chambre de taille convenable pour Londres. La prise en compte de notre demande de deux lits séparés. Le calme et l'insonorisation malgré l'emplacement sur une avenue passante. Des endroits pour manger à proximité immédiate, supermarchés si besoin, pharmacie, excellent pub avec menu varié. Petit barista servant un très bon café et d'excellentes viennoiseries. La chaleur dans la chambre la nuit (Mois de mai, pluvieux et un peu froid, il est vrai). La décoration spartiate qui rend la chambre un peu froide et impersonnelle

• Charlotte (5/5): Prima maar te duur in verhouding - De locatie was heel goed en de kamer was goed schoongemaakt. De underground zit om de hoek en er zijn prima horeca gelegenheden en een supermarkt op loopafstand. Het bed was prima, kussens waren fijn. Het hotel is heel erg gedateerd en kan zeker een opfrissing gebruiken. De foto van de kamer tijdens de boeking zag er nieuw en gerenoveerd uit. Ik heb een verouderde kamer gekregen met een totaal andere badkamer. De douche was in een badkuip wat ik persoonlijk heel vervelend vindt. De badkamer was ook erg oud, er waren dingen kapot of flink beschadigd. Erg weinig ruimte om mezelf op te maken, slechte verlichting en ventilatie. Ook erg weinig ruimte om je spullen neer te zetten of naar het toilet gaan. Op de foto was dit niet het geval. Toen we hadden gevraagd om een andere kamer was dat niet mogelijk omdat het hotel vol geboekt was.

Equipe sempre muito solícita. Café da manhã bem servido, mas sem variação no dia a dia. O prédio é antigo, característica de Londres, o aspecto interno é muito “fechado”, cores escuras dão um tom pesado as instalações. Ficamos no apto 26 que fica no térreo comprometendo a privacidade em relação à rua. Corredores muito apertados dificultam o trânsito com as malas

• William (8/5): - Room was okay but did not like the shower in a tub for us in our 70's. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly and helpful. Staff at front desk were also helpful with directions. Location was great for tube and museums. Felt very comfortable there in a big city. Very tiny elevator; hallways a bit dark.
• Andrew (8/5): - The hotel is conveniently located just outside the Gloucester Road tube station and within walking distance of the museums. The neighbourhood is leafy and there are also nice restaurants at hand if one doesn't feel like going out after a long day. The staff are courteous, rooms is clean, very comfortable beds and a good breakfast. The furniture in the rooms is outdated and the number of power outlets is limited. We were four in the family room and had to take it in turns to charge all our devices.

• Gosia (6/5): Great location, but just that - Great location near the metro station, lots of restaurants and bars around, quick walk to V&A Museum and Kensington Park. Very welcoming and attentive staff. The room called DELUXE has beaten up walls, paint peeling off, dirty/worn upholstery, broken door chain, safe not attached to anything ( basically a removable box ), seriously DIRTY windows and NO VIEW whatsoever ( most of the window of milk glass ). The bathroom the size of a matchbox, slow draining sink and far from clean. Also, we could hear the music from the bar below starting at 7:30 in the morning.

• Les (8/5): Good hotel with friendly staff. - The staff at the hotel are very helpful. My room was compact but perfect for my needs, I had a good nights sleep on the comfortable bed and the room was very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities are available. The hotel is in a good location too. I thought the breakfast was a bit expensive so decided not to bother and ate out.

Breakfast buffet was good except didn't understand having cereals divided from rest of food. Layout was confusing. Coffee machine not working one day and though they set up substitute one, no condiments nor cups were set up with it. Didn't understand that??? Empty bowls of food not refilled in timely manner. Steak on last night of our group dinner was not good. Too much fat and gristle, too little meat. Room very hot. Shower sprayed and flooded floor when using. No towel holders in bathroom. Very tight quarters in bathroom to sit on toilet.

No traffic noise Somewhat old fashioned and in need of modernisation e.g no charging points in rooms or reception only a small business room. The room could have done with a lick of paint and new carpet. The dining room could do with I little modernisation too. Needs to be more welcoming somehow

There’s also pubs and grocery stores nearby. It was very dated, rooms were extremely small , especially for the cost, and the air conditioning was not suitable at all.

I thought the hotel was a good value for the money. The location was convenient to the Underground. No negatives.
• Renate (8/5): Rundum gelungen - Zentrale Lage, 3 U-Bahn Linien in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Schöne, große Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, aber bei 9 Tagen Aufenthalt jeden Tag das gleiche Angebot (Wurst und Käse).
