The building's staircase area was untidy, including some metal poles left near the door to our apartment. They could easily have been tidied away.

• Guest (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, with easy access to public transport. There were lots of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options around the area, which made it really convenient. Plenty of great places within walking distance!

• Leslie (7/5): It was ok. We finally figured out how to turn the heat on on the last day. Froze for 3 days. Some extra paper towels wou - Location was great. Close to a taxi stand if needed one. Short walk to Trastevere. Could improve on cleanliness. Building stairs were really dirty. One of our bathrooms in serious need of a renovation. Moldy!!!! Bad odor. The bath gel dispenser lid was broken so I turned it over and it was so dirty. Mold! See photo.

Fint område med massor av bra restauranger och kaféer. Tyvärr fanns inte stolar till alla i vårt sällskap och inte heller glas. Takterrassen var väldigt fin men inte så fint iordning när vi var där. Inga blommor, lite smutsigt och lite skräp. Men underbar att sitta på. Det var faktiskt också dammigt i sovrummen i skåp och lådor.

• Kristýna (10/5): Krásné ubytování v centru - Ubytování je v úžasné lokalitě, kde máte vše pár kroků. Obchody, restaurace, kavárny a pěší chůzí 20 minut k památkám. Byt je velice prostorný, tři pokoje, dvě koupelny, terasa. Čistý a vše potřebné na vaření k dispozici. Ocenila bych fén.

• Μαρία (7/5): Good - Very good location, suitable for family groups. Comfortable appartement with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The staff was answering immediately -via WhatsApp- all our questions. There was a problem with the hot water and we couldn't have our bath properly. The staff responded immediately to our worries, but because of Christmas Eve they couldn't find a technician to solve the problem. Although, the owner offered us some alternatives to apologies for our inconvenience, such as moving to another appartement or free transport to airport etc. Not clean enough. Old building without elevator. Electrical devices didn't match with the power sockets. No soap in our bathroom.

• Zsófia (10/5): Beautiful old town apartment with clean rooms and comfy beds. Perfect for groups. - The flat was amazingly beautiful and the beds (couch included) were super comfy. Lovely location with many restaurants around. The shower is a little bit uncomfortable as the shower rose is attached directly to the wall. But this is just a minor issue which didn’t affect the quality of our stay.

Good luggage storage I will recommend to friends despite a few negative things, I think it’s great value for money I think the property was not clean. I did not like the fact the we had to not just clean after ourselves but throw the rubbish away etc, or else we would have been fined. The bed sheets were strange, as suppose to a duvet cover, it was sheet-duvet-sheet The siphon in both bathrooms was clogged

For that money I would at least expect a good shower and a reply to my Whatsapp. - Clean apartment on a quiet street just a short walk from the bars and restaurants of Trastevere and close enough to the sights of the city. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Met by a pleasant and helpful lady who let us in and immediately changed a faulty key. The apartment was very basic for the money charged - E300 per double room per night, no extras. The shower was pathetic. You had to choose between volume of water or heat. You couldn't have both. Our stay alone would have paid for the installation of a power shower. We sent a simple question to the hosts via Whatsapp as instructed about the bus service to the airport two days before we left and never got a reply.

• Amanda (10/5): The property managers were nice and kept in touch before and during our stay. - The size of this property was great for our group of 8, with even more room to spare. There are twin size beds in 2 of the 3 rooms: 2 single and then 2 are part of a “bunk” but the top bed actually fold up if it’s not needed. The 3rd room had a double bed that could def fit 2 people. In addition, there was also a sofa bed in the dining room that was really comfy, one person in our group opted for it vs one of the top “bunk” beds. Having 2 full bathrooms was also great for a big group. There was a large table in the dining room with 6 chairs and there was plenty of cups, plates, utensils and cooking items. They even had us a bottle of water in the fridge when we got there. The best part was that they had provided laundry detergent for the washer, so we could wash clothes without having to go out and buy detergent! The property is really close to a grocery store (3 min walk) as well as several restaurants and cafe’s. There are some slightly narrow steps to get to the unit, but they’re not super steep. Being able to get in and out of the building with a code was nice, and there was a lockbox right outside the door of the unit for the keycard. It was helpful to be able to lock that out there for ppl who decided to stay out and explore the city more vs having to wait up to lock and unlock the door. One of the shower doors was slightly broken, it wouldn’t stay on the hinge, but the door still closed well enough to use. I did tell the property manager about the shower and he said he would look into it. There was also some black marks and staining on the bottom of the tub in one bathroom. It was clearly a stain, not dirty, as it didn’t come off after 4-5 showers. In Italy a lot of these buildings are older so some staining and discoloration on things like that aren’t super surprising.
• Kelsey (10/5): Wonderful stay in Trastevere! - This is the perfect place to stay if you have a large group!! So many beds, the airconditioning is incredible, and despite being so close to Rome, you feel so far and safe and cozy! The host was incredible, checked in on us, made sure everything was okay and even gave recommendations for some troubles we were having (unrelated to our stay). We had a very traumatic first day in Rome, but this flat gave us a safe haven. I would absolutely stay here again. The beds were comfy, pillows were great! Very clean and they even provided a bed for our baby!! NOT REALLY A NEGATIVE*** however, I will say, there are a lot of stairs! This wasn't a problem for us! If it is for you, I would book flat C or B!
• Robert (9/5): Superb - The staff were very helpful and responded promptly when we needed assistance. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is convenient for restaurants and for most of the sites if you don't mind leisurely strolls through the streets of Rome. There is only one card for the room and the power goes off when you take the card but they explained why and that was OK. The room stayed reasonable cool with the air conditioning off so it did not take long for the house to cool down

If they keep up the level of customer service, they will soon be the best hosts in Rome I would say an additional toilet in the 3 bedroom apartment

We had some minor issues with the closet not opening and one of the buttons on the bathroom not working, but they got solved quickly! These were just minor inconveniences.

The entrance door opened easily if you pushed on it a bit. The first bathroom sliding door didn’t close properly and the 2nd bathroom shower head wasn’t long enough and kept on coming off the hose. There also wasn’t any shampoo or body wash in the shower to the first bathroom.

• Cahill (10/5): Beyond happy, would come back! - The location, Trastevere, was perfect. It was our 4th time in Rome and this neighborhood,by far, was the best. The apartment was very big for 4. Would easily fit 6 if 2 were children sleeping in the bunk bed. Apartment was clean and the A/C worked great (which is rare for Europe in my opinion). Had a few issues trying to get there and get in the building and they were beyond kind helping me, walking me through the process and getting us on wifi asap. An hour after checking out we realized we left our phone in the apt and they personally went to the apt to get it and hold it for us. Again, over the top helpful! Only thing I could offer is it would have been nice to have been provided more toilet paper (we ran out and had to run to the store several blocks away) and napkins or paper towels for the kitchen.

• Nancy (9/5): Walked 7+ miles a day in Rome's summer heat & returned to an airconditioned quiet apartment, nice. - The location was great. Most sites were a 20—to 30-minute walk away. There were also restaurants down the street from us, and we discovered on our last day that there was a grocery store within 5 minutes' walking distance. Overall, the location was great. One of the showers had a temperature issue. I waited until we left to suggest they look into it. It was still usable, and we didn't want to worry about workers coming in and out if it wasn't an easy fix.
• A3a61680 (1/5): This place was purely transactional, completely misrepresented online, filthy & uncomfortably hot. - Other than location there was nothing to like about this place. Although located in the Trastevere neighborhood it was on the edge of the area. The place felt purely transactional, with no welcome note or special city charm, and seemed focused on taking your money. Despite booking a room with deck access from the kitchen, we were placed in a different suite without notice. The single key card system shut off electricity, including air-conditioning, when you left, making the apartment uncomfortable upon return. I needed to plead with them to be left on full-time. The arrival experience was awful, with a dirty hallway, and the property was misrepresented online as it was filthy, with broken furniture and a non-functional cassette stereo from 1987 (see pictures). The beds were squeaky, the coffee maker lacked filters, and the overall impression was that the place was poorly cared for. Ironically, they spent more time coaching me on leaving a good review versus anything else to make our stay enjoyable.

Loads of space , 2 bathrooms nicely done , strong hot showers Lots of steps 60 in total to get to flat but keeps you fit . Flat itself needs a makeover , little bit dated everywhere . Dishwasher didn’t work so had to hand wash everything . Needs a lick of paint and some new furniture/ fittings to reach its potential

• Anonymous (10/5): Perfect location, comfortable and spacious for our family of five, really helpful and pleasant owner. - Perfect location: we were able to walk to all the main landmarks during the day and easily find fun and authentic places to eat and drink in Trastevere in the evenings. The property was comfortable and spacious for our family of five - with two bathrooms which was very useful. (We stayed in apartment B.) The owner organised transfer to and from the airport (at extra cost), and this was smooth and stress-free for us - so thank you for that! Also really appreciated being able to store luggage before and after check-in/check-out. We were also granted extra time to check-out on our last day which made that morning more relaxed. Overall, we all felt that we would stay there again.

Excellent to visit Rome! Could be a bit more clean, especially bathroom. Only one key for a big group is limited.

Checkin was seamless and Alessio was very accommodating with an early checkin and late checkout. The apartment was comfortable and the amenities were great. I would highly recommend!

• Martin (10/5): Highly recommendable flat for groups. - The flat is located about 15 foot minutes from the center, in the less frequented part of Trastevere. The communictation with the personal was very easy; if there was a problem, they helped us immediately. Windows could be isolated better (from street noise), but all in all no problem.

• Kory (8/5): Comfortable but not perfect stay - Location is perfect. Host was responsive and addressed two issues that I had within 24 hours (broken hairdryer and leaking shower). Host let us check out an hour after normal check-out time. WiFi was good. Well-stocked kitchen. Nice view from the windows and rooftop. AC didn't get as cold as I'd like -- was hot in the middle of the night, and no provided fan. Check-out process was a bit extensive, including throwing trash away like 7 minutes from the apartment. The keycard situation is pretty inconvenient for groups: you only get one, so if you split up you have to remember to leave it in the lockbox, and come back to a hot apartment since it controls the electricity. And if one person stays behind in the apartment, you have to rely on them to let you back in (praying that they didn't fall asleep!). The wood on the bedroom window was stripping off. Shower drain a bit clogged such that you're standing in two inches of water.

It was so nice to have a spacious 3bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in such a crowded city. The location in Trastevere was so close to a Taxi stand and the Ponte Sisto and great bakeries and places to eat. Also the contactless checkin and all hours service from the phone number provided worked perfectly whenever we needed anything.

Each apartment had problems. Apartment B had Mold everywhere. Found dirty laundry under sink. But the others were nice . No paper towels no dish towels. So I had to go to grocery store. The area is the best for Restaurants 👍 Mold and I think the staircase to Roof deck is dangerous for children.
• Shari (10/5): Exceptional - Easy self check-in. We were able to arrive in the middle of the night. Not a fancy apartment but spacious and great location with responsive host.
• Michael (10/5): Great apartment, great price, great location!@ - Great location, the layout of the apartment was great. Apartment was well equipped for our needs. The staff was in constant contact making sure we were fine, and asking if we needed anything. Walking up the 3 flights of stairs....however after a few days we were used to it. It's really not a problem. I needed to be in better shape. LOL

• Kateřina (10/5): Perfectly located, very comfortable accommodation with super-helpful host - We really appreciated help with transfer from the airport and to the airport (for additional fee). We liked the roof terrace, clean bed sheets, towels, and bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and the location. There are plenty great restaurants nearby with reasonably low prices. It was easy to walk across the river to the old centre as well. We only used buses when we wanted to go somewhere further. The bathtub was rather old, but it worked OK and I loved the hot water :-) Only when two people had a shower at the same time (in two bathrooms), hot water changed into cold unexpectedly.
• Julia (9/5): We had fantastic family holidays and we absolutely loved the location. - Great location and we loved the flat. It was very easy to communicate with the owners. We were also granted a late check out which was super helpful! Close to buzzing bars, restaurants and all kinds of transport. If I was buying a flat in Rome, this would be my favourite area. The bathroom is a bit small and the water pressure not that great with hot water coming on and off.
• Martin (10/5): Nearly perfect for our needs. - Very good location in a very nice region of Rome. Short times to reach the center of Rome. Very gentle host. Sometimes a bit noisy because the windows didn't keep away all the noise from the street. Except this, we coudln't critizise anything.
• Maria (8/5): Very good - Nice, spacious apartment in Trasevere. Very close to the Jewish ghetto, TIM Shop, Roma Spirato restaurant, cafés for an apperol spritz. Nothing negative about this apartment.
• Beth (10/5): Great Stay - Location was great. We were welcomed by Massimo he very nice and accommodating. We were allowed to check in early which was great. The apartment was clean and large in size Some of the bathroom and kitchen fixtures are tired and could be updated, other than that everything else was wonderful
• Verified traveler (8/5): - The location of the property was good. The location is within walking distance of several different restaurants, and other stores. The unit uses a key card to open the door and turn on the electricity. I did not like this feature and ultimately created an issue when the power shut off and could not open the door. The bathroom is very small. The shower head was broken and did not work well and honestly, was the correct head for the shower. The tank for the toilet worked but had broken parts. Internet work well, and the communication with the owner was very responsive.
