• Sebastian (8/5): Great location for short family stays in the city - The location is very great and staff was helpful and professional. Everything went well! The house is perfect for a few days exploring the city. Everything can be reached by foot but it was anyways very quiet to relax. We found the patio particularly great. Great place for families. The quality of the house is a bit lower than expected by the pictures. E.g there is some mist in the bathroom and the door to the storage room is broken. Also there is no real place inside to sit and dine with four persons, so when weather does not allow to sit outside or you want to stay longer, it is not the perfect solution.
• Diego (5/5): If it was not for the pleasant visit we had with an associate that came to turn the hot water on THE SECOND DAY I would - Location is excellent. Safe neighborhood, quiet and airy. It appears that the owners (corporation) have too many properties thus are not able to adequately maintain the facilities. I’m not talking about city infrastructure (sewer smell) as I am aware Athens is a historic city. What I am referring to is broken interior doors, floors, broken tiles, toilet handle inoperable, missing trim and gapping holes around appliances. Things that a home owner would correct.

• Denise (10/5): Overall, the facilities worked well, it was quiet and we felt secure. - Having a starter of necessities including coffee, laundry detergent, dish soap was very helpful. Large selection of comforters, linens were very comfortable, black out curtains worked well. Secure windows/doors, yet with good air flow. Air conditioner was nice when needed. Good hot water! As we arrived tired and in a foreign country, it would be helpful if an address/store name/directions where posted where we could get more necessities if needed.

Grocery store < 5 minute walk, restaurants in area also. Used washing machine, so nice touch. A/C in bedroom dripped the entire 3 days. I emptied a large pot at least 3 times. TV never worked.
• Clifford (8/5): Acropolis Adventure - Super close to all of the main attractions in Athens. Very hot in July, but we walked on the shaded side of the sidewalk to the new Acropolis museum in under 15 mins. AC in the small bedroom was pumping out a lot of cold air...great unit 😀 We had an ant problem when we arrived.. We notified them and they immediately resolved while we went on a tour. They cleaned up and left ant spray for us. Ants in the kitchen and in the bathroom.
• Theo (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment, clean, secure, close to all facilities. Central location, close to Acropolis, Acropolis meseum, Plaka 10min walking, close to transport, metro train if dont want to walk as much.
• Viktória (8/5): Nice clean apartment, perfect location, good price-value ratio. - Nice clean apartment, beds were comfortable in the main rooms, amazing shaded balcony, perfect central location close to Acropolis, well-equipped kitchen, easy communication with staff. AC was not working properly in either of the rooms (but appreciated that the host was offering to repair as soon as it was possible.) Bathroom is definetly too small, but managable. We were 5 ppl, but would rather recommend for 4 ppl max.

• Kat (10/5): We loved 'the Mansion' and can highly recommend. - This was a beautiful oasis just blocks from the Acropolis, museum and Plaka. Had all we needed and was in a quiet area, though right in the heart of Athens. Cafes, supermarkets, bakeries all close by. Lots of space, all you'd need to cook, washing machine, outdoor balcony and seating area and totally secure.
• Nagrafiotis (7/5): Great location and clean, but not for me :-) - The style and the experience of an old house in Athens. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly cleaned. We couldn't sleep at all through the night. The noise from the street was horrible and then someone was shouting all the time. More than that, from the apartment above from 00:30 until 03:00 you could hear everything, they were walking on heels here and there..... The slab is so thin..... The bedroom from the backside is also noisy. The facilities need an upgrade. I didn't wanna use the AC, it looks too old and too small to make a difference.
• Julia (10/5): We are grateful for a lovely holiday at this property - We are a family with two parents, two kids and a baby and the apartment was suited perfectly perfectly for our needs for 7 day vacation. Spotless clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen, located on a quiet street yet close enough to walk to the Acropolis and the Center. Many shops, bakery, supermarkets and everything you need within 3 min walk. The property also has a small nice patio to enjoy the morning coffee. Very friendly, attentive staff who were kind enough to respond immediately to our every need such as extra bed sheets and a big taxi to the airport (thank you so much dear Maria)! We felt confident and cared for. Also the beds were comfortable, good linen and towels. The stay in the property really made our holiday awesome! I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. The entrance from the gate to the flat is kinda narrow so we had to fold the baby stroller going in and out of the house. But we managed and it was worth it.

Pillows were uncomfortable and not enough of them. The windows Re not double glazed so u can hear everything outside on the street.

• William (10/5): Perfect location near the Acropolis and the Plaka. - Great location near the Acropolis. Quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable king size beds. Front door needs to be locked to fully close. Otherwise door can blow open.
• Renata (9/5): Wonderful place. - It’s beautiful, very well decorated, excellent location, great host. We had an amazing time. The shower space is small. The property door doesn’t open from outside without keys. We ended up leaving one of our bags inside and we’re not able to go back inside the get it.
• Bess (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, could walk to all major tourist attractions easily. Five minute walk to a bakery and cafeteria, 10-15 minutes to the Acropolis. Very clean and loved having our own kitchen and washing machine. Loved the character of the building as well, and the staff was very organized and responsive. Bathtub/shower was quite small. But we managed….even my larger husband.

• Robert (9/5): Comfortable, clean apartment in great location. - The apartment is nice: old fashioned, but clean with new beds, and everything works great. The location was perfect - easy walk to all downtown tourist sites, including the acropolis and plaka. Hosts were super responsive, ordered a cab for us from the airport, and the instructions to get in were perfect. Many restaurants a couple blocks from apartment, which were delicious and not full of tourists (ie cheaper). Only complaint was the upstairs neighbors were pretty loud from 2-4 am 2 out of 3 nights, which was a nuisance for some of our family. Others slept through it fine.

The meet up when we arrived was confusing and frustrating especially since we had been traveling for 30 hours. The woman who finally showed up to let us in did not know anything about the apartment or the area.
