• Ahmadirq (2/5): Very poor - I recently stayed at iHarmony in Johor Bahru, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. First of all, the room I was given had fungus or mold on the wall, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel room. To make matters worse, the room was infested with cockroaches — both small and large — crawling everywhere, making it an extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable environment. Secondly, there was no Wi-Fi access on the second floor for the entire duration of my stay, which was about five days. None of the Wi-Fi access points worked, and I had no access to the Internet in my room throughout my stay. This was highly inconvenient, especially since the hotel advertises Wi-Fi as one of its facilities. In terms of service, I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists. Even with a minor disagreement, he became angry and aggressive, appearing ready to start a physical fight. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it. This behavior is completely unprofessional and made me feel unsafe. On a positive note, another staff member named Shahroor was much more helpful and polite. He handled matters professionally and was the only person at the front desk who made any effort to assist during my stay. Additionally, I would like to mention that I have recorded videos and taken photographs of the room conditions to document my experience. Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to be cautious.

• Nur (10/5): Great for staying - I am coming for fyp presentation at utm space. Utm space just around the corner. U can walking there. Coming with 2 sisters and 2 nieces. The room was spacious, the bed also spacious. Many parking lot but paid with parkmax. Just ask the receptionist they all helpful and friendly, they will tell u about the parking payment. Restaurant just under the hotel. Other facilities such as aircond was good. Toilet also spacious. Tooth brush and soap provided. The only thing that might not be okay is their room access by stairs. You cannot bring old parents or wheelchair people there.

The facilities & cleanliness was bad 🥹 Acond leaked in our room Water heater not hot, the water tap to on the water heater so difficult to reach..si high up The dust on the exhaust fan was unbearable 😷

Overall I am satisfied with this stay but certain aspects can be improved. Lack soundproof and can hear sound from next room and outside (quite loud but manageable using earplug), bedsheets have stains, brownish color.
