• ann (8/5): - The property was difficult to locate and I felt alone in a space with several other B & B rooms.
• Eleanor (1/5): Avoid staying here as it may happen to you too - Didn’t stay so cannot comment The property advertised airport shuttle service so we booked it for this reason. The owners offered to pick k is up from the train station when we arrived in naples. They told us the price for the airport shuttle would be €35 and €40 to the airport the next day. We thought it was steep but agreed for convenience. The shuttle service was a Nissan duke! When we got on the car plain clothes police stopped us getting into the car. The police told us it was illegal for the owners to charge us for the service and advised us not to stay at the property as they were extorting money from us. We had to make a statement and provide evidence of all the correspondence between us. This was incredibly scary for us and our 6 year old son. It also took several hours to sort out so ate into our holiday time. The police were amazing and found us another b&b but left us shaken and shocked. We didn’t end up exploring Naples as planned because of it all. Booking.com also refunded our money but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I wouldn’t trust this place as they obviously knew it was illegal. They asked us to say we were family visiting but we refused to lie to armed police. The taxi fare to the airport is a flat €21
• Scott (7/5): Good - Close to public transport/tram into Naples
• Yangchen (9/5): Comfortable and quiet place in Naples. - The room is very spacious, the decorations which represent Naples and Capri Island are really thoughtful. Most importantly, the host lady is the most enthusiastic one I have ever met, I will choose to stay again if I come to Naples next time. You have to carry your luggage through the stairs, but they got people to help me. Some room didn’t get a good reception of wifi, I hope they can install an amplifier later.
• Marc (8/5): Fairly priced, clean stay in proximity of the Naples airport - We had a short stay because we had an early morning flight. The stay is conveniently located if you’re coming from or going to the airport. The place is very nicely renovated and clean. The hosts were welcoming and very friendly. The area around the house is a bit old/run down. The breakfast is very basic with just some small snacks, but can be taken away also if you leave early.

• Reynold (10/5): Hidden Jem - Although the building is an old Italian city apartment building, the apartments inside are finished beautifully, and the hosts were exceptionally helpful and lovely people. All spaces were very clean and the bathroom was very modern. Extremely convenient for travel through the airport. One sit down restaurant and a couple of pizzerias within 2 or 3 blocks. Be aware that the apartment is on the third floor, and there is no elevator. But the old marble staircase is wide. Would stay here again.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Don’t understand how they charge on the room - My wife and me was staying there for 2 nights ending part of our Italian trip in Naple. I have reached there after driving whole day from Carabria. The room is locating at 4th level and there are no elevator so we need to carry our heavy luggages by hands. After first night we have left there and sight seeing in Naple the owner send me a message complaining about that we used a single bed in our room. He said he need to get extra bags for using the bed in same room. He charge me extra 100euro. The room has one double bed and one single bed and we are 2 people. Who consider you get extra charge for the bed in same room without any nortice before making reservation. I did not want to get trouble so I pay as he said. Please be careful when you will deal with this place.
• Jessica (10/5): Ideal apartment stay in Naples - This place was exactly what I needed for my solo trip in Naples. The room was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything I needed. The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating to make sure I checked in ok and if I needed anything. The communal spaces were also clean and nice for relaxing. I was aware of the location before booking, it's a quick bus from the train station, just beware that buses in Naples aren't hugely reliable. Otherwise, it's about 20 minutes. I was travelling as a solo female and felt safe in the apartment. I'd recommend for a stay in Naples.

• Steven (10/5): Great place to stay for airport access. - We stayed for one night and mainly chose it so we would have a quick and easy drive to the airport early the next morning. Enzo was very helpful and available for assistance, and the room was comfy and clean. There’s also a decently sized supermarket right across the street. The breakfast provided was a great time-saver for us as well. This wasn’t a problem for us, but the unit is up two floors of stairs, and if you have a lot of heavy luggage you’ll need to carry it yourself. Also we booked the room for the airport shuttle and were told after booking that the shuttle wasn’t available the morning we were there, but Enzo set up a taxi for us so that wasn’t a problem either.
• Magdalena (3/5): The assistance from a young lady was good, I appreciated her help and the conditions of the rooms as well . I would not - rooms were very clean. Having to go to the 3rd floor using stairs. the building could use some updates to look better. they could have a sign with the name outside the building to know is the actual location. I didn’t like to be sharing common areas with other guests in such a small place. just personal preference.
• Puti (8/5): I just wanna spend the night to catch the morning flight. I’m satisfied with everything and it’s only 10-15 minutes from - The room is spacious and very clean. They said “Breakfast included” but please don’t expect buffet or something like that. I’m happy with the snacks and drinks that they gave in the room as a breakfast. The host is very friendly. He doesn’t speak English but he tried his best to accommodate you and make you feel comfortable. The location is actually in the Apartment. You really need to look for the Apartment building and ask people or contact the Host. He will explain to you. There’s no elevator. The room is located on the 2nd Floor. So be mindful if you have huge luggage.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Dingy Hotel, Bad service, Dont waste your money - The hotel was a dump, my mother arrived there and there was nobody to check her in just a run down dirty building. We rebooked another hotel for tonight a few blocks over. Dont waste your money here.

The location was good but do ensure you communicate with the owner the time you will arrive to the property so he will be there to let you in. The wifi worked well in the common room but not in the actual room you stay in. The neighbourhood around the B+B has limited food options, so plan ahead and bring your own food. Would recommend this place to stay. The owner has done a great job of updating everything in each room.

The only suggestion I would have was to have some access to bottled water as you had to make sure you brought some back with you if you were out and about.
