Govindasamy (9/5): Excellent stay with helpful staff - Our package have breakfast added in, but we couldn't take it due to our iterinary. One day they helped to pack some food for us. We really appreciate that gesture. In hotel reception, Mr. Nimal Patrick was very helpful to point out few places we can visit is roam, had a jovial conversation with my family and he's the one offered us to pack breakfast. Thanks Mr. Nimal. Sometimes Uber cannot reach at hotel entrance since this hotel is just next to Italy parliament and is a safe/restricted zone. But when we had to move our luggages, we managed to get Uber at hotel door. So not an issue if you have luggage.

KUNSUDA (10/5): Perfect stayed for Rome - The location is perfect, situated right in the heart of the main attractions. I traveled with my parents, who are both over 60, and this hotel was incredibly convenient. Whenever they needed to use the restroom or take a short rest, we could simply walk back to the room within minutes. The hotel is very centrally located, making it easy to explore the area without long walks or complicated transportation. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed and making our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was a perfect 10/10 and truly one of the highlights of our stay. When traveling with family, especially with older parents, having a delicious and convenient breakfast makes the experience much more enjoyable. None

When we checked in we had three rooms with one person per room in single beds. One room with two people in double be. The deck staff was about to rearrange our reservation at an increased price. I would advise not using Booking.com in the future.

Monika (10/5): Incredible Hotel with fantastic staff - Our experience was exceptional; our stay in the Dolce Vita Suite was truly outstanding. The breakfast buffet offered a delightful selection and the hotel’s central location, proximate to the Pantheon and Chigi Palace, was highly convenient. The panoramic views from our expansive balcony were breathtaking! We have already secured a subsequent reservation, as we are very impressed with this unique hotel.

Jmmarkleyjr (9/5): Convenient location with a bar, free breakfast, and friendly staff. - The location was great. The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. The room was a great size and the wifi was plenty fast for streaming and normal use. We didn't take advantage of the free breakfast, but we did explore the breakfast room and the options were plenty and looked delicious! The hotel does have a staffed bar with plenty of options. PRO TIP: bring a little streaming stick to use with the tv or you will be stuck with about a channel and a half of english audio. Expect a long ride through the ZTL in a taxi to get to the hotel. The room we were in was very nice, but the bed was a little hard and the climate control was locked out by the staff. So the room felt a little stuffy and warm because of that. Yes we could have opened the windows. But, the location is very busy and next to a government building. Due to the world political climate and local Italian politics, there were protests every other day next to the hotel. So it was noisy to say the least.
