• Annika (9/5): Fantastische Lage mit Meerblick + Laufnähe zum Centro histórico - Die Lage ist fantastisch - direkt am Strand und in Laufnähe zum historischen Zentrum, besser geht es nicht. Sehr empfehlenswert. Check-in war easy und das Apartment hat alles, was man braucht: eine (Kapsel) Kaffeemaschine, eine Waschmaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, sogar einen Pürierstab. Als Willkommensgruß gab es eine Flasche Rotwein + Wasser. Alles war sehr sauber, es gab genug Handtücher. Kommunikation war gut. Ein Carrefour express mit Bäckerei ist 20 m vom Haus entfernt für alles, was man so braucht. Strand vor der Tür ist sauber und schön. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine, obwohl bei booking so angegeben, das ist aber nicht weiter tragisch.
• Matej (8/5): - Simple, cute little apartment on great location, open view of Malagueta beach. Check inn process. I simply hate loosing time with filling online forms. You have to upload photos of ducuments and fill the online data form by yourself begore checking inn. Maybe it is just me.
• Andreas (8/5): - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, schöner Blick, schöner Frühstücksbalkon, Sonne bis in den Nachmittag, Entfernung zur Muelle 1 Hafenpromenade 400 Meter, von da kurzer Weg in die Altstadt. Ausstattung einschließlich Küche gut (Zweiflammenherd, Mikrowelle, Kapselmaschine dolce gusto, kein Backhofen) ich fand die Matratze sehr gut, meiner Frau war sie ein wenig zu weich. Wlan sehr gut, konnten unseren FireStick nutzen (Fernseher hat freien HDMI) Bad mit guter Warmwasserversorgung. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 50 Metern. Größe des Apartments ist für zwei perfekt, für drei geht es, für vier wird es wahrscheinlich eng. Kleinigkeiten, wir waren im März da, abends wurde es kühl, wir haben dann die Aircondition als Heizung genutzt, was gut funktioniert aber kompliziert war, weil das Display der Fernbedienung nicht funktioniert. Wir haben das moniert, vielleicht ist die Fernbedienung inzwischen ausgetauscht. Außerdem könnte mal jemand den Wasserhahn im Badezimmerwaschbecken fixen, immerhin, er funktioniert.

• Julia (9/5): - The location is great. The thin walls and it was too much like someone passing through the front room, noisy all the time. It was cold and the air conditioner did not work for heating. The second air conditioner was running on heating, but it was not possible to use it because the batteries in the remote did not work. To which the manager replied, "Buy it yourself."

• Brand director (9/5): - Tämä oli yksityismajoitus, joten aamiainen tehtiin itse ja maistui Jostain kuului outoa säännönmukaista ääntä. Joku laite kytkeytyi päälle ja taas pois päältä muutaman minuutin välein ja aiheutti murinaa, jota luulin ensin ulkona liikkuvaksi kadunlakaisukoneeksi. Se ääni siis kuului ympäri vuorokauden ja pariin ensimmäiseen yöhön en sen takia oikein nukkunut. Mutta ehkä aivot tottuu pikkuhiljaa säännöllisiin ääniin tai sitten olin vaan niin väsynyt, että kolmannen yön jälkeen tuli jo nukuttua hyvin.

• Andreas (9/5): Super tolle Lage direkt am Meer und Strand mit Fussnähe zur wunderschönen Altstadt - tolle Lage direkt am Strand, Altstadt fussläufig zu erreichen, pragmatischer Schnitt der Wohnung, ausreichend groß für 2 Personen, durch Dekoration gemütlich wirkend, viele Geräte neu außer Salz und Zucker keinerlei Küchenzutaten- vermutlich aus hygienischen Gründen so gewollt. Für körperlich nicht mehr so fitte Menschen ist die Duscheinrichtung in der kleinen Badewanne mit Duschwand nicht gut zu erreichen bzw. zu verlassen, für uns war es in Ordnung und sauber (das ist ja leider nicht immer so...)
• Alberto (3/5): - The location was at beach front, with beach view. The host demanded a deposit lock from my credit card, from a third party company. It has been almost a week, the lock was not released. From the booking moment, the host didn't respond to any inquiry made in the booking app. Tried to cancel the booking for free because of this deposit, not an answer. Asked to verify the property state after leaving to release the lock, not an answer. The front window to the beach didn't work and was closed (no beach view from there), but there was an window-door with beach view that didn't close - so no privacy in the apartment. The other problem was that there was a lot of noise in the apartment - either music from the bar until 4am and some kind of machine noise always working. Very hard to rest. Very bad value for money in my opinion.
• Savioli (7/5): - Il punto di forza assoluto è la posizione impagabile: l’appartamento è proprio fronte mare, a un minuto dalla spiaggia più famosa di Málaga (la Malagueta) e vicino al centro, quindi comodissimo per raggiungere ristoranti, negozi e attrazioni. La vista è davvero splendida e la zona è perfetta per chi vuole godersi il mare senza rinunciare alla vicinanza della città. L’assenza di un parcheggio privato (ne eravamo a conoscenza ovviamente che non sarebbe stato disponibile) obbliga quasi sempre a pagare circa 30€ al giorno per un posto auto nelle vicinanze, a meno che non si sia abbastanza fortunati da trovare parcheggi gratuiti non troppo lontani dall’abitazione (cosa non per nulla facile a Málaga). Inoltre, sarebbe stato utile un freezer (anche piccolo) in quanto mancante; presente solo un piccolo frigo. Il condizionatore in salotto non sappiamo come mai a volte sembrava funzionare molto bene, altre invece pareva non andare affatto. Nella zona cucina fin dal primo momento che abbiamo fatto accesso al appartamento, ci ha accompagnato fino alla fine del soggiorno, un odore sgradevole, simile a fogna, che non siamo riusciti a eliminare neanche con profumatori per ambienti. Forse il tutto legato agli scarichi o a una pulizia non accurata. Un vero peccato perché questo ha condizionato un po’ il nostro soggiorno. Anche il costo complessivo ci è sembrato un po’ alto rispetto alle dimensioni e ai servizi offerti. Diciamo che la posizione eccezionale ha compensato molte delle mancanze. Nonostante tutto, è comunque stata un’esperienza speciale, al di là delle piccole imperfezioni di questo appartamento.

• Hernan (8/5): - la ubicación El acceso no es muy user-friendly y me preguntaba que pasa si no tengo internet en mi móvil para abrir la puerta externa del edificio. Para acceder al ascensor con las malestas, hay que subir primero una escalera. El ascensor es extremadamente pequeño. Los ruidos en el depto son tremendos, se escuchan todos los ruidos, de arriba, de los costados

I was worried that if facility is bad based from reviews. it was alright for me. small things here and there were broken and aged indeed but it wasn't a big problem for me. maybe the problem was that while there are small things broken here and there, since you are taking safety deposit, I was worried if they will accuse me of something that was already broken. if you want to hold a safety deposit, maybe make sure to fix all small defects so visitors can just stay without worrying those things. what was inconvenient was there were a small whole in the basin. so water would leak while you brush your teeth, wash your face.. also there were random yet consistent machine noise from the building constantly. my sister wasn't bothered and in the end it fades away to the background sound but if you are very sensitive with hearing.. hmm..

Beautiful artwork on the wall Good kitchen facilities Really enjoyed swimming off the beach opposite and getting back to the room so quickly The access instructions relied on apps that didn't work on my phone. But the host allowed me to send ID details manually and I managed to get into the main entrance to the house through a neighbour then I could use the code for the key access so it was ok. I was worried before I arrived though. It was difficult getting out of the shower due to the shower screen but luckily I'm very flexible, others may struggle
• Greg (4/5): Good location but that's it. - Location was great Since I've paid the deposit, contact with the host was lost. When I got into the property, I found the balcony door secured with the knife. No door lock, no door handle. Just knife in the lock hole to stop the door from opening. There was 5cm gap in the door so the cold air and noise were coming into the flat. Heating was not work so 1st day we were staying in the cold wearing jackets. We lost 1st day of our holiday waiting for someone to come to fit the door lock. If I did not report the damage immediately after collecting the key and getting into the property, then I would lose my deposit. Only one set of keys for three guests staying in the flat so we couldn't split. When I reported Heating not working and asked for more keys- no one reply, no one bothered to answer the phone.

• Bartosz (9/5): Superb - The view from the apartment is its best point. Having breakfast with the sea view is perfect. The apartment is quite big so it is good for even more than 2 people. Constant reminders of not getting back the deposit if you break something or leave too late. Because of that the first thing I did was take pictures to show that damages were there before. The deposit itself I think is quite big it could be a little lower. Unfortunately everyday items were not there like cutting boards or wine glasses. It should be restocked more frequently :)

• Plahe (7/5): Lovely views - The view was lovely. Lots of bars and resturants. Supermarket just around the corner open until 22:00. Had to collect keys from different location. Parking was not free or easy to find. What was described as a "bath", was a glorified deep shower tray. The balcony door had the key broken in the lock and therefore impossible to lock. Did inform host, but no solution was offered.

• Eric (8/5): Very good - Location right on beach but close to town and all facilities. Picking up the keys from a remote location is a nuisance and surely unnecessary. A keysafe outside the apartment would be simpler.

• Idia (8/5): Very good - the beach is just 2 minutes walk with lots of good restaurants to eat and very near to carrefour express.
• Gert (5/5): Passable - Location was the best thing of this accomodation. Everything ( the beach, restaurants or citycenter were nearby). Based on skillfully taken pictures, this place was chosen, but in reality the kitchen furniture was ancient and tired. Instead of a dishwasher, the kitchen had an ordinary washing machine with a door falling from the front. The sound and noise resistance of the premises left much to be desired, voices from the stairwell could be heard, as well as sharp sounds coming from the upper floor. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and outlived their time, the mattresses were stuffy and tired. Things like toilet paper, detergents or garbage bags are things that you shouldn't skimp on, but unfortunately we had to deal with that because we ran out of toilet paper and there was only one piece left in the garbage bags. Of course, it wouldn't have been difficult to buy them ourself, but for this price, we would expect a little more. The dishes washed by the customers were dirty and while drinking coffee, got a bad surprise, there was a large piece of moldy food residue on the inside of the cup, which took away the desire for coffe. With a little effort, this apartment could be made perfect. Location works for itself.

• Hayley (5/5): way too expensive for a gross old apartment - the view it was so expensive. the bed an old mattress with a memory foam on the top. then there were only two old lumpy pillows and a top sheet. that’s it. no additional blankets or pillows were provided. the couch was odd and uncomfortable. everything looks run down and old. caulking was black. sometimes the water ran black in the shower, which only stayed hot for about three minutes. view from the bedroom was onto wires.
• Violeta (10/5): Exceptional - the staff is very friendly and correct. the apartment is in a perfect location, in a few minutes you are in the center, the port, 1 minute to the beach... which is very practical when you are with small children and when you are with your family. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Super market, pharmacy, everything is in front of the building. We were very satisfied and I warmly recommend this apartment.
