Al check out la possibilità di tenere le valigie fino alla partenza La manutenzione della camera, i confort erano inesistenti, il minibar era una frigo con tre bottigliette per 4 giorni, né un bicchiere né un bollitore per farsi un té. La macchinetta del caffé era presente fuori dalla stanza ma senza cialde, bicchieri, acqua. Ci é stato dato un qr code per un wifi che non agganciava. Netflix presente ma non attivo. Camere piuttosto rumorose, ma non dalla strada. Non ci è piaciuto dover fare check in e check out in pizzeria

• FLORIA (6/5): Splendido - La posizione perfetta per girare Napoli. La stanza molto pulita e cambio asciugamani ogni mattina. I bagni sarebbero da rimodernare, e il rumore alla sera fino a tarda notte soprattutto sabato sera fino alle quattro del mattino, e che i serramenti erano buoni, purtroppo la struttura si trova proprio su una piazza molto frequentata da giovani.
• Ila❤️ (7/5): Poteva andare meglio - La posizione centralissima. In un attimo eravamo in via Toledo, spacca napoli, quartieri spagnoli ecc.. Sinceramente non ho apprezzato il fatto che su booking non sono stata minimamente calcolata dall'oste. Sono arrivata lì non sapevo dove andare per il check-in e ho dovuto telefonare. Su booking avevo chiesto la colazione senza glutine per mio marito, non mi hanno risposto e infatti mio marito, nonostante avesse pagato per colazione inclusa, non ha avuto neanche un piccolo pasticcino gluten free, o che ne so, una brioss confezionata.

In qualità di ospite della struttura se si pranza al ristorante O' Munaciello si ottiene uno sconto. Però questa volta ho trovato la serratura della porta della camera difettosa, andrebbe aggiustata; nella Prenotazione diceva camera con balcone su via principale ed invece era interna; avevamo chiesto delle coperte ma non è stato possibile averle il giorno dell'arrivo, avremmo potuto averle il giorno dopo, per fortuna non ce n'è stato bisogno.

• Barbara (9/5): Consigliatissimo per gentilezza e accoglienza - Il proprietario e il personale, di una gentilezza rara, ci hanno accolte di notte oltre l orario di check-in, nonostante fosse ormai mezzanotte non sono stati frettolosi addirittura avendo un ristorante e dei bar nel circondario nonostante fosse orario di chiusura si sono premurati del fatto che avessimo mangiato, ci hanno offerto da bere. La colazione era ottima potevamo scegliere ció che volevamo dal bar, sono stati altrettanto disponibili e gentili l ultimo giorno a tenere le nostre valige oltre l orario di check out. La posizione è tranquilla ma nel cuore di napoli. Lo consiglio al 100%

• Vivienne (6/5): Passable stay in a very good location. You get what you pay for - Clean, great location The breakfast included is very unclear. A pastry and coffee seems to be the offer? No hot water one day, and were laughed at when mentioned.

We enjoyed the typical breakfast in a local established as arranged by Munaciello Rooms We booked a room for 3 adults and the booking indicated a large room with terrace, dining table and space. We were given a very small room with the 3rd bed squeezed in and no space to sit except on the beds. This was surely not what we booked and paid for. In addition the shower leaked and created a puddle in the small bathroom. All rather unpleasant for a 4 night stay.

The hosts, from the “Munacciello restaurant” were super kind. Too noisy. And when I say too noisy it means that it is above bars that stay open until 2.30h. • Jillian (10/5): Exceptional - The family room was very spacious everything you needed was there and was very clean. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The food in the restaurant was good and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was in a small cafe over the square with a good choice. Nothing to fault, apart from no lift so had to carry 3 suitcases up a flight of stairs, although the young guy called Gen, who spoke English, helped

However it’s hard to find the address, the staff has no much information, we requested a crib and we didn’t get it until the day after, they say they have breakfast but they only give you one pastry and one coffee. Also they told us if we eat in their restaurant we get a discount (15%) but we didn’t get any when we ate there.The rooms could be a bit cleaner and they should restore them as many things were broken or not working.

We were sent from pillar to post. The owner lured us to his restaurant with a 15% discount, but then refused to give it. Breakfast was bad. The apartment is located in the busy entertainment centre, so there was noise from people going out until late at night.

Ate at the restaurant that belongs to the apartments and the food is reasonably priced and very good.The staff are first class. Nothing. Some outside noise is to be expected due to the location. The room is big and a balcony It was not so easy to get the keys from the owner (no reception) need to ho to the pizzeria on the virner and ask for the keys and wait for somebody to come and show you the way.
