• Millie (10/5): Wonderful stay! Planning on coming back:) - The property was very clean. Had all facilities that one may need such as a kettle, hairdryer, Fridge etc. The apartment was in a good location once you figured out the streets, only a 15 minute walk to Alexanderplatz and from there many other attractions are in walking distance too! The staff were very friendly too! They are on hand for any questions from 10am till 1.30am! The only thing that I can say as a negative was the shower had a fixture missing, but was still able to use it fine!

There was dust and stains everywhere and they hadnt cleaned it. Expecting a partial refund.

• Giuseppe (7/5): Buona struttura ottimo prezzo ma soprattutto ottima posizione per visitare Berlino - Ottima posizione ed alloggio carino ben arredato Mancano dettagli per una buon accoglienza...ad esempio c'era la macchinetta del caffè con solo tre cialde (eravamo in tre) per tre giorni di soggiorno un po' poco...ma soprattutto non c'erano tazzine...per cui alla fine non si poteva cmq prendere il caffè!

Our room was on different side (not in the main side) of the Hotel: you had to go into the room and out from the room thru different paths which was pretty weird.

• Ashley (5/5): - The apartment is very spacious and it is great to have a kitchen in the room. It is located in a nice area with places to eat and buy groceries close by. There are a few things that need updating and fixing - The pillows are terrible I would bring your own, the apartment was clean but had stained kitchen benches and mark across all the walls. Given the cost to stay these upgrades would be affordable and make a big difference

Besteck in Oberschrank) Dongle-Schlüssel etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig im Gebrauch : gut zeigen lassen !! Dongle-Schlüssel: Schlösser fallen manchmal aus weil Batterien leer sind... Unangenehm wenn nach 24h wenn Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt ist...

• Miguel (5/5): Good location, but lacks maintenance. - The location is great. The staff were very attentive. There was a nice coffee machine in the room, and a small electric water boiler. The last 2 days of our stay there wasn't hot water, and since it was a weekend, no technicians were available. So it seems maintenance is not up to date. And not sure if that is a German/Berlin thing, but although we had a matrimonial bed, we had two separate blankets.

• Sylvia (8/5): Prima locatie maar bed en kussens moeten beter. - Ligging en heel fijn appartement met fijne badkamer. Schoonmaak kon beter. Onder bed al in maanden niet schoongemaakt zoveel spinnenwebben hingen daar. Matras erg hard en de kussens waren echt wel aan vervanging toe. We hebben de kussens van het bankje gebruikt.

• Kenneth (4/5): Good location but would not stay again. - Decent location, close to multiple train stations, seemed safe and staff was nice. There were stains on the furniture and shower walls, water did not get hot and shower drain was clogged and leaked water onto bathroom floor. No one was at front desk when we went to inform about issues and ask for towels. All interior door handles were broken/damaged.

• Karen (7/5): Mooi ruim appartement, faciliteiten onvolledig - Mooi appartement in een ruim opgezet gebouw. Er was zeer weinig bestek, kopjes, borden erc. Niet passend bij een appartement. Koffiezetapparaat werkte niet, maar dat hebben we pas bij vertrek aangegeven. Anders denk ik dat ze het opgelost hadden.

• federico (1/5): U want to sleep or not? - It’s hard to say what I liked since i couldn’t sleep because of the noise. The noise, all night, its unbearable. It was up to 50 DB, loud music made it impossible to sleep. I called the hotel to ask, nobody replied, reception closed (even just to ask a more silent room). I’ll ask my money back because I booked a hotel to sleep!

• Ute (6/5): Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt - Freundliches Personal Den Eingang findet man leider nicht, weil nichts gekennzeichnet ist. Als ich dann abends in die Unterkunft wollte, ging die Eingangstuer nicht auf. Ich hatte Glück, dass ich nicht zu spät war und noch jemand vom Counter die Tuer oeffnen konnte. Das Zimmer war sehr verwohnt und auch an vielen Stellen schmutzig. Der Fernseher hat auch nicht funktioniert. Fuer den Preis leider keine gute Leistung. Obwohl Nena direkt gegenüber von der Locations war, in der ich tagsüber war, wuerde ich nicht nochmal dort einchecken.

• Luca (7/5): Ich war schon mehrmals dort und würde wieder kommen. Das check in und out hat gut funktionert und der standort ist super - Das es sehr zentral ist und man gute anbindungen hat. Es ist modern eingerichtet und für einen Städtetrip perfekt. Das zimmer war ein bisschen zu klein für 3 personen. Für 2 wäre es ausreichend aber zu 3 war man sich immer ein bischen im weg.
• Markus (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft in toller Lage mit kleinen Abstrichen - Sehr geräumiges Appartement in einer tollen Lage. Super sauber und geräumig. Manchmal kein warmes Wasser. Der Eingang zu den Apartements bzw. die Rezeption ist nicht der Haupteingang sondern 10 Meter links davon bei einer unscheinbaren Tür. Es befindet sich an der Klingel kein Hinweisschild. Scheinbar haben die restlichen Hausbewohner ein Problem mit der Vermietung. Die Rezeption öffnet um 10 Uhr. Das kann am letzten Tag problematisch werden wenn man schon vor 10 Uhr aus dem Apartment geht aber die Koffer noch dort lassen möchte. Daher empfehle ich dies vorher abzuklären, ob man das Gepäck nicht einfach im Zimmer lassen kann.

• Ana María (1/5): Nada recomendable - La ubicación no estaba mal El apartamento súper sucio, el baño daba asco el vater y la ducha, tuvimos que comprar un producto para limpiar, hacía frío no iba la calefacción, el sofá incomodisimo, almohadas dan pena, son cojines súper finos, cama incómoda, no duermes nada bien y poco materiales de cocina y sucios.

• Anja Benham (10/5): Best place I have ever stayed in Berlin! - The location was PERFECT. I could not imagine a better spot to stay and will be returning because of how convenient it is. The woman who helped me check in was so sweet and informative, even though you could tell she was very busy. The room is VERY spacious and had every amenity I needed (including a full-sized blow dryer!). I cannot wait to return next year <3 Only thing was that there was quite a bit of mold in the shower, but not enough to bother me too much. I think after a good scrub, it will be pristine.

El agua caliente estaba prácticamente helada .

• Beate (3/5): Ich würde die Unterkunft leider nicht mehr buchen. - Die Lage ist super, 5 Minuten von der S-Bahn entfernt. Zum Alex kann man ebenfalls laufen. Auch zur Museumsinsel z.B. für einen Abendspaziergang ist das eine nette Strecke. Um die Ecke ein super Thai mit sehr gutem und günstigem Essen (8,50 Euro !). Edeka und Bio-Laden auch um die Ecke! Der Kühlschrank war noch vom Vorgänger befüllt, es war nicht sauber, überall Flecken, die Gummileisten an der Dusche hingen ab. Keinen Zucker oder Milch zu den Kaffedöschen. Als Allergiker hat man verloren, sehr staubig (Matratzen? Kissen?). Die Vorhänge zu kurz, sodass man bei geschlossenen reinschauen kann. In der Mitte des Zimmers auf dem Boden eine riesen Stolperstelle. Es ist noch sehr viel Luft nach oben. Für den Preis leider inakzeptabel.

• Ilse (7/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar - Fijne studio met een centrale ligging. Helaas door een storing van de stadsverwarming hele weekend koud water gehad. Dit wordt opgelost met een korting die we gaan ontvangen.
