• Geraldine (6/5): Good - The location was excellent, very close to everything including my course I never got the break fast as I had to go to another location which was not convenient. I found a cockroach in the cupboard on my first day where the cups and saucers are kept so I never used it. I had to use a link on my email to open the front door which was extremely annoying and frustrating as I had to ring the helpline three days in a row to get in.

• Raquel (9/5): Vistas espectaculares - La ubicación es fantástica. Hay puntos de carga en frente de la puerta para coches eléctricos. Para nosotros fue fácil aparcar (fuimos en mayo). El apartamento está genial y tiene unas vistas preciosas de la catedral. Es silencioso. Se ve que tienen todo muy preparado (recepción y zonas comunes cuidadas). En primer lugar, cuando lo reservas te hacen firmar un contrato muy largo (con cláusulas que me parecen correctas sobre el ruido, fiestas, etc). Luego hay una cláusula que te cobra aparte la limpieza 66€ y la opción de pagar 300€ de fianza (se queda con 10€ que no te devuelven porque dicen que es de gestión) o la opción de pagar 25€ sin devolverte esos 25€. En este punto, no me gustó ya que siempre te dice booking que no se paga más de lo que te pone en el precio total…por lo que tuve que hablar con booking. Decir que al final solo me cobraron 10€ y no más los 66€, de todas formas esos 10€ no me parecen adecuados ya que cuando reservas, no te indica en el anuncio que tengas que pagar nada más. Por otra parte, nosotros entramos en mayo y no hacía falta aire acondicionado, pero en un momento que lo pusimos entró un poco de olor “raro”, aunque te das cuenta que es también del exterior porque está cerca de un río (no se si habría alguna forma de mejorar esto con un filtro, o simplemente añadiendo ventiladores de techo). Además de hacerte pagar la fianza por si hubiera daños (y quedarse los 10€) se ve que no han arreglado ciertos deterioros de inquilinos anteriores (puerta del armario de cocina que no cierra, topes de puerta, etc). Si pagas una fianza que a priori no te dicen, luego no usas ese dinero para arreglarlo? (son deterioros que parecen de bastante tiempo, ya que se comentan en otros comentarios). Nuestro apartamento fue el número 5. También los 66€ de limpieza…es verdad que cuarto de baño y cama estaba súper limpio, pero había pelusas en el salón debajo de la mesa y en las sillas unas manchas… También le hicimos algunas preguntas a la chica que nos atendió, pero no nos resolvió las dudas de todas.

Ramu, jokio triukšmo iš kaimynų, jų net nesutikom. Yra liftas. Labai gerai praleidome laiką. Apartamentai atostogų nesugadino😆. Rekomenduoju Gal kiek sudėtinga registracija. Reikia iš anksto užpildyti registracijos formą. Šiek tiek nesusipratimas buvo, kad bookingas panaikino nuorodą, kurioje buvo informacija kaip patekti į apartamentus. Gerai, kad viešbučio administracija greitai atsakinėja į žinutes.

Ingen mulighed for at tjekke ind før tid, selvom vi dagen før modtog en mail fra dem om muligheden. Der er en skydedør til toilettet som ikke kan lukkes.

• Pilar P. P. (10/5): - El apartamento está muy limpio y como nuevo, es amplio y con todo lo necesario; camas cómodas y mucha luz. Hay un pequeño patio en la planta baja con mesas y sillas y en la azotea una zona de descanso con bonitas vistas, son dos sitios agradables para estar un rato descansando o leyendo.

• Yasmin (5/5): Nice apartment, ants on the room, problem with air conditioning - The location was great, confortable bed, big apartment. There was ants on the bed since day one. We also had a unpleasant proble with the air conditioning - one of my family members was supposed to sleep in the living room but the temperature was like 29º (celcius) meanwhile out side was arround 17º. The team could fix the problem on the second day. When making the reservantion, it wasn't clear to us that the breakfast wasn't on the same place/building as the accomodation.

• Sandra (8/5): - Izvrsna lokacija, neposredna blizina centra. Apartman ima sve sto je potrebno za kraca putovanja. U apartmanu nas je bilo troje, jedan bracni krevet u spavacoj sobi i kauc na razvlacenje u dnevnom boravku. Svo troje nas je pocela svrbiti koza nakon prve noci, ne znam do cega je. Mozda do sredstava s kojima se pere posteljina ili zbog nekih buba ( grinja ) nisam sigurna, ali to je definitivno ostavilo negativan utjecaj na boravak u apartmanu.
• Yolanda (8/5): Perfect - Accommodatie zeer goed, ook de locatie Huur was 9 nachten maar handdoeken werden niet verschoond, dat kon voor 25 euro. Evenals wc papier en keukenrol en shampoo zelf bij moeten kopen omdat er 9 dagen geen schoonmaak langskwam.

• Alfredo (9/5): Moderno y práctico alojamiento para conocer el centro histórico de Málaga desde cerca, a pie - No usamos el desayuno delivery porque nos pareció más simpático - y barato - usar el desayuno de un café muy cercano, a una cuadra de distancia. Abrir por primera vez una de las puertas de la alacena (mueble superior) de la cocina requirió fuerza y atrevimiento para descubrir cómo hacerlo. Es bastante dura. ¡¡¡Pero nos gustó!!!

• Lenka (9/5): Well-equipped, spacious apartment in a good location. - Spacious apartment with great amenities. Earplugs were provided, which is a thoughtful touch, as evenings and mornings can be a bit noisy if you prefer sleeping with the window open. The view from the bedroom window is excellent, and there is also an upper deck where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. The bathroom includes a wall heater and a hair dryer with a diffuser. The kitchenette is well equipped with everything you need, including a small fridge, microwave, stove, and capsule coffee machine. When booking, I didn’t realize that breakfast is served off-site (appartments at Av. de la Roselada), about a 7-minute walk away. It wasn’t a major issue, but it’s worth noting. The bathroom has a sliding barn-style door, which doesn’t fully close and may affect privacy. Access to the apartment (one unit per floor) is managed via a mobile app used to unlock the door. It took a couple of minutes to set up, but it could be less convenient for guests who are not tech-savvy, do not speak English, or are arriving tired. It also means you need to have your phone with you at all times to access the apartment. Wi-Fi is available on-site, so you can download and set up the app upon arrival.

Facilites could be better. - - Value for money is ok, decent size apartment for a family of 4 (two kids). - Beds are okayish (well one is good, the second seems like a sofa bed, cant expect too much out of that). - Good location, very close to city centre. View from the room and shared balcony is quite nice. - I was required to pass an additional check-in form before arrival, it charged me 25 euros which to my knowledge were never referenced on booking - There is no proper bathroom door, it's like a wooden cover that you slide left or right, doesn't properly close. Even if you are quite comfortable with the other members of your family, you don't really need everyone to listen to your bowel movements while being 1 meter away. - AC did not work no matter what we tried, we were freezing during the night. - TV is a very low quality hisense smart TV, very slow and TV channels offering is poor - Even though we were on the 5th floor, the area seems quite vivid during the night, was relatively loud - Some kitchen cupboards are in poor shape - There was an digital fireplace simulator below the TV in one of the bedroom. It did not work.

• Ida (9/5): Beautiful apartment! - I loved the layout and the decor was gorgeous! And great location! And the big windows in the front room let in lots of light. The bed was firm with just enough softness to support my lower back. :) The included soaps and lotions had a lovely scent. And it was great to have 2 different AC's which worked coz the bedroom and living room were so separate coz of the layout. Plus they let me leave my bags early in the room. :) Getting in was a little challenging coz the Booking.com website cannot seem to email my address! :( And I didn't get the info I needed. But when I called the host's number someone met me at the door and helped me out and I got the door codes etc via Whatsapp.

• Oliver (7/5): Agradable y tranquila. - La ubicación es perfecta, a 1 minuto del centro y a la vez un lugar tranquilo y silencioso. La habitación de matrimonio era estupenda, cama súper cómoda y silencio absoluto. El salón donde está el sofá cama no estaba preparado para dormir, los stores son muy finos y dejan pasar mucho la luz de la calle, por lo que hace difícil dormir bien en esa estancia. Sólo habían tres sillas para una familia de 4 personas y una tenía la pata rota.

• Hamid (9/5): Met all expectations - The apartment is well located just at the outskirts of the old town. It is an 8 minutes walk from the Málaga Centro Almeda train station, and very close to the town central. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the hosts were thoughtful enough to provide room slippers for the family. It came with all the amenities that were promised, including fresh towels, coffee pods and a hair dryer. The stay unique customer service team was very responsive, they attended to our queries via WhatsApp within 10 minutes. The hot water was not switched on on the first day, so we had to fiddle around with the settings. Customer service was of great help. The apartment design is weird, but I guess that is the constraint of the building.

• Johan (10/5): Een super weekje tussenuit! - Topappartement op toplocatie! Zowel aan voor- als achterzijde mooi uitzicht en ook dakterras mocht er zijn. We hebben evenwel (te) weinig genoten van het appartement vermits er in Malaga zoveel te beleven viel. Het was toch altijd fijn om in zo'n tof appartement 'thuis' te komen na dagje Malaga en omgeving. Geen verbeterpunten op te merken!

• Kevin (4/5): I wish I had not chosen Stay Unique and I shall never stay in one of their properties again. - The worst aspect was dealing with the property company's customer services. I spent hours trying to satisfy their demands before they would send the access codes. The property had potential but was let down by several poor design features (eg seats so low that the living table could not be used) and shoddy workmanship (eg door knobs falling off). Contrary to its advertisement, this property does NOT offer breakfast - it instead send you to an indifferent cafe several streets away.

En ansat lukkede os ind i lejligheden. Pænt og rent. Ørepropper på sengen. Sovesofa-sengen i stuen var ikke så komfortabel. Der er skydedør til toilettet, som betyder at det ikke er muligt at lukke helt af til badeværelset. Der er nogle klikke lyde i lejligheden, som er irriterende om natten, nok derfor der ligger ørepropper;-)
• Simona (9/5): Calme, confort et vues incroyables! - L'appartement était magnifique! Très spacieux, joliment décoré, confortable, fonctionnel, bien insonorisé, calme. Bref, un vrai havre de paix! Ce que j'ai préféré c'était le coucher du soleil à travers la baie vitrée du séjour et la vue incroyable depuis la chambre à coucher, avec le soleil se levant sur la cathédrale. Au 6ème étage, il y a une terrasse commune avec vue à 360 degrés. Je regrette de ne l'avoir découverte que le dernier jour. L'appartement est à la fois proche du centre historique et du métro pour l'aéroport. Dans la salle de bain, les interrupteurs étaient mal fixés, mais fonctionnaient malgré tout, et la porte de la douche était un peu capricieuse. Mais pour le reste, les équipements étaient de très bonne qualité. Le lieu du petit-déjeuner est à 5-10 minutes à pied, et la qualité est inégale, mais le personnel est sympathique.

Spisestole er slidte og man sidder næsten nede på gulvet😆 Døren til lejligheden skal åbnes via et link, så hvis man ikke har internet dækning eller midter sin mobiltelefon kan man ikke komme ind. …
• Jamal (1/5): we could not stay due to the above factors not in our hand - we never were able to access after 2 hours waiting in the street , we tried to call , message , door bell ring and urge help from inside no one open the door and did not know how to get in so we left using Taxi to another place nothing was right with the place nor receiving , or welcoming we never had the chance to see inside nor to be invited or talked to anyone for 2 hours maybe due Sunday or football match we learn all city was celebrating but we dont like football so it is not good excuse !

• Alena (10/5): Amazing place, fully recommended! - Communication before and during our stay was perfect, we loved the location itself being close to the centre and train station as well, and can only praise how the flat was equipped. We can 100% recommend it! The final nice touch was the Halloween decoration and our kid getting a lollipop on the occasion of this holiday. There is nothing to mention.

• Lucia (7/5): - Abbiamo preso 2 appartamenti per 8 persone, i locali abbastanza ampi, posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi, pulizia ottima. Arredamento molto carino Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un pó di difficoltà per accedere agli appuntamenti, c'è stato un piccolo errore di comunicazione e abbiamo perso più di un'ora per poter comunicare con qualcuno. Nessuno esce per aiutarti e se non conosci l'inglese o lo spagnolo diventa un problema. Inoltre i bagni hanno le porte scorrevoli e non chiudono bene, per fortuna eravamo solo donne,perché dai lati delle porte si vedeva quello che stavi facendo dentro. Anche il check in online non è tra il più semplice. Consiglio alla struttura di semplificarlo un pó
• Jarosław (9/5): - Pomimo otoczenia budynku, które może budzić mieszane uczucia, to sam apartament bardzo czysty i wygodny. Na śniadanie trzeba było przejść kilka uliczek dalej, ale były bardzo smaczne w "lokalnym" stylu.
• Mani S 386 (10/5): Great apartment ⭐️ - The space. The location. The amenities. Comfortable beds. Really great apartment.had everything inside needed. Could have been a little bit more cleaner. Noticed a couple of things that I wasn't to pleased with but nothing standing out that made me not happy. Tbh thats a me nitpicking... Maybe the only thing I can say i didnt like was there no safe I could find. I think there was one but it wasn't clear or had any instructions . Had AC but i couldn't get it cool enough that I would have liked.

• Lena (8/5): - Bra läge vid historiska stadsdelen och tyst. Kändes nytt och fräscht. Sista dan var utcheckningen kl.11. Vi gick ut och åt frukost var tillbaka 9.30 och koden till lägenheten hade upphört. Panik, eftersom bagaget var kvar i lägenheten och taxi väntade .Vi hittade ett tel.nr och kunde få hjälp att öppna. Men sånt här får bara inte förekomma. Det drog ner betyget ordentligt.

• Damil (10/5): Comfy, spacious apartment in a fantastic location in Malaga - Beautiful, clean apartment in an amazing location. The apartment was bright and spacious, with plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, good cold A/C, and a well-stocked bathroom. They even provide you with slippers, earplugs, and an eyemask. Beach umbrellas were available for use for free in the main lobby. Keyless access through an internet link, make sure your phone is charged when coming back to the apartment. Sofa bed mattress was not very comfortable and the kitchen could use more essentials like oil and seasonings. Bathroom door doesn't lock.

• Csaba (8/5): Mintha mindenen spóroltak volna. - Közel volt a belváros, az élelmiszerbolt. Vasaló volt. A megadott érkezési idő előtt még 1 perccel sem foglalhattuk el a szállást / CSAK 15.00 /. Ezt nagyon bosszantónak találtuk!!!!!! Jó lett volna, ha legalább a hátizsákunkat lerakhattuk volna a szálláson, reggel óta cipeltük. A WC papír szintén ki volt számolva / 4 főre 2 vékony tekercs!!!! 4 napra /. Ezen nem kellett volna spórolnia a tulajnak. A közeli boltban vásároltunk. A tusfürdő szintén ki volt centizve. Kávé volt, de cukor nem járt hozzá. Szekrény nincs. Csak polcok. Sötétítőfüggöny nincs a szobákban, helyette szemellenzőt kapunk.
