• Gry Mette (10/5): Sjarmerende og romslig leilighet med en fantastisk takterrasse i trivelig nabolag - Veldig god beliggenhet, sentralt med gangavstand til sentrum, samtidig roligere enn midt i sentrum. Mange koselige spisesteder i nabolaget, bakerier og dagligvarer. Leiligheten er romslig og praktisk i tillegg til veldig koselig. Vi hadde stor glede av den fantastiske takterrassen. Anbefales!

• Susanne (9/5): Dejligt område at bo i , da det var væk fra de store turistområder, men stadigvæk i gåafstand til seværdighederne. Tagte - Den helt fantastiske tagterrasse, samt beliggenheden. Bruseren i værelset ovenpå var meget lav, vi kunne ikke stå under den.

Owner is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Could not have a had better experience!! There is a small booklet of information about the area, bars, restaurants and how to operate different things around the apartment. Staying definitely played a part in making may trip so memorable. • Mark (9/5): Florence is a great place with plenty of culture with food and drink galore. Great accommodation. - Excellent penthouse with high quality fittings and tasteful furnishings throughout. Plenty of space for two couples with very wide comfortable double beds and ensuites for each room. Lots of storage. Roof terrace made a real difference to the apartment with space and great views across the city and distant hills. Well situated fairly close to the river and fairly easy walking distance to most sights. Chose to get the tram from the airport and wheel the cases from there which is probably manageable for most and avoids taxis. Host Simone was great when meeting us when we arrived as was Matius with the comms. Well for me the steps were okay (fit 67 year old) but the apartment is not well suited to small children or anyone that struggles to walk or finds stairs challenging. Don't get me wrong, this really is a great penthouse apartment on 3 levels at the top of the building including up to the roof terrace which belongs to this apartment. But there 60 stairs up to the front door of the apartment from street level (4th floor) and nearly 100 in total to the roof terace from street level, and the staircase to the 2nd bedroom suite is narrow as is the spiral staircase to the roof terrace.

Oltrarno is a quiet part of Florence, but a short walk away from the city. - This is a lovely property in a central area of Florence - just a short walk away from the Ponte Vecchio. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a stylish sitting room with mezzanine level and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The biggest plus for us was the roof terrace. The photos do not do it justice! We spent most of our evenings there looking out over the rooftops of Florence and up to the lights of the villages on the hills beyond. We booked into a couple of rooftop bars, but we all thought 'our' view was the best. The shower in the upstairs bathroom is definitely not for tall people. Don't book this apartment if you are not good with stairs!
• Funnell (9/5): Great apartment in a great city. - Communication with Matias was great, Francesco was very knowledgeable. The appt was great, we loved the roof terrace. There are a lot of stairs up to the apartment which were difficult especially with suitcases, but the view from the roof terrace was amazing. The bathroom with the room upstairs was small.
• Dawn (8/5): wonderful stay if you want to stay away from the crowds - We really enjoyed the decor, the artwork, the authenticity of a true Italian apartment! We were a little dissatisfied with the height of the ceilings in the second bedroom and bathroom, and when it rains, the ceiling did leak on the bed, they did give us a night back, but it’s something that definitely needs to be repaired in the future! The downstairs facilities are perfect for a couple though, and the rooftop deck is an added bonus for amazing views! The locks were a bit old, but upon meeting with the managers, they were able to give us another set, which made it easier, we appreciate their helpfulness in our situation of getting locked out! The height of the ceilings in the second bedroom and bathroom and the leak is above the second bedroom bed during a rainstorm

• Ian (10/5): Highly recommended apartment close to all required amenities and sightseeing locations. - Lovely apartment very close to Pitti Palace but on a very quiet residential street. Host, Matias, was brilliant and made the whole key pickup and check-in incredibly easy. A very minor snag was handled without any issues and all in all the whole stay was incredibly stress free. Apartment had air conditioning throughout and this was a godsend as the weather was very hot during our trip. As a family of four the apartment was big enough that we weren't falling over each other and there were plenty of options for finding somewhere quiet if you wanted some time to yourself. The roof top terrace was brilliant and offered spectacular views across the city both during the day and at night. Highly recommended.
• Sonia (9/5): Superb - The location was easy walking distance to historic buildings, restaurants and the river. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was new and well equipped. Awesome laundry. The air con was great. The balcony was very cute with nice views. There are lots of mosquitoes if you leave windows open. But plug-in mosquito repellents are provided. The second bathroom upstairs is a bonus but has a very small shower which a tall person has to hunch over to fit in.
