• Olesia (5/5): Not worth the money, max 3 star experience - Location Sound insulation is very poor — noise comes from both neighbors and the corridor. Tiny shower. There was no help with luggage; I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs myself. There is also a terrible smell in the elevator area.

• Getix (8/5): - The position of the location is very ok for city center. The rooms are small. no breakfast, no water for complementary, the inside of the building is old and very cramped.

Het dakterras was ook heerlijk met het zonnetje erop (bijna de hele dag) De minibar was kapot , hierdoor hadden we geen koud drinken wat best vervelend was. Ook hadden we een mierenplaag daardoor. Schoonmaak kon echt beter en ‘s nachts is er een irritant geluid wat de hele tijd doorgaat. Ook zijn de kamers zeker niet geluid dicht. Veel geluiden en het bed was echt klein.

• Maria (6/5): More like and AirBnb. - Location Staff was kind I could not tell that it counts like a boutique hotel. It is more like an AirBnb. Even that the room was nice , the bathroom was not too clean and the shower tap and faucet were loose. You have to take an elevator to the third floor. All is very narrow and a little noisy.

• george (6/5): Not good - Location The property is need upkeep. The walls are stained and scraped. The bathroom paint was falling off. The amenities were not at par. I stayed there a few years ago and it was excellent value. Now it is much more expensive and not well kept. Location is good. Would not recommend. Way too expensive for what it is

Excellent location but bit run down - Location central to Milan & the opera, shops etc Comfortable bed Acqua de Parma toiletries including soap €450 for an off seasons (November) room in what is NOT a hotel but more like an Airbnb room on a floor of rooms. No reception rooms, services ie breakfast other than the provision of your room. Reception only present for your arrival Room was run down with peeling entrance key tab setting the scene, then chipped paint, dented bin, & mould on edge of shower tray which reflected the mild odour of damp which came from the building itself (of which this is one floor) Clean room but dirty shower head
