• MARIA (3/5): LO BARATO SALE CARO - Está cerca del centro Fuimos 5 y solo dejaron 2 cápsulas de café y 2 monodosis de aceite, algo ridículo para ese número de huéspedes. El wc de una de las habitaciones estaba atascado e inutilizable. El estado del apartamento es muy deficiente: paredes manchadas, sofá con quemaduras visibles y una clara falta de limpieza y mantenimiento. Dormir fue prácticamente imposible. Entraba muchísimo ruido por las ventanas y, para empeorar la situación, el aire acondicionado de dos habitaciones solo tenía para aire frío. En general, una estancia incómoda, mal equipada y descuidada. No volveríamos ni lo recomendaríamos a nadie. Claramente, en este caso, lo barato sale caro.

• GENARO JOSÉ (3/5): - La situación La tardanza en resolver incidencias de importancia. Cuando llegamos se utilizó el baño que está en una de las habitaciones y estaba obstruido el bajante. Se comunicó la incidencia y tardó día y medio en resolverlo, tras contactar en varias ocasiones con los responsables del apartamento. Un apartamento que tiene dos baños y es para seis personas, no puede tener uno de ellos inutilizado; y además está sucio porque no baja el agua. Además, cuatro días que estuvimos seis personas sin que en ningún momento nos cambiaran las toallas al menos. Localización buena, aunque calle muy ruidosa. El apartamento necesita que al menos lo pinten y eliminen el olor desagradable que tiene.

• Sílvia (6/5): Bien aunque muy mejorable. - Cerca del centro, a pie en 10 min aprox. Habitaciones grandes. Espacio comedor-cocina bien. Cuna para el bebé perfecta. Tele con Netflix. No funcionaba el aire de una de las habitaciones,justo la que da en el patio, donde se oyen los aires acondicionados de todos los vecinos, agua de la ducha suite con poquísima fuerza, baño bastante ridículo. Olían las cañerías de la cocina y no iba a llover. No enciende campana extractora para poder cocinar. Al encender la tostadora, saltaba el automático. Nos cambian las llaves de lugar y no avisan. Ascensor muy pequeño, no hay rampa para poder subir carrito de bebé. La ventana de la habitación que da a la calle da a una carretera de paso constante, por la noche es una locura. Nosotros ARREGLAMOS la persiana para poder bajarla para que no pasara la luz del sol a primera hora de la mañana.
• Ana (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment is excellent and it is easy and quick to get to the city center. The beds and bedding are exceptional. If a comfortable sleep is imperative for you, then I definitely recommend it. It was complicated to enter the building as the link to enter the building was not working. It was easy to get into the apartment because there is a lock with a key on the door. The building is older, so sometimes the sewage in the smaller bathroom smelled.
• João (10/5): Spacious, comfortable accommodation, close to the center! - Spacious 3-bedroom apartment, with two bathrooms equipped with all the necessary accessories. Large rooms with renovated and clean beds, with air conditioning in each one, pillows with harder and softer options. As for the kitchen, it is truly impressive, as it had all the necessary equipment as if we were at home, from pots, pans, pans, oven, stove, washing machine and dishwasher. I already had some products for seasoning, as well as for cleaning! The house is simply fantastic, just don't be alarmed by delivery because it's in an older building! As for the team that manages the space, they were impeccable and always ready to help! Just a few details, which do not condition our opinion but which need to be mentioned. Having to get the keys to the space in a place so far from the house (facilities of the company that manages the accommodation) we consider to not make much sense, given the distance and the time that is lost... It should be autonomous. The indication of the street where the house is located must be reinforced because there are two similar streets and we spent almost 40 minutes finding the house (Calle Capuchinos and not Carrera Capuchinos). In terms of space, just mention that they could provide shampoo and renew the hairdryer.
