• Martina (9/5): - Lokalita, blízko k moři, spousta restaurací, kaváren a zmrzlináren. V okolí dětské hřiště, do parku kousíček. Velký prostorný byt. Výtah v budově, parkovací místo (my jsme nevyužili), pračka, skvělá komunikace, zajistily nám i transfer z letiště i na letiště. Balkón a menší dvoreček. Večerní hluk z restaurací. Rozhodně by to chtělo vyměnit matrace na postelích. Pouze dvě na kterých se dalo pohodlně spát. Jinak není co vytknout. Možná tak, že je to panelák a Španělům je evidentně jedno kdy doma vrtají, stěhují a opravují 😄 takže občasný hluk z ostatních bytů.
• Pavla (10/5): - Poloha hned u pláže a cyklostezky, parkovací místo v garáži, nespočet restaurací, kaváren a obchodů. Byt je obrovský, je tam vše co na dovolené potřebujete.

• Erdős (9/5): Összességében nagyon elégedett vagyok, jobb volt, mint amire számítottam. - Februárban vettük ki a lakást, így ennek az időszaknak megfelelően írom a vélemányem. A lakás első emeleti, alatta éttermek találhatóak, ami miatt kicsit aggódtam - végül kiderült, hogy feleslegesen. Sem a zaj, sem az illatok nem voltak zavaróak, még az erkélyen ülve sem. Bent a lakásban, csukott ablaknál fel sem tűnt. A part néhány méterre van és rengeteg üzlet (élelmiszer és egyéb), étterem vagy épp gyógyszertár van a közelben. A buszmegálló vagy a metrómegálló is csak pár perc sétára van - ezekkel max 15 perc alatt a városba lehet jutni, de gyalogtáv van a vasútállomás sőt, kb 35-40 perc kényelmes sétálással tömegközlekedés nélkül is be lehet jutni a történelmi negyedbe. A lakás szuperül felszerelt (tv, minden szobában légkondi), rengeteg tányér, pohár és evőeszköz van, de a főzéshez szükséges egyéb tartozékok is megtalálhatóak. Mosogatógép és mosógép adott, mindkettő működik, hátul pedig van egy kis terasz jellegű rész, oda ki lehet teregetni. Habár a bútorzat kissé régies és itt-ott lehetne újítgatni, ez abszolút nem von le a lakás értékéből. Autentikus, jó helyen van, nagy, kényelmes. Ennél több nem kell egy nyaraláson.

• Roderick (10/5): Great stay - Huge apartment. Beds & bedding were comfortable. Great balcony. Well equipped. Great location close to many restaurants and the beach. Close to regular bus services to station and Malaga Centre. Great communication. All good. Small things: Needs to provide more toilet paper and dishwasher tabs though.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Very comfortable apartment nicely furnished in a great location, check in process could be improved. - I was told to ring a phone number to speak to someone who would then open the first door. When I phoned the number on Whats App the message said that the business was not taking calls. We had to park the car on the street then go back and try to work out how to get in to the building. It was difficult to know what to do. When we went back I messaged the number, we received a message and the door opened. My daughter also found the entrance to the car park was not easy to find.

• Alireza (7/5): good but not for picky persons. good location and for the quality too expensive. - The apartment is big and has lots of spaces very suitable for big group. The location is also very good. the apartment is very old. Downstairs to apartment are lots of restaurants. therefore the apartment smells very much like food. They are not providing any kind of materials like tabs for dish washer or hand soaps. not even salt can you find in the apartment. The kitchen devices are very old and some of them are not in the condition for using.

• Anita (10/5): Loved it, would stay again. - Everything was clean and prepared for us, the apartment is even better in real life. I would say maybe update the picture, absolutely lovely place. Exactly as described. Owner is great, easy and quick to communicate with. The location is fantastic, 5 mins walk from the beach and shops and restaurants downstairs, with windows closed it was quiet at night also, so younger kids could sleep perfectly fine. Would recommend and stay again myself. N/A
• Miguel Ángel Arroyo (3/5): Buena ubicación, pero camas malísimas y limpieza muy mejorable - Sin duda la ubicación excelente, a pocos metros de la playa y en un barrio con mucho ambiente. El apartamento es amplio, luminoso y bien distribuido. Las camas son muy incómodas para el precio (casi 300 €/noche) y una instalación eléctrica de la cocina debajo de los muebles altos es muy peligrosa, con cables a la vista. La limpieza inicial dejaba mucho que desear: polvo acumulado, algún que otro insecto esperándonos para darnos la bienvenida, terraza y patio interior sucios, y muebles en mal estado. Pagamos 90 € extra de limpieza, pero no incluyó servicio durante la estancia y el único cambio de sábanas/toallas fue “por cortesía”. Solo entregan un juego de llaves para seis personas y aplican penalizaciones excesivas por pérdida.
• Nataliia (3/5): - Cercanía a la playa La casa es muy antigua y muy sucia, al entrar tenía que limpiarla entera para colocar las cosas. Había muchas cosas rotas y al reclamar el arreglo no vinieron para solucionarlo. La cercanía de la playa es la única ventaja de esta vivienda.
• Vladimir (10/5): Exceptional - Very large and very cozy apartment, antique furniture, paintings on the walls. Excellent location Not very good internet. It was not very warm in two rooms, because the air conditioners in them only worked for cooling.
• Lisa (3/5): Poor - Lots of space in the apartment, WiFi and nice towels and linen The checking-in system was so stressful. Lots of pre-arrival information requested and then the link to submit didn't work. I had to send numerous messages before I eventually received any information about how to access the property. On arrival we had to call someone before we could gain entry to the main block which was difficult as I had no phone signal. In the end, another resident let us into our block. There is a bar directly beneath the main bedroom which didn't close till 2am so noise was an issue. There were no cleaning cloths, tea towels or dishwasher tablets so we had to buy everything from scratch before we could clean. Providing a few items like tea or coffee or bottled would have been a nice touch but sadly, once again, we had to buy everything. We were due to check out by 11 and at 11am on the dot, the cleaner arrived. He was very pleasant, and we were ready to leave, but I think a little more flexibility would have been nice.
• Mark (8/5): We would definitely stay there again. - Very spacious. Clean and well equipped. Good quality apartment block. Several bars, cafes and restaurants within just a minute walk. Beach 2 minutes walk. Decor is a bit dated.

• Alena (10/5): Great stay in a quiet part of town - We stayed at this apartment as a group of five friends, and we absolutely loved it. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. What we appreciated the most was its location in a quieter part of the city, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including numerous restaurants and shops. We could easily walk to the city center, which was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the owner was very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

• Caroline (7/5): Large, comfortable, close to the beach but noisy. - Very large comfortable apartment close to a nice beach & restaurants. Approx 40 mins walk to the city centre but plenty of cheap buses close by. 15 min walk to the station & then 8 mins by train to the airport. The agency brought the key to us, had good communication through WhatsApp & arranged to fix the WiFi. The apartment is on the 1st floor directly above several restaurants which were very noisy until approximately 00:30 every night.

• Janelizzie (8/5): Close to the beach, 20 min walk to city centre - The flat is quite big with sitting area in the kitchen and even bigger in the living room. The place was clean, one minute walk will take you to the beach, restaurants in the same building, supermarket five minutes walk, public transportation nearby. We always walked to the city centre - a nice 15 - 20 minute walk with the view of sea and marina, but you can also use a bus. The train stations (with trains from airport) and bus station (buses to Gibraltar) are 10 - 15 minutes walk or you can use the bus - bus stop 1 minutes from the flat. The location is good if you want to stay close to the beach and not directly in the city centre. The bedroom with double bed has windows outside (the other two rooms have window to balcony in inner block) and there are restaurants under them so it gets a bit loud when they are cleaning and storing the outside seatings around one in the morning even when you have the window closed and it did wake me up more than once. Also you get the information on the day of arrival (no sooner) - so you need to be able to be online on your travel day.
