• Yasmina (10/5): Excellent séjour dans cet appartement qui a du style ! - Appartement très bien situé. Toutes les commodités sont proches : métro pour l aéroport , bus. La grande avenue principale qui traverse malaga. Les supermarchés , les deux grands centres commerciaux , les petites ruelles avec de bons restaurants. Emplacement idéal !! L appartement est magnifique, propre. Petit balcon qui permet de regarder le coucher du soleil. Le personnel qu on ne voit pas uniquement des échanges par messages est très réactif. J aurais aimé avoir un store qui s enroulé se déroule pour avoir la lumière du jour et aerer la chambre.
• 007-JB (10/5): Besser kann man nicht wohnen. - Die Wohnung und deren Aussicht ist sehr schön. Das Viertel bietet in unmittelbarer Nähe alles was man braucht: Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars, Bäcker, Cafés und ist sehr schön. Verschiedene kurze und schöne Wege führen in die nahe gelegene Altstadt. Die Strände sind auch nach 30 min Fußweg erreichbar. Für unseren Bedarf wirklich die perfekte Wohnung. Der Android Fernseher lässt keine Bildschirm Spiegelung zu.

• Kerstin (9/5): Großzügige Wohnung mit Loft Charakter in Altstadt Nähe. - Wunderschöne, große Wohnung, 10 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt, bequeme Betten, toller Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick, voll ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Couch, schöne Beleuchtung. Das Bad war zwei geteilt in Dusche und WC, beide Räume waren sehr klein. Im WC leider permanent unangenehme Gerüche. Dusche mit wenig Wasserdruck.

Also walking distance from train and public transport. Very nice building, with security and reception, and with elevators The apartment was very spacious and very modern Separate shower and toilet is convenient Nice and well equipped kitchen. Rooms were comfortable Nothing negative, The price was a bit high but the apartment was very good.

• Simona (9/5): Nice apartment near old town, but problems with car parking - It is near old town, very nice neighbourhood, nice building, you can go everywhere in 10–15min. Nice spacious apartment with all amenities in 6th floor. Everything looks new and very beautiful. No free parking spots, near building parking paid, and you can stay only for 2.5 hours. At night its free from 20:00 to 9:00, but it is very diffucult to find place even during payed time. One 24h parking lot nearby, but 2e/ hour. Floor in apartment was dirty, no toilet paper. Needs deep cleaning. Some noice during night.

• Timothy (8/5): Wonderful apartment, great views, complicated check in. - Great location, 5 minutes walk from downtown Malaga. Comfortable accommodation and beds, well stocked kitchen (although we didn't do any cooking). Shower great. Wonderful views over west Malaga skyline to the mountains (on the 9th floor). Supermarket and pharmacy less than 1 minute away. Loved it. Generally we had a great time, however ...... the check in was (to us) very complicated involving photos of passport, us holding passports of all visitors. Also deposit of 150 euros, with veiled threats of losing some if we didn't remove the rubbish, left rooms tidy etc. Not great. Also 2 wash basins, one towel, only one toilet.

• Johanna (10/5): Great spot. Good value for money. - Excellent location: near enough to the action in the town but far enough away to be able to get a good night's sleep! Apartment spotless. Good communication from agents as to how to get in. Loved it.
• Tracy (7/5): No hot water - The apartment was nice and modern and about 15 minutes from the Cathedral area. In the main the facilities were good. The apartment had night lights in case the guests visited the bathroom during the night. We stayed for 2 nights, but had no hot water for the duration of the stay. We could not use the showers and had to boil hot water to wash. As we were only there for 2 nights we only had one evening and a full day to explore the city so were out most of the time. Initially we thought all the water must have been used by other guests, but on the 2nd day we realised there was still no hot water. By that stage the office was closed and by the time our hosts picked up on the message and said to let them know when we would be in so a technician could enter we were leaving for the airport. The provision of bin bags would also have helped when we disposed of our waste in the basement bins.
• Julie (9/5): Superb - Light and spacious apartment exactly as portrayed in the photos. Reasonably well-equipped kitchen with a few basic cooking ingredients left, which was a bonus as we were staying for 2 weeks and doing some cooking. Good Wifi. Very quiet. Great location if you don't mind a 10 minute walk to the centre and beach. We had already stayed in the old town and preferred the less touristy area of Soho with a more reliable choice of restaurants. Good location for transport links; we were cycling and it was a great for easy access for road cycling routes and safe storage of bikes. Easy to collect the keys from the key box in nearby location. Details regarding collection of the keys were a little late in being sent ie. less than 24 hours before our arrival. I would have preferred earlier notification. It was a shame that the washing machine was not in use. It's not included in the apartment information so it was my mistake to overlook that. Launderette is 10 minutes walk. More cleaning equipment and materials would have been appreciated. As we were there for 2 weeks it was reasonable to buy kitchen and bathroom cleaning materials but not ideal for a short stay. More cleaning cloths, tea towels and hand towels needed.

• Sarah (1/5): Do not recommend, terrible communication from the hosts - The apartment has a nice view and is within 15 minutes of walking to most locations The key collection is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Not ideal after travelling, in the heat and with your bags. When we got to the lobby of the apartment we were told repeatedly by staff we were in the wrong location despite me pulling up the address from the booking.com website I messaged the property just over a month before our stay with a few queries including the airport service they offered, no one ever got back to me. We stayed Tuesday-Monday. I messaged the host on Thursday evening to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. I followed up again on Friday and was told they asked maintenance and the cleaners but no one had gone. We left Monday and no one came all weekend and I never heard back from our host. I ended up having to buy toilet paper and laundry detergent to wash our towels. There was no instructions on where to put our trash so we had it just bagged up sitting by our front door for the stay. We saw a cockroach in the hallway when we got off the elevator on one of the days during our stay. The location looks like it's right next to the beach but that is actually the harbour which is a massive port for cruises. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away. Bring your own detergent, toilet paper and bin bags as the house supplies nothing. There was one hand towel for three people and three sinks (two bathroom sinks and once kitchen sink). No cloth or towel for the dishes even. The king bed is just two single beds pushed together

• Petr (9/5): Before arrival you have to pay a deposit of 150€. (Full deposit refunded very quickly. In my case the next day after dep - The apartment is in a good location. Most attractions in the city can be reached on foot. The apartment is on the 9th floor. The house has a reception. Very good communication with the staff. Very comfortable beds. The apartment was not completely clean upon arrival. If you do not clean up after yourself, you will have to pay for cleaning. You will be notified in advance.
