- Alexey Gartenzaun (8/5): Amsterdam Zentrum - Das Hotel befindet sich in wunderschöne zentrale Lage, ideal zum Spazierengehen, da alles bequem in der Nähe erreichbar ist. Manche Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück wirkten etwas komisch – mit ernster Miene, ohne ein einziges Lächeln und sehr distanziert im Umgang. Auch die Bewegungen und die gesamte Atmosphäre wirkten eher kühl statt freundlich. Insgesamt war das Hotel gut. Für Rollstuhlfahrer ist es allerdings etwas umständlich, da man am Eingang jedes Mal eine vom Personal bediente Hebebühne bzw. elektrische Rampe nutzen muss, um hinein- oder hinauszukommen. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, nachts jedoch etwas laut. An zwei Nächten war bis etwa 3 Uhr morgens Musik zu hören – allerdings konnte ich nicht erkennen, ob sie von draußen oder aus einem Nachbarzimmer kam.

Signed up for their eco cleanliness programme. With less changes of clean towels,bedding etc for duration of our stay. Which we would have been happy with. Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned or clean laundry , linen provided for the duration of our stay. The hotel front desk were informed on our exit ,their response ,was a verbal and subsequent written apology. Nonetheless, it put a dampener on our stay in Amsterdam.

The area has many shops and is a good place to wander. It was amazingly quiet for where it is located. The room could have been a bit more well appointed. There wasn’t a clock, the chairs were very uncomfortable so we ended up sitting on the bed. The shower floor was very slippery so be careful.

A szálloda belső terei , a bár és az étterem is , kellemes hangulatot árasztanak. Nem volt olyan.

- Shizzz (8/5): - the first time we checked-in to the hotel, they gave us room upgrades and free breakfasts etc... room was awesome but unfortunately with our tight schedules, we couldn't enjoy the breakfasts. awesome staff and all were very friendly, including the concierge boys , the front desk staffs etc... the second time we checked-in, they did not give us any room upgrades, they put us in a very small room, and this time, no free breakfasts also... I mean i understand that this is on a case to case basis but if she would try... she could do it. having said that, this above issue doesn't take away the hotel charm and the beauty of its location and its accessibility.

Dopo che ci siamo accontentati di spizzicare qualcosa al bar non hanno rimediato all'aver dimenticato l'ordine di uno dei commensali, perché nel frattempo la cucina era chiusa, e non hanno nemmeno portato una fetta di torta, sempre per la stessa ragione. Close to the tram going in either direction. No power point on left hand side of bed, only on right dude. So cannot have phone near me for time, alarm etc. The omelette service at breakfast was very slow and seemed to be inefficient. The receptionist lady at breakfast taking our room number was helpful, friendly and very helpful.

- alrikd2026 (2/5): A lack of humanity that's hard to accept. - I was supposed to stay at the Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam with my girlfriend for a week-end at the beginning of January. Unfortunately, a few days before our departure, my grandfather passed away, and the funeral fell on the exact day we were due to leave. I contacted the hotel promptly, with the necessary documentation — not to demand anything, but simply to ask, as a first step, whether we could reschedule our stay. From that point on, the experience was deeply disappointing: endless response times, multiple different contacts, unclear information, false hope… only to finally be asked for over €655 extra to move the stay to early April. At no point did I feel any understanding, any support, or even the bare minimum of human compassion for the situation. No real goodwill gesture, no acceptable solution, no effort whatsoever, despite the circumstances and the documents provided. The result: I was unable to reschedule my trip, and of course I received no refund either. I genuinely regret having to leave this review, because I would have truly loved to discover this hotel and have a wonderful experience there. But after such a lack of consideration, respect, and basic humanity, I now know I will never set foot in the place. What more does it take than a family bereavement and a funeral on the day of departure to hope for even a little flexibility? One piece of advice: read the terms and conditions very carefully before booking, because if something serious and unexpected happens, you may find yourself completely on your own, up against a cold and rigid commercial policy.
- DPBSeattle (6/5): Location! Location! Location! - Very friendly staff. Room looked out to another hotel bldg (or a wing of theirs) where our view was of others in their rooms. We kept black out shades closed so it felt a little claustrophobic.

- Moish (10/5): - كل شي حولك حرفياً مايحتاج تاخذ اوبر او تكسي قدام محطة القطار يعني مره كويس الفندق بس اوبر ينزلك بعيد عنه تقريباً 200 متر تنزل بعيد عن الفندق شوي ومعك عفشك تسحبه قدام الناس لان السيارات غير مسموح لها تتواجد حول الفندق
- Fearless581274 (2/5): clogged shower, a bag of marijuana, leftover food in the fridge, and bugs - The shower was severely clogged, yet the staff told us to let it overflow and failed to deliver the promised towels to manage the mess. To make matters worse, we found bugs, leftover food in the fridge, and even a bag of marijuana left behind, proving the room was never properly serviced. To top it off, we paid extra for a canal view but were placed in a noisy room facing the main street instead.
- Sarah (7/5): Central if noisy location - It’s a really central location (which does mean quite a lot of street noise), the room was spacious, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was superb! The room was quite dark and looked a bit dated (the fridge was a former mini bar with bits missing). I thought their “sustainability” pledge on house keeping was a way of reducing costs. I’m perfectly fine to not have towels changed daily but how does not emptying bins or replenishing coffee pods in a 4 star hotel help with sustainability…?

- Cindy (10/5): - The location and facilities were outstanding. Breakfast was great too. The AC turned off every time we went outside. There was no way to keep it running. The front desk had to reset or control it every evening which was a pain for me and for them.
