• Paul (9/5): Wonderful stay in a favourite part of London. - Location is excellent, being right by the Seven Dials Monument on Mercer St so Covent Garden, Leicester Sq; and Theatre Land are really close by. The rooms have been revamped and freshly decorated. Standard room is a little small. Breakfast was included in the price and was substantial and products on offer were of high quality. Staff were eager to assist with queries. No real negative issues to report.

The staff could not have been more helpful. Also, The room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again. The coffee machine in the room was great! The room was a bit small but that was not an issue. Overall the whole stay was perfect for us.

• donnieg157 (10/5): Great hotel and great location within the heart of London. - We visit London yearly for a family vacation and have stayed at this Radisson Blu at least seven times. We love the quality and size of the guest rooms. The staff has always been very helpful and housekeeping is excellent. The location can't be beat - we can easily walk to many of the west end plays. The Leicester Square, Covent Garden and Tottenham Court Road underground stations are within 10 minutes of the hotel. There are plenty of stores and restaurants within 15 minutes of the hotel.
• anneanderson1156 (6/5): Great Location for theatres - Positive comments are that the hotel staff were extremely friendly and polite, the location was superb for a 2-night London stay including a night at the Royal Opera House. The bathroom was very well equipped with towels on a very efficiently heated towel rail. On the less positive side, the accommodation was a little disappointing for a Premium room. The pillows were far too soft, the bathroom cramped and the hairdryer was located in the wardrobe- not easy to use properly as the lead was too short. There was a lack of facilities downstairs- no welcoming bar. Breakfast was OK but minimum choice of bread. I do appreciate that space in the hotel was at a premium so on hindsight would have booked a larger hotel such as the Bloomsbury Hotel rather than the Mercer Street one which turned out to be more expensive than the Bloomsbury hotel where our friends were staying.
• tkere (10/5): Great stay and perfect location. - Had a lovely 5 night stay @ Radisson Blue on Mercer Street. Stayed on the first floor (one floor up from street) and no noise at all. Across the street from the Matilta show and the Crown bar. Such a perfect location with many walkable shopping and restaurants as well as close to the Metro. Get the breakfast rate with a great buffet plus hot items made from the kitchen included. Staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and well appointed. 2 cans of water given in the room each day and bathroom amenties are very good. Front desk has small candies to take as well as lovely cookies in the morning. Staff is willing to give suggestions for touring and help with getting taxi, etc. Suggestions: Could use some more storage, drawers or more hangers in room and the blow dryer in the closet with a mirror but not great lightening in that area.

The bed was so comfortable, probably the best I have slept in! Lovely breakfast selection both à la carte and buffet selection available. Great location for train and tube access especially travelling from Stansted airport. There were 3 of us in a triple room, and it was slightly tight for space to move around the room when the suitcases were opened up.

The staff goes above and beyond, anticipating every need to create a truly bespoke experience with a 'home away from home' feel. And then a truly excellent breakfast experience, accompanied by superb service. The fact I couldn't remain longer because I had to go back home!

The location is delightful. - Our stay occurred during refurbishment of parts of the hotel and our first two rooms were so noisy from drilling and other construction tasks that we were unable to stay in those rooms. Fortunately the staff was totally responsive and then able to find a third room that was quiet and very comfortable.
