Guest Reviews
- 371bobby (10/5): Valet - I didn’t stay there. I go there to meet people for breakfast I go because the valet person Cynthia always handles herself professionally and with great spirits. Always friendly and always happy to help with anything relates to my car. Thank you for your friendly attitude
- ericabX7028HX (10/5): Valet experience - Eric was such a kind help getting me to my rooms!
- Reece (5/5): - The pool No hot water awful shower don’t replace the toiletries tv doesn’t work
- W9465WSmichelleb (10/5): Luxe Hotel was AMAZING - Joy Wilson & Joshua Washington from guest services at the Luxe were incredible.
I’m finally home, settled, and the very first thing I wanted to do was reach out and thank them both for making our stay at the Luxe truly exceptional. You took such extraordinary care of the Jhpiego Team that I honestly didn’t want to leave. Even when our little crisis popped up, you both handled it with such calm, thoughtful solutions that it felt like having true partners right there with us.
For me, the Luxe will always be our home base whenever we’re in town for the Jhpiego gala and board meeting and I know our team feels the same.
Thank you, deeply, for your kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. It made all the difference.
- Jack (9/5): We will definitely recommend The Luxe to friends - Very quiet and the second building was so quiet and secluded. It was like being in the country Nothing
- tbaird88 (4/5): Unhelpful reception staff - Hotel stay was ruined by unhelpfulness of reception staff. went to check in, had pre-paid room and was told i could not without a physical credit card. despite there being an apple pay logo at reception they didn't accept it. was told i could be sent a link to pay but would still then need a photo of my credit card as it was company policy. after 11 hour flight the front reception staff were not interested in finding a solution so made me wait 2 hours until i could sort it out. Breakfast food was good and bar was fine, although would have been better with some beers on draught. Room was nice enough and was a good size, shower nozzle in bath was very old fashioned with a small flow of water
- Tracy (9/5): Always cordial and helpful staff for the past years. Shout out to Franklin overnights at front desk! - Great location. I always stay here due to its central location to everywhere right off The 405 Freeway. Franklin at the front desk always comes 100% with excellent customer service. I've been coming to this hotel pretty regularly for the past 5 years. He's usually working the desk when I check in and is always really wonderful to greet after a long drive from the Bay Area. The valets are always on top of their jobs with late night check-in and really wonderful to see when unloading. The staff is really what makes this place the reason why I chose this hotel over others that could be closer to venues I need to get to. The tub was not cleaned. There was hair left behind in both of the rooms that I booked. The pasta far overcooked and bland, but the fruit plate was good and the salads are always fresh and delicious.
- Tracy (9/5): Awesome place to stay after a long drive. - Despite it being a hotel where pets are allowed, you don't hear the other dogs in the hotel unless you are walking by their doors. The staff is always kind and courteous. The valets go above and beyond to assist when needed. Franklin at the overnight check-in at the front desk is always a cordial and smiling face, ready to help and has a good sense of humor that is always much needed after a long drive from the Bay Area. The bathrooms were not clean as usual. For some reason both tubs had not been attended to on this trip. Everything else was great!
- Marjorie (9/5): A lovely get-away in LA with a view of the Getty. - Central location but at the same time quiet and relaxing. The TV operates on a system where you have to download an app which is wonky.
- Rajbir (10/5): Enjoyed my stay abd plan to return. - Location, staff, and ambiance. N/a

- MaryJo (7/5): Somewhat disappointing hotel in lovely setting - Convenient location, beautiful setting, very nice breakfast. Comfortable bed in a large room, though it had no rugs. We didn't know there were two buildings. The second level is up a very steep hill, thought valet parkers can take you in a golf cart up to it. We were put on the upper level, facing the pool. The sliding glass doors were very dirty and everyone walking out of the pool could see us without our heavy curtains closed. The water pressure in shower was so low it wasn't worth using. We were given one small tube of body wash for two people to move back and forth from sink to shower. There were 2 paper coffee cups, no glasses, even plastic ones.
- georgeoM86KD (10/5): Excellent Costumer Service - I had a wonderful experience at the Luxe on Sunset, it’s a Beautiful property with an amazing pool. I would like personally recognize the experience we had with the valet team during our stay. From the moment we arrived into the hotel, The warm welcome was professional and pretty efficient.
Thank you Cynthia, Henry and Frank for your outstanding work and hospitality.

- dzmitrya2026 (10/5): Stunning Views & Exceptional Service - I had an amazing stay at Luxe Sunset Hotel in Los Angeles. The property feels like a peaceful retreat tucked away from the busy city, but it is still close to everything. The atmosphere is upscale but relaxed, and the sunset views are absolutely beautiful.
The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with accommodation needs. It was quiet at night, which helps after a long day of working in the city. Coming to a hotel that is ambient is quiet is exactly what I look for at a hotel stay.
I especially want to highlight Cynthia for her outstanding customer service and genuine kindness. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Her warm, welcoming attitude truly made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience.
Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting or working in Los Angeles.
- 632kamyarj (2/5): Unsafe, and unsanitary - Review for Luxe Hotel Sunset Boulevard
On February 14th, after a 6-hour drive from San Francisco, I arrived in Los Angeles early in the morning around 6:00 AM. I was in town to attend a peaceful protest, and I chose Luxe Sunset Boulevard expecting a clean, safe, and comfortable place to rest.
The hotel looks nice from the outside, and valet service was polite. An older gentleman at valet greeted us and took our car, and everything seemed fine at first.
Unfortunately, once we entered the room, the experience went downhill immediately.
The room was extremely dirty
The room was honestly one of the most disgusting hotel rooms I’ve ever seen. There was:
• Visible mold on the wall, partially covered by wallpaper
• A dead fly in the room
• A dirty bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned
I immediately reported this to the manager. Instead of offering to move us to a clean room, his response was to offer a discount on the resort fee, which was not what I asked for. All I wanted was a room change.
Because I was exhausted from the long drive, I took a quick nap and decided to leave for another hotel.
Major security and privacy issue
Before leaving, I informed the front desk manager that I was unhappy and planned to check out at 12:00 PM, which he agreed to.
However, while I was in the room with my girlfriend and we were in the shower, the door suddenly opened, and the same manager came in with another person attempting to enter the room.
This was the final straw.
When I confronted him in the lobby, his response was, “I believe I knocked.” That is not true. The door opened unexpectedly, and it was a complete violation of privacy and safety.
After speaking with two other guests, I was told they experienced similar issues.
Final thoughts
A hotel stay should be clean, comfortable, and safe. Luxe Sunset Boulevard failed in all three areas.
This hotel is not just dirty, it also has serious security concerns, especially when staff can enter rooms like that. I do not recommend staying here. It may look upscale from the outside, but the rooms and management were more like an overpriced motel.
Not clean. Not safe. Not worth it.
- E5074XDroberta (10/5): Dry good - When I first entered the Property, the first person that greeted me was the valet. The valet was exceptional, especially Cynthia. She made the time while I was there great. Making sure that my car and I were treated very very well.
- cbcollins55 (10/5): A quick trip over the weekend to visit my son who lives in Santa Monica - Luxe is very customer service focused. They did not have the newest facilities, but they are remodeling floor by floor. The front desk people are very nice and they always remember who I am when I visit. I would add that the rooms are very spacious, very reasonably priced for the region and have good water pressure! The Luxe offers complementary coffee in the morning and the restaurant has very good food.
- Connie (10/5): -
- Albert (10/5): Great place to stay for one day. -
- Turki (1/5): -
- Magdalena (5/5): - Miły personel i smaczne śniadania.
- Alanmin (2/5): This Hotel Can Not Be Trusted - We booked a “Vista Suite” which according to Luxe’s website means a room with a “beautiful city view.” On arrival the man at reception said no Vista Suites were available. In our room, I checked, and Luxe’s website said 3 Vista Suites were available for the 4 nights we would be there. Back at reception the man said their website and the hotels inventory are not necessarily in agreement! (It seems they are suckering people in with rooms they do not actually have.) But he moved us to a room with a partial city view.
We had booked a “Superior King” for my daughter, their cheapest room. After 2 nights something went wrong with a sewer line and they moved her for the next 2 nights to another room. At checkout they charged her room as 4 nights in a “Vista Suite.” Both the rooms she was assigned had views of a hedge—no city view, the defining feature of a Vista Suite. My wife could not get the reception woman to believe our daughter had been moved and that neither room was a Vista Suite. The receptionist insisted on charging based on what her computer said.
On arrival my wife was told each room’s $25 credit/night towards the restaurant could be used on the day we arrived or on the day we leave. We choose not to use it the day we arrived but on the day we leave. On the day we left, after breakfast, at checkout the woman at reception insisted we could not use the food credit on the day we leave and refused to give us our credit. After telling us she could not make a change because it was that way on the computer, she changed it and gave us credit for one of the rooms, but not the other.
There are many more complaints I could make about this hotel—not enough staff, terrible coffee in the rooms, their “suites” not being suites (just large rooms)—but not giving us the room we booked is a big red line they crossed. Then charging my daughter for a more expensive room we did not book and she was never in, and refusing to give us our $25 credit for breakfast, We’re left distrusting them.
This was the second time we had stayed at the Luxe and the last.
- Clary (9/5): Lovely location very safe and tucked away but central to Brentwood. - The rooms are lovely great pool area amazing staff. The water pressure and temp in the bathtub/shower is lacking for a four star hotel. But otherwise great.
- Michael (3/5): The only interesting thing is the location. - Great location. The property feels dated and uninviting overall. Both the room and bathroom were extremely old, which made neither sleeping nor showering particularly appealing. Upon arrival, the door appeared closed but was not actually locked; something I only discovered because I checked before leaving, which raised serious safety concerns. Soundproofing is very poor; I could clearly hear my neighbor using the bathroom and opening and closing doors. The room door itself is old and flimsy, adding further to the lack of security.
The reception staff member at check-in seemed visibly irritated and unwelcoming, which did not set a good tone for the stay. The bar atmosphere is gloomy and uninviting, and the gym is very limited, far below what one would expect, making it difficult to get a proper workout.
- Maxime (8/5): Not sure if we liked the $25 must use credit. Have bfast on Clark St nearby! - Good location
Nice staff Breakfast is so so
Latte for $10 !? It was maybe 10 oz!
- Navigate42703547691 (2/5): Gross, rundown, overpriced, do not stay here - Rundown sad hotel that has seen much better days. It has echoes of a time when it must have been kind of glam but now it is just in desperate need of a remodel. The wood is worn, the carpet in this room has a hole in it. The bathroom needs new fixtures and the room smells like mildew. My room was not cleaned today so I’m not even sure they have a cleaning crew here. It’s pretty gross and I would not under any circumstances ever stay here again. For the price, there must be many, many other much nicer and newer rooms in this area. I’m at a conference here and even for a future conference at this hotel, I would stay elsewhere. This is a no go.
Also, we ate at the hotel restaurant and it was pricey and unremarkable. I’ll say it again: stay elsewhere and perhaps eat there. This place is a no go.
- jenrP6282WX (2/5): Dirty and Noisy Rooms - We checked into the Luxe Hotel after having to move out of our home for a couple days, and after the stress of packing and relocating, we were really hoping for a peaceful stay — especially since we chose this hotel for its convenient location. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible mistake.
To start, this property is absolutely not a resort, yet the fees they charge say otherwise. What you actually get doesn’t come close to justifying the cost. Our room was dirty, and our dog found dropped food and even someone else’s medication on the floor. It’s horrifying to think what could have happened if our dog — or a child — had ingested it.
On top of the cleanliness and safety concerns, the hotel was extremely noisy throughout the night. While the staff we interacted with tried to be polite, it was clear they had no authority, resources, or support to actually resolve the issues. This is a management problem, and despite multiple calls and complaints, no one from management ever reached out to us.
Between the lack of cleanliness, serious safety risks, constant noise, and complete absence of meaningful management response, this stay deserves a zero rating . We regret choosing this hotel and hope others think twice before booking.
- M3604IClisap (4/5): Dark and dingy - Our room was very old and dated, not to mention extremely dark. Though we were on the second floor it would be hard to distinguish this room from a basement room. Our “view” was directly facing a dirty embankment and culvert. An overhang meant we had no ability to see the sky or get much natural light. With two lamps and overhead lights it was still dark in the room. The color scheme of dark brown and avocado mocha made it feel especially cave like.
When we checked into our room there was one tiny bar of soap for the sink but other than that we had no soap for the shower and no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, or bath mat. Two of the four mornings we were there we were awakened to the sound of hammering and drilling, along with a strong burning smell from the drilling.
The restaurant is pretty good, but four of us received dirty plates with what looked like dried on egg and lipstick.
In addition, we paid an extra $80 per day for the parking and resort fees so figure that into the price advertised. if you do decide to stay there insist on a renovated room.
On the upside, the staff were very welcoming and the common areas are beautiful.
- Sjhedcon (6/5): Be careful what you book. - We stayed at the Luxe Hotel for five nights. We were part of a large party that booked several rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered good food at reasonable prices. We stayed in one of the rooms that had not been refurbished. Upon entering it smelled like a horse stable. Probably due to the cleaner used. The carpet was old and stained. The security chain on the door was broken. The handle in the shower was about to fall off. The room was on the second fall facing a wall of vegetation thus it was dark. If you decide to stay demand a refurbished room. The hotel location is great. Easy access to the freeway. The pool area was a definite plus. Accessing the pool and the upper rooms requires a shuttle from the entrance area.
- Blanco (10/5): - The room was spacious. The location was quiet and very clean and not to mention the airport is only 15 -20 minutes depending on traffic. Overall I am very impressed and satisfied with my service and I would recommend to anyone who wants a great experience I can’t even say because I liked everything nothing to complain about
- Claudio (10/5): -
- Claudio (10/5): - Atendimento top
- Nicole (10/5): - Clean and nice
- Scott (2/5): - This was easily the most unfortunate experience in a long long time - maybe ever.
We were checked into a room that hadn't even been cleaned yet. The condition of the room was shocking.
We were ' upgraded ' to a another room. One with peeling wallpaper, a shower door that did not close properly and consequently flooded the bathroom floor, a tv monitor way too small for the room which made watching a $25 movie unpleasant, two full beds - when we paid for a double queen. Unreal.
The pool area was sad... furniture that looks like it came from a yard sale.
The landscaping is sad...
The staff was understaffed and overworked.
This property must be on its last legs because every turn - from the physical condition of the bulidings to the lack of staff and really terrible cleanliness - would confirm that...
Definite NO GO.
- Robin (10/5): Other than the hill I enjoyed my stay at your facility, - Everything The steep hill in building 3 & 4
- Cary (6/5): - This property is okay if you need a location close to UCLA. The property is dated for starters. Our room was large, but the "bar" area was essentially un usable space. The bed was comfortable, but eh pillows were lumpy songy things.
We were told when we checked in that we had a $25 foiod/beverage credit that was available. We had gone to dinner outside the property, but thought we would have dessert using our credit. The restaurant was deserted, and we were told to sit anywhere. The dessert options were; cheesecake, chocolate flourless cake, chocolate or vanilla ice cream and creme Brule. We sat down and ordered creme brule and cheesecake. We had to send them both back. the creme brule was watery, and the cheesecake was chalky. So we tried the chocolate and the vanilla ice cream, thinking that was a safe bet. Nope! We sent them back also. The chocoate ice cream was ICY, and the vanilla tasted like it was sugar free. How does a place have such horrible desserts? We had to just walk away wanting...
The staff was good at checkin, and the valet was good.
- bijanzadeh (10/5): A Fabulous Experience at Luxe sunset Boulevard Hotel, L.A. - This August was my fourth stay at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel; this time with my son (his second time). We live in England and whenever we visit L.A., we stay at the Luxe.
As always, all the staff, specially the Front desk Manager Alex, gave us a warm welcome and happy to see us. Very courteous, helpful and professional. Our room was spacious and beautiful and the beds were very comfortable.
We had breakfast every morning; great choices and very good quality. Their swimming pool garden is beautifully designed with lots and lots of sun beds. The pool is not large but big enough to get a swim and cool off.
Loved our stay. Highly recommend it; ten out of ten.
- Jael (10/5): - The staff was wonderful!
- Daniel (6/5): - Dated hotel, shower was ok but doesn’t drain well. Nice but not super luxury
- Pamela (10/5): - Amazing stay. Large open floorplan. Friendly staff.
- F3497BMmonicac (10/5): Love this place - Had a great stay at this hotel during a super hot weekend! Big shoutout to Frank, the valet attendant — he was so helpful, bilingual, and had the best attitude. Really respectful and made everything easy for us from the moment we pulled up. Overall, the hotel was great and the service was spot on. Thanks, Frank, for making our experience smooth and welcoming!
- John (8/5): - The hotel is in a great location and seems nice enough but the rooms are dated and need to be updated
- Lisa (10/5): - I saw a few negative reviews so I wasn’t sure what to expect but this place is great. Staff nice, rooms big and clean and you don’t feel like you are right off of Sunset when you are here. It is very quiet and secluded!
- Swagatika (10/5): - More treadmills in fitness room would have been nice.
- Sadh Bakshish (2/5): Not recommended - Would not recommend. Rooms are large but don’t feel clean and haven’t been updated in forever. The staff is pleasant but the services are antiquated and over done. The extra fees are excessive for the value delivered.
- Jeremy (10/5): A quiet oasis in LA - Very helpful and courteous staff. Rooms are spacious and the pool area is great. Most of all it's quiet and very close to the Getty Center.
- Scott (4/5): - Spider on ceiling.
Luggage stand in closet too big, prevents one of the doors from opening.
Huge empty area under shelves in room, looks like a couch was taken out and not replaced. Can see shower plumbing access plate on wall because of it.
Coffee maker on tiny side table in corner of room between 2 chairs. Seems like it wasn’t originally suppose to be there.
Ice machine impossible to find, map on room door incorrectly shows ice machine location, and location on room key folder is not accurate. Ice machine actually outside of building.
- Toni Marie (10/5): - I always feel like home at The Luxe. Alex, Jocelyn, Chris take such great care of us. Cynthia and Ruben in valet make sure we always have our car on time. And Abel at Bar Luxe makes the perfect cocktails!
- RYAN (2/5): - They did not have my room reservation or an available room. Staff will have unapologetic. Too bad
- Mary (10/5): Excellent & comfortable - The hotel was very pleasant and clean. All services were spot on. Housekeeping changed the sheets every day, which I did not expect.
I asked for extra water, and they left it for me each day.
Room service was exceptionally prompt. The food was good, although better in the restaurant.
The bed was so comfortable, I asked housekeeping the mattress brand, but she did not know.
I highly recommend this hotel.
- Ariana (10/5): - Great location! Hotel is nice for the price point but could use a bit of renovation
- Stepanyan (1/5): - Over charge
- Carol (10/5): - I think the luxe should include parking in their rate
- Janine (1/5): -
- James (10/5): - Clean
- Richard (6/5): - Loud could hear talking and kids in the next room
- francine (2/5): - While the room appeared clean, there was a horrible smell in the room. The smell resembled a shelter or nursing home where people might have accidents frequently.
The staff was very rude and unwelcoming .
The food/ room service was expensive and yet it was so bad that I couldn’t really
Eat anything . Not to mention that they had forgotten some items
That I had ordered .
Overall, I am very disappointed in this hotel.
I’ve stayed there before and never had such a bad experience.
But I cannot imagine staying in a upscale hotel and having this experience, especially the smell😞
I will
Not stay in this hotel ever again
- Janelle (10/5): - Beautiful property
- Alrayyan (10/5): - .
- Tiffany (10/5): - Highly recommend and look forward to it every trip!
- Robert (10/5): - Great property and great location
- Robert (10/5): - Excellent, without trying to be over the top.
- ILHWAN (8/5): - Good location, Nice neighborhood. Good food and a swimming pool.
- Pavlo (8/5): - Unclear with breakfast
- Kate (10/5): - The staff extremely sweet and helpful. The lobby and common areas are so luxurious and beautiful. The room was a bit musty and carpet seemed old but otherwise clean and modern.

- Sheehana (10/5): A flawless stay every single time – my home away from home in Los Angeles. - I absolutely love this hotel and always choose to stay here, whether I’m traveling alone or with my family. The service is beyond exceptional – the staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and always greet you with a warm smile. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Every stay here feels like home, but with a touch of luxury. Nothing at all – everything always exceeds my expectations.
- Susana (6/5): - Property looks old and valet parking guy wasn’t nice
- Glen (8/5): - The resort fee is bs. We didn’t use pool or gym once but automatically added to bill. Same pretty much everywhere though. Nice property but needs a renovation. Easy access to SM beach, etc. but need a car.
- Davette (10/5): - Beautiful. Easy access. We booked through a third party app. The too
- johnbootair (2/5): The Hotel is such a disappointment. - This place is an absolute dump. I could not believe how run down it is. The rooms are tattered and dirty. The bathrooms are disgusting and the staff is sad and tired. Maybe long ago this place was good? Can't imagine it ever was.
- davidhT1771BC (2/5): Avoid this place if you value your time, dignity, or the radical idea that businesses should stick to what they promise. - Avoid this place if you value your time, dignity, or the radical idea that businesses should stick to what they promise.
We booked this hotel because breakfast was listed as included on both the website and our confirmation email. At check-in, we were casually told, “Oh, we changed that policy a day or two ago.” No heads-up, no apology.
When I showed them the confirmation email, the staff said they’d talk to the manager and promised we'd still get the $65 breakfast credit.
But the next morning? The woman at checkout didn’t mention a thing. When I asked, she looked at me like I was trying to steal food off the counter. She cut me off mid-sentence and snapped, “That’s not happening. We don’t do that.” She spoke to me like I was trying to scam the hotel — over the breakfast they advertised, promised, then denied. Not even a fake sorry. Just cold, smug dismissal.
Not a single sorry. No ownership. Just gaslighting and attitude.
We could’ve stayed somewhere cheaper — maybe next time we will, since honesty clearly isn’t part of this hotel’s brand.
- Joaquin (10/5): - Great stay. Pool was great, bed was very comfortable! Valet was pricey but expected. One of the night stand lightbulbs was out. Staff, room, overall stay was super fun and very nice. 4.5/5 stars. Would definitely stay again / would recommend.
- Jonathan (10/5): - Lovely
- Michael (8/5): - The Luxe is a gorgeous property nestled in the Brentwood hills, hidden behind lush hedgerows. I love it.
During my recent stay, Chris at the front desk took awesome care of me, Joshua the sales director also made me feel welcome, and Abel the bartender mixes the most perfect dry martini.
Loved how quiet and clean my room was and the pool area is really relaxing and pretty. Cute gym, too.
Dislikes? When I walked my dog around the property I noticed hotel staff did not pick up trash as well as they should. There was a whole pile of junk, including a toilet plunger, sitting in a big pile against the hotel for three days. Come on, guys.
But I will be back. This is a unique property with friendly, professional staff.
- Faradeh (10/5): - This was a great hotel, comfortable beds and our own little patio. They were out of the room we originally booked and the staff made the process very easy to switch. The valets were very helpful and kind
- Richard (10/5): Great Hotel, But Breakfast Was a Bit Confusing - I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were genuinely friendly, and my room was impressively quiet — something I really appreciated. The view looked directly onto the hillside (as in, right against it), so not much to see, but it didn’t bother me since I was out exploring most of the day. The only confusing part was breakfast. We had paid in advance, so it was technically included, but only certain items on the menu were covered, which felt a bit misleading. Still, overall, it’s a lovely hotel and I’d happily return.

- David (8/5): - Rooms are large and comfortable. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are dated and could use some updates.
- Sue (8/5): - Our shower did not work. The other room we rented had a broken curtain pull so you couldn’t close the drape and had an iron that did not work.
Check in was very confusing because either the gal did not explain herself well or we didn’t understand her because we kept having to ask her to repeat things. The bartender was GREAT and served as our waiter which was also very positive.
- Lubica (9/5): We like to stay at this location; very close to BH and Getty center. - We like the location, pool atmosphere, attentive staff, restaurant The mattress was too soft
- Steven (2/5): - The man you have at the front desk is not a good fit for such a
- Dennis (4/5): -
- DAVID (6/5): - Needs to be renovated
- Bonnie (10/5): - The hotel is lovely. The only problem is the parking. When you stay on the upper level, you have to keep shuttling back-and-forth. The pool is warm and clean. The place is quiet.
- Lily (10/5): - Excellent, but it's a bit far away (not walkable) and parking is $50/night
- Peter (10/5): - Great place to stay. Staff is excellent.
- Essra (10/5): Its the 3rd time in this hotel and i wish to come back - Every thing Nothing
- Mobile28650388957 (10/5): Beautiful Hotel, Friendly staff - Wonderful experience friendly staff, the warm welcome is excellent especially the team valet 5 stars service.
Cynthia thank you very much for your hospitality and your assistance during our stay. Highly recommend it
- Toni (10/5): - Alex and team are always top notch. This trip booked my Netflix clients to stay here and they loved the secludedness but also easy to access Beverly Hills to SM and to and from LAX.
- Nina (6/5): - Stayed here with my 2 kids. Hotel is really not close to anything. Not walking distance to anything. Pool is not well maintained and was dirty most days were there, even in the morning. Rooms need to renovated.
- NORMA (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay, the room was very large and spacious, however it was a bit darker in the day but other than that, I would definitely book again. The breakfast was very delicious as well.
- Alberto Chacon (10/5): - Beautiful hotel
Breakfast was quite expensive
- elkej691 (10/5): Exceptional Service from the Front Desk! Luxury and Heart in One Place - I truly enjoyed my stay at the Luxe Sunset — as always! I was incredibly lucky this time to receive a lovely upgrade from the front desk manager, Alex, who is always so kind, professional, and attentive. He goes above and beyond to fulfill every wish and ensure a perfect stay. This is truly one of the best hotels in Los Angeles. The entire front desk team is welcoming and helpful, and Alex especially stands out for his dedication to guest happiness. I can’t wait to return!

- karinamP9809EV (8/5): Very socially welcoming - Super welcoming staff , very helpful with my bags and explaining the hotel structure. Ethan had checked me in. I found that Bernice was very respectful and polite asking me about my day. Anthony was very helpful in explaining the food options around the area and with my luggage. Michael looking intensely hot due to the heat especially with the suit jacket on was very polite , called a taxi for me as well as take me to the upper building and had a lovely conversation about wine.
- todd (10/5): - Only thing not so good was music at the pool not so great.
