Ho disdetto una notte e ho dovuto pagare complessivamente Euro 1041,30. Nella superior (555,50 ) hanno offerto una bottiglietta di acqua di mezzo litro per 2 con un bicchiere. per la standard (una persona e 511,50 per una notte) un bel niente. per non parlare dell'inesistenza di un bollitore per un tè o un caffè di comfort. Ritengo che , da un albergo a 4 stelle e per quel prezzo , ci si aspetti qualcosa in più.

The most unacceptable conditions was that my room temp was at 29C* (85) in my room when I returned from dinner. Far cry from enjoyable sleep albeit the staff sent up a fan and I opened a window.

Parece ser algo da rede NH na Europa que não deixa acionar o ar condicionado, pois no NH Bolonha que estava antes aconteceu a mesma coisa. Ao questionar o atendente sempre uma desculpa, falando que a Prefeitura de Veneza não permite. Amigos hospedados em outros hotéis de Veneza na mesma época não tiveram problema algum… e a solução encontrado por ambos os hotéis da rede NH (Bolonha e Veneza) foi me darem um ventilador e me mandarem abrir as janelas… ou seja não dormi pelo barulho intenso em ambos os hotéis… péssimo…. Nem a proximidade da estação de trem compensa!!!! NUNCA MAIS ME HOSPEDAREI NA REDE NH

The room was a decr size and fit our needs well. You are very close to the train station and to the water taxis. The decor is beautiful. The possibility to have a AC lower in the rooms. Some noise from the Alleyway.

Opening the windows wasn’t an option because of the mosquitoes. Also, the water pressure was bad and some of the lights didn’t work.

- Selwyn (7/5): Would never go back to that NH Hotel ever - The close proximity to the railway station made it ideal for us Staff were terrible communicators, reception and in the dining room staff, breakfast was poor and not worth the money, one coffee machine broken down causing long queues for hot drinks, food containers empty at 7:15am having to ask was there more food, staff not proactive at all, toilet flush in our room was faulty and broken letting the flush to keep running, the drain from shower partially blocked letting water build up in bath while showering, no air conditioning working, hot and stuffy in the room, 25 degrees, told by staff not to open windows because of mosquitoes

Make sure you check which upgraded rooms you're getting if you are getting canal view as some rooms has balcony and some don't - should price and sell the rooms differently so people that paid for balcony can be guaranteed a balcony. They were good enough to let us change to a balcony room when available - great service. Bed was super comfy.

- Valentina (8/5): Хороший отель недалеко от вокзала - Для отелей подобного уровня в Венеции завтрак очень хороший и что немаловажно - хорошая кофемашина, вполне удобоваримый капуччино, в отличие от соседнего Principe, выбор блюд довольно большой, довольны остались все, и муж и свекровь и я)

- Kerstin (10/5): - Die Lage ist sensationell. Man ist ur schnell vom Bahnhof dort. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Wir essen vegan und die Optionen sind echt ein Traum. Leckers frisches Obst. Zwei verschiedene pflanzliche Milchalternativen. Antipasti. Echt guter Kaffee. Das Frühstück war echt mein Highlight! Das Personal ist super freundlich & sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn wir nochmals nach Venedig fahren nur dorthin! Danke für alles!

- Peterpaul (8/5): Sehr empfehlenswert! - ideale Lage gleich beim Bahnhof Santa Lucia und der Vaporetto-Station, Blick auf den Canal Grande, sehr bequeme Betten, sehr netter Frühstücksraum mit Garten im Innenhof, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, sehr belebte Straße, dadurch etwas lauter, dafür aber zentrale Lage.
- Mirko (5/5): Location comodissima e professionalità del personale - Posizione eccezionale praticamente a lato della stazione e di fronte al ponte degli Scalzi, comodo per chi come me sceglie un weekend e arriva in treno. Il personale gentile e disponibile. L’hotel avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione nelle parti comuni dove c’è la moquette e nella stanza che ci hanno assegnato che onestamente mi è parsa un pó datata. Sìcuramente in relazione al prezzo pagato.
