• Samira (6/5): - A lot of character. Location was great. Unfortunately, we only had hot water for a total of 7 mins for 2 showers. We were told 15 mins. When you are in the loft, you can hear everything in the unit above and can actually hear the conversations clearly. The lighting was very dim. I would suggest LED light bulbs for sure.
• chris (8/5): - Overall our 3 night stay was very nice. Great location and great food options, great quiet space, 3 rd floor, and host was very good with communications. My only complaint if you can call it that is that the locks on doors (of which there are 3) are all a little fussy. Unless key is positioned at the perfect depth the locks wont operate. Normally a key when is fully inserted, the lock operates; in the case of locks here, one must pull out slighty. And when its been a 17 hour day of walking, ferrying, training, and you put that key in…. You want it to just work. After I figured the “trick” I had no more issues. Thanks for a great stay
• Charles (6/5): Good. - Location was fantastic. Ceiling very low in bedroom smashed my head a few times. Shower door doesn’t close properly and very tight. The keys to enter building and gate were disastrous and took extremely long to open as we had to wiggle the keys every time.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Great stay. Perfect for couples. Would stay again and recommend ! - Excellent location! Was better than we imagined. Clean tidy apartment with everything you need. The washer/ dryer was handy as we are travelling for a long period.

• N (9/5): Location location location - The location was excellent . The bed was comfortable and there was lots of storage space. The host was wonderful Perfect in every way It is not good for anyone who is tall because of the beams over the loft are low. The keys to the property are either wonky or the main lock of the door of the building is off.
• Jennifer (10/5): Great location, friendly and professional owner - The apartment is exactly as described and photographed. The location was wonderful, right in the middle of all historic centre. Everything you needed was supplied, tea, coffee, sugar, plug adapters. There are 3 steep flights of stairs to the apartment. The building has great security as does the apartment. The street has many restaurants, the one right next door was awesome.

• Martie (6/5): Pleasant - Great Location, very friendly owner/staff. Should be mentioned that it is 3 very steep flights om stairs to the front door. If you have any mobility issues like me it is a nightmare Also horrible smells and some of the furniture like the coach needs replacing, aircon not working well and very noisy.
• Mcmahon (9/5): Wonderful location, good amenities, needs some work. Would recommend for a short stay. - Location was perfect, close to everything you needed. Perfect for a couple, but more than 2 would be a struggle. The washing machine was a godsend as the weather got hotter. The kitchen was just enough to make coffee and breakfast in the morning and the fridge was big enough for plenty of water bottles. Matias was very communicative and helpful, and Simone made us feel very welcome when he came to check us in. Lots of natural light in the morning. Everything we needed was pretty much provided for us. Up 3 flights of stairs. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. That didn’t effect us. Low beams upstairs, if you’re tall like us, watch your head. Air conditioning system need fixing or replacing. Was hot despite being on constantly. Old building, so old plumbing is expected. But sometimes the smell coming up from the pipes in the bathroom was awful🤢 Owner should have the shower door sealers replaced, they kept falling off and the floor was getting wet when we showered. And the spare fan upstairs in the bedroom was broken, this would have really helped us.
• Ushana (9/5): Wonderful! - The location of the apartment and size. Bed and kitchen were comfortable and there was air conditioning. The single glazing meant that it was difficult to sleep due to noise outside if there were people outside (it is not a very busy street but there are always people or local authority collecting rubbish in early hours of morning/night. Fine if you are a deep/heavy sleeper though.
• Amelia (10/5): My favourite place I stayed in Italy - couldn’t recommend it more! - I absolutely LOVED my stay here. It felt more like a home than a hotel. The location could not be more central - really handy for a first time visitor to Florence. I really appreciated how well equipped the place was - air conditioning, washing machine, iron, kitchen, hair dryer etc etc. I also checked in late due to train strikes and Matias and the team could not have been more accommodating of my changing timelines. Communication was excellent and check in was super easy. Just be aware that the flat is up 3 floors of stairs. However stairs are pretty unavoidable in Italy, and the person who checked me in was kind enough to lift my suitcase up all of them!

• Mirna (9/5): love the location! - love the location and how convenient is to lots of tourists area. Has everything we needed. we washed our clothes. very cute little loft. we had dinner at the restaurant below was so good 😊 also pizza place was amazing…. lots of good stores and restaurants around. Cesare was great showing as aroud when we checked in. The host was very friendly and very helpful to give us some guidance. and replied back fast. I would come again to this place. the only down side is floor squeaking a lot! very loud noise when walk on at night! it’s in second floor, so lots of stairs.. I’m okay with it as it’s easy stairs. might be load as it’s in the heart of Florance but once the window closed takes the noise out.
