• Gaia (5/5): - ottima posizione, cucina fornita. Biancheria e bagni puliti. Da nessuna parte era segnalato che per avere l'acqua calda nell'appartamento avremmo dovuto seguire una procedura che prevedeva l'attesa di 20 minuti dal nostro rientro nell'appartamento. Inoltre l'acqua calda prodotta nei 20 minuti di attesa non bastava per 4 doccie veloci.. Avrei voluto saperlo prima.

The sheets for one of the beds were not available the first night so my daughter had to sleep in her clothes on the sofa under a towel.

Apenas hay luz y la cama secundaria es un sofá cama antiguo, para dormir como mucho una noche. Nos quedamos 3 y no pudimos descansar correctamente.

• Marcela (10/5): Departamento con EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN - Excelente ubicación! A 200 metros de la entrada a la Acrópolis y de la estación de subte. El departamento está muy bien equipado, es interno en un primer piso y el edificio cuenta con ascensor. El personal con el cual nos contactamos por WhatsApp siempre fue muy amable, tuvo un tiempo de respuesta rápido y solucionó el tema en cuestión a la brevedad. Faltaría que dejen una frazada y que destapen la pileta del baño que tardaba en evacuar el agua.

• Maria (7/5): Great Location and Good Value for Money - This apartment’s biggest highlight is definitely its location — right in the heart of Athens’ main tourist area. You can walk downstairs and be surrounded by shops, restaurants, and all the key attractions within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean but a bit dated. We did have some issues with the TV not working properly and the Wi-Fi cutting out occasionally. However, considering the prime location and the price, it was still good value for money. Very secure building. If location is your priority and you don’t mind a few minor inconveniences, this place is a solid choice.

• Dorothee (8/5): Jederzeit wieder - Super Lage - besser gehts kaum! Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig; das Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich war unbequem.
• Nayda12 (5/5): - Location is good and the view from the terrace We found 3 issues one is that when you arrive you have to walk and pick up the keys in other location, second the front door is difficult to open, you will take some time until you finally be able to enter or wait for someone that is entering in the building and let you in Third we have only one roll of toilet paper, so you better take extra or buy at the store

• Céline (9/5): Localisation idéale, appartement confortable et spacieux - La localisation est parfaite pour rejoindre les lieux touristiques et l’aéroport facilement à pied ou en métro. L’appartement est situé à une minute à pied de la station de métro Acropoli. Le quartier est animé avec beaucoup de restaurants. L’appartement est très spacieux avec 2 vraies chambres et un grand salon. Idéal pour les familles. Le matelas de la petite chambre était un peu trop mou et nous aurions aimé un sèche cheveux.

Washing machine came in very handy. Check in process was convenient and smooth. The apartment reeks of cigarette smoke. For non-smokers this strong smell is very unpleasant. Opening the windows does remove the smell. The air conditioning in the living room does not work, so apartment was very hot in the summer. Worth noting the A/C in the bedroom works well.

• Marisa (9/5): Amazingly blessed to have found this apartment and it was a bliss to stay in. - We loved that it was spacious and in a great location. Closing and shutting the doors inside were very loud. With a sleeping baby it was difficult.
• Nicole (9/5): It was hot in Athens, thrilled for the AC and central locstion! - Great location, great to have our own rooms as an adult daughter traveling with her mom! Also so nice to have a washer and full kitchen to store breakfast items and snacks. My only minor complaint was that you had to turn on the hot water in advance of using it for twenty minutes then turn it off. Made it so that you had to plan out and wait to take a shower or clean up dishes. But considering location, price, and other positive aspects it was a pretty minor issue.

Sometime great location is not good enough. - The location is suberb Dirty and disgusting (my daughters found nail clippings in their bed), no Wifi, air-con wasn't working, bath sink and shower were clogged so taking a shower was literally having a bath, we reported the problems to the service providers just for them to send someone who saw and acknowledged all the problems but couldn't fix any, they simply ignored us completely and didn't care. We left the apartment 2 days before the end, stay away!!!

• Lisabeth (7/5): Apartment near the Acropolis - Location is excellent. What an amazing neighbourhood! This is an older building with a quaint elevator and a lovely marble staircase. The bed and furnishings are modern and the kitchen and bathroom have been updated. The air conditioning worked well. A solid deadbolt on the door provided good security, but a room safe would have also have been good. The property management team was responsive and helpful in arranging transfers from the airport and to the port. Guests need to know that if you want to shower, you need to turn on the hot water switch 20 minutes in advance. The room overlooked a small, tight courtyard so you would need to keep the curtains drawn at night or others could see in. The room had not been aired out when we arrived, and it was very dark, with curtains closed. There is an oddly placed medicine/storage cabinet that juts out into a hallway, and poses a hazard in the dark. The front door of the building needs a new lock (it is tricky to open). Instead of picking up the keys at the property management’s office a block away, somebody came out to meet us, which should be standard practice.

• Hoon (10/5): Nice apartment in unbeatable location! - The location is superb. Only a few steps to the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum, close to all the souvenir shops, boutiques and restaurants. Mini market and Macdonalds just next door. Short walk to Plaka, Ermou, Monastiraki Flea Market and the fresh produce market at Varvakios Central Municipal Market. Communication with the guest service team was a breeze. Response was lightning fast (usually within minutes I'd get a response). They were patient and very helpful when coordinating airport transfers for us. The apartment furnishing was simple but clean, practical and adequate. Nothing we don't like but a couple of suggestions - there's shower gel but would be good if there's also shampoo and conditioner. There's coffee capsules but would be great if there's also milk capsules or powdered creamer. Regardless, great job team!

• Mary (9/5): Staying near the Acropolis - Location was excellent . Beside the Acropolis and Plaka area. On a cute street with lots of orange trees and friendly cats. The apartment building was very quiet . The washing machine was a great bonus and the balcony to hang clothes on to dry. Not much to dislike. Beds were a bit soft and decor was a trifle eclectic but it served our purposes very well.

It would have been a better apartment with few internal changes. - The apartment is perfectly located just a few meters from the city center, markets, restaurants, and the stunning Acropolis itself. The host is a wonderful lady who was incredibly helpful, especially when assisting us with our luggage after we mistakenly arrived at their office instead of the apartment. The office and the apartment are approximately 200 meters apart. While the apartment had all the necessary amenities, the space felt cramped due to the bed and sofa being too close together. The dishwasher door often got stuck, requiring considerable effort to open. The bedroom had very dim lighting, making it difficult to get dressed comfortably. Finding the kitchen light switch hidden behind the fridge was a great struggle. The toilets were quite small, and the washbasin caused water to spill over, leaving no space to keep anything nearby. If these issues were addressed and updated, this apartment would be an excellent choice, especially given its great location and affordability.

The person I messaged via booking messenger was very kind and helpful. Overall, a wonderful time. Sometimes it was hard to open the main entrance door with the key but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Close to the Acropolis Museum and lots of good restaurants. Even a McDonalds! 😂 Where to get the key from the lockbox was down the street from the apartment - and not clearly marked. Thank heavens our cab driver waited until we finally located the key and then drove us to the apartment.

Highly recommend this apartment to someone first time to Athens. Wish our stay was longer. The luggage had to be dragged up the stairs to get to the tiny lift. We didn’t know what room we were in when we arrived. It was late and found the room ourselves. Lucky it wasn’t on a top floor.

• Konstantinos (8/5): Very good - its location was superb, just less than a minute walk from Acropolis metro station. you could also easily walk to many tourist locations or sights from that area. the location for the keys pick up was very near, around 2 minutes walk time and all was communicated via bookings app, we were provided with the code and location for maps. the bathroom door was squeaking a bit and if you have family members that need to use the bathroom often during evening it can be annoying at times.

The five of us could spread out a bit. The mattresses in the secondary bedroom and sofa bed were worn and uncomfortable. The kitchen didn’t have the basic utensils to prepare a meal.

The property has a washing machine and clothes horse, kitchen complete with coffee and tea and a lovely patio space. There’s nothing we didn’t like, it was a fabulous place to stay

We were just down the street from many restaurants, the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, Hadrian's Gate, and the hop on hop off busses. There was a good AB market at the other end of the road. We had excellent instructions from the Your Home in Athens staff and got in with no problems. We used their suggested driver from the airport and he had very helpful. The shower was quite small with a shower curtain at the front that was a bit short. We flooded the floor the first time but we're a lot more careful after that! There was a typically small lift but about six steps to get to the front door.
