• Herbert (2/5): Lousy hotel for the money - Nothing Poor maintenance of the room. Missing vending machines on my floor. Poor quality of the breakfast. Rude evening staff the day I checked into the resort. AC was turned off and refrigerator was not on at the time of check-in and bathroom door hinges were basically frozen in place.

• Ralphy (1/5): Horrible, pésimo, asqueroso - No me gustó para nada, horrible la habitación, me dieron en el cuarto piso y al parecer que nunca usaban esa area, la habitación nos recibió una cucaracha paseándose por las paredes, el piso nunca le pasaron una escoba y mapo, horrible no lo recomiendo para nada. No me gustó nada del 1 al 10 le doy 0 para el precio que pague que fue carísimo para lo que ofrecen, en mejores me he quedado y no he pagado tan caro.

• Giudeppe (5/5): Beware of anything negative you may have to say! - Friendly staff, Continental breakfast included. Administration is very judgemental. If you have anything negative or constructive criticism that you share in your reviews, you are placed on a do NOT rent list ! I needed another room for a couple more days and decided to try them again but my reservation was cancelled and I was informed they had placed me on their do not rent list! Very poor and unprofessional!

• Katherine (4/5): Disappointing for the whole weekend - The front desk lady was nice They had to switch my room because room 302 or 303 had a stuck door you could not open it at all. The rooms are dirty , the floors were filthy, the bathroom lights were super dim, the sink was dirty, the WiFi was not working my whole stay even when I did ask about it they said it was possible down the whole weekend the pictures are not the same in person the hotels are kind of outdated . Jacuzzi was closed.

I went upstairs to check out the room and went back to check out and told the front desk attended that the room was not clean and I am requiring a refund because I had to leave that night didn't even get a chance to go to sleep or sleep in the room so I am looking for my money back I would like to be refunded for a room that I paid for and did not sleep in I checked out minutes after I checked in

El baño de la misma, la cortina estaba muy manchada como si no la cambiaran. El desayuno muy pobre. El lugar no se ve limpio en general. El aire acondicionado de la habitación que me tocó se prendía y apagaba con el cable, no con los botones. Necesita una mejor limpieza.
• Rodrigo (1/5): Pior hotel impossível, imundo! - Localização era boa, nao muito próxima das atrações, mas compensaria por estar em um local menos movimentado como a International Dr. Primeiramente o checkin é feito no estacionamento, nao podemos entrar no hotel. As chaves nao funcionavam, precisei retornar ao balcão três vezes antes de entrar no quarto. Quarto e banheiro extremamente imundo.

• Ryley (2/5): - DON’T STAY HERE!!!! After I checked in, the room was absolutely disgusting. When I went back to the lobby to tell the front desk guy I stood up there for 10 minutes before i finally got his attention. He tried to show me to another room and that room had mold on the pillow and was dirty as well. I obviously asked for a refund and was told to email the business for a possible refund.

Walked in to bugs crawling everywhere, stank , floor dirty look like it hadn’t been sweep. Wifi code given did not work . So I returned to inform front desk staff he was concerned at all stated he couldn’t refund me and I could go somewhere else and pay money because none of the rooms would be to my standard. He always advised me well you did only pay $50 for the room what did you expect. Horrible experience!

It was 11:45PM and it was Wednesday night not a busy day at all. He assigned me a room on the 3rd floor.? My husband and I clearly saw a few empty rooms on the first floor.!

My family and I were greated by a very standoffish employee who interacted with us through a window that was taped up(red flags 1&2). our rooms were disgusting. Stained dirty sheets, mold in the shower, roaches in the room, and a stained floor is what greated us. We complained to the front desk to get some new sheets and pillow cases. After giving us a set of sheets for both beds, he said he was going to look for sheets. I waited 20 minutes and never saw him again. We emailed the manager (who was not on site mind you. When we requested a manager we were told they wouldn't be available until after 12pm. We called at 3 and still weren't there) trying to get a refund for the following night we booked with them. They pretty much told us to pound sand. Do not stay here. $20 a night more then their rate got us a beautiful room at La Quinta.

• Dainely (6/5): Okay Stay for One Night - The hotels.com app however stated that our total would $86 per night but when we got to the hotel they took a $75 deposit (expected) and $5 per night “tourist fee” (NOT expected) which disappointed me because for 1) we are NOT tourists we just needed a place to rest and 2) this was not mentioned to us previous to making the reservation. We later read in the fine print so beware of this. When we got to our room, at first glance everything looked okay and spacious. There were hairs everywhere (on the bed, on the swivel desk chair and on the towels). The bathroom was NOT as spacious or as accommodating as the description said. The bed was way too far away from the A/C which made it warm to sleep and I for one tend to sweat in my sleep. Because of this I had to set the A/C to 65 degrees Fahrenheit. The blow dryer did NOT work at all so I had to sleep with my hair wet. They didn’t have a lot of soap or towels or tooth brushes in the room so we had to make do. The toilet was loose on the bottom. Felt like it would break. That said, the bed was actually comfy. The place was quiet and relaxing. They had wifi but we didn’t use it as we didn’t need to. They serve breakfast onsite but we didn’t eat there. The staff was professional but didn’t go above and beyond they were just okay. Parking spaces were available and the elevator was in close proximity to our room. For a one night stay, it wasn’t too bad. They just need better cleanliness and better space in the bathroom.

Especially when I wanted to enjoy the night with my woman and we both work nights, so we were looking to stay up watching movies and no matter what I did, the internet was too slow and it was not able to connect at all. Even calling down to the office so things can be reset accomplished. Nothing, because at the end of everything, I was told there was nothing they could do. Again I have never experienced this before, so it was very disappointing to lay in a room and Not be able to enjoy the basic features/amenities every hotel offers🙄

• Jvon (2/5): Worst Florida Stay Ever - I’m telling you staying at the days Inn in Fern Park in Florida was the worst experience I ever had in my life. They were kind at times but it made it seem like they didn’t care the first day that we got there knowing that they seen that my mother was disabled. We were put on the fourth floor. Going to the pool, it was said we wasn’t supposed to b in that room. The keys to the door was not working on and off. We had to keep going back down to the lobby to get it reactivated, we had to go downstairs to bring our dirty towels downstairs so we can get new ones. And they didn’t have an iron up there which I had to go down there and get that. they don’t even knock on the door. Knowing that you should be always able to knock on the door unless somebody respond first before you walk through the door, and then they automatically immediately come inside the door. On our day leaving which was on June 9 The elevator wasn’t working the day before that they stated that it was gonna be fixed by the time we leave on the ninth, it still wasn’t fixed. Mother disabled. I went downstairs to speak to the lady and she told me that she had six people to help bring my mother downstairs in a sheet. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and on top of that, they tried to say that their was smoking inside of the room because they seen a clipped cigarette that was left in there for me smoking downstairs in the designated smoke area.Try to destort money from my elderly mother bc of the complaints.
