RobertS113 (10/5): Pleasurable stay at the Garden Elysee Hotel in Paris February 2026. - I enjoyed my fourth stay at the Garden Elysee hotel and will always stay there when visiting Paris. The staff are friendly and the location of the hotel is excellent , in a quiet street off Avenue Kleber close to three Metro stations on three different lines along with several bus routes giving access to most of Paris with its many attractions. Although in the middle of this vast metropolis the hotel is set back from the street and looks over a nice garden allowing for tranquility and calm. The rooms are comfortable and serviced nicely and the bar area and lounge are tasteful with again friendly staff serving drinks. This hotel makes my visits to Paris a delight. elizabethdG4664RN (10/5): The best - Me and my niece stayed in the superior room. The decor is clean, fresh, very clean and modern. We had plenty of space to move around. There was a good amount of wardrobe space. Beautiful bathroom with a rain shower plus a smaller shower head that you could take off for easy use. The staff were so caring and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They spoke very good English. The breakfast was great. A fantastic choice of fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, toast, cold meats, croissants pain u chocolate. Etc. The view from the room overlooked the front garden which was still lush and green even in winter. It was up a very quiet street so no noise disturbance. It was about 15 mins walk to the Arc De Triomphe and about 25 mins to the Eiffel Tower and the river Seine. Will most definitely stay there again.
be0003nr (8/5): Great location & lovely, clean modern suite - except for a couple of inconsiderate guests - My husband & I arrived early December 30th. The front desk staff stored our bags and had them in our room when we returned from city activities. Our 4th floor suite has ample space (including a large modern bathroom that has a soaking tub and large separate shower) and separate WC. Housekeeping has cleaned/straightened our room very well each day. The location is terrific and they've been very nice about quickly ordering taxis, etc., so we have been most happy here (regretting only that the weather is too cold to enjoy the garden views) - until last night another group on our floor began making VERY loud noises and carried on until very late. They are not even immediately next door! The noises they continuously made (one woman kept screming/yelling/laughing) kept me awake until the wee hours - very disappointing after such a lovely, tranquil experience. A few hours ago, the noises from that room started again tonight. It's almost 1am, and I went down to the front desk in my pajamas an hour or so ago to ask them to intervene. When I got to the lobby (which is dark and empty b/c it's late!) coincidentally, two very loud women (sounded like one was the same woman from last night) appeared to be waiting for a taxi there and were literally shouting across the lobby so loudly I could not hear the desk clerk standing just a couple feet from me. I finally had to ask them to please talk more softly so I could talk with him. We don't have the woman yelling any longer, but now a male is constantly talking in a very fast, elevated voice. The walls are not paper thin; the problem is these specific guests' discourtesy, not the hotel, but the hotel needs to make them pipe down. With just one front desk clerk visible, it doesn't seem he is going to be able to do anything very effective. We have to get up early tomorrow for an overseas flight, and I'm not at all happy about being sleep-deprived a 2nd night in a row.

deyanpehlivanov (10/5): Weekend in Paris - The hotel is very modern and has an excellent location - 10 minutes from Trocadero and 15 minutes from Arc de Triomphe. The decor is beautiful, with a lot of greenery and plants which explains the name. The staff are kind and attentive. The rooms are spacious enough and equipped with everything one could want. The bed is very comfortable, the thermostat is straightforward and the bathroom is large. Everything is clean and well-kept and functions smoothly. The WiFi is excellent. Hotel breakfast is served 7:00-10:30 and includes a hot drink, a buffet with continental European selections as well as fresh juices, fruits and yoghurts. The restaurant is very cozy and looks out over the garden.
MrsBobs17 (8/5): Lovely hotel - Really lovely hotel, friendly staff, very comfortable and great location a few minutes away from the Trocadero. The only downside was that there were three of us and we booked a "Junior Suite" which was really no more than a slightly bigger than normal double room with a sofa bed squeezed in. So for three adults it was very "cosy". I wouldn't book this again for three people. As I say though, everything else about the hotel was excellent.
JJL_Penn (10/5): Hidden gem in the 16th arrondissement - So first I'll be the person to say "I don't really write reviews," and that's true! But this hotel deserves the recognition. From the moment I arrived until the moment I departed, my experience was exceptional. The reception/front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and all spoke English well. The room was impressively clean when I first entered (trust me, this is HIGH praise coming from me...I'm kinda a neat freak). It was well maintained throughout my stay. And housekeeping was quick! I was only gone for a couple of hours, and my room had been cleaned while I was gone. The slight "downside" is the size of the standard room, which is around 200 square feet. But I was traveling alone, so it was fine. And they do have larger rooms available. Next time I'm in Paris, I will look here first—and you should too!

No accountability and sense of urgency. - Disappointing Experience — Lost Item Not Recovered I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately left behind my Valentino Rockstud flats in the room after check-out. I realized it a bit later and contacted the hotel as soon as I could, but by the time I followed up in person (within 48 hours), I was told the shoes could no longer be found. While I understand some time had passed, it’s disheartening that such a distinct and valuable item could go missing with no record or accountability. I expected that personal belongings left in the room would be properly handled and logged by housekeeping. This experience left me disappointed and questioning the reliability of the hotel’s lost-and-found process. A simple oversight turned into a frustrating and avoidable loss.

My room was comfortable and well appointed with excellent daily service. The location of the hotel is in the safe and elegant 16th arrondisement in a quiet street just off the stylish and busy Avenue Kleber. I can highly recommend this hotel with its garden setting. Lyn (10/5): - This is a boutique hotel in a nice street of the 16th arrondissement which is residential and not touristy, with lots of small brasseries and bistros nearby serving reasonably priced and good quality food. There are three metro stations in walking distance, so transportation is great and Uber works well in the area. Halfway between the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, there are great sights to be seen nearby. A short stroll to Place Victor Hugo provides more dining options, and shopping as well. I love this hotel, I’ve stayed there twice now and I will return.

It is an attractive hotel on a quiet street, yet extremely convenient to transportation, restaurants and major sights. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. The breakfast was nicely presented and delicious. And the service was unfailingly efficient and friendly. The decor is also very nice. The hotel has an attractive lobby and a sitting room and breakfast area that borders a pretty garden. It’s a real hotel gem.

Magdaline (10/5): - After a disappointing stay at another hotel, my family and I arrived here and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was warm and welcoming, and check-in was smooth. The room and bathroom were spotless, and I especially loved the rain shower head. We slept like babies! The location is great—about a 20-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Upon arrival, we were given two complimentary drink tickets, which was a nice touch. Since we arrived around 10:30 a.m. and check-in wasn’t until 3 p.m., the staff held our bags so we could explore the neighborhood. We didn’t return until 5 p.m., and to our delight, our luggage had already been placed in the room. All we had to do was pick up the keys. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a huge improvement over our last experience. Highly recommended!

Lasmeste (6/5): Not really accessible room - I asked via email for an accessible room (I'm on wheelchair and cannot walk at all). It was confirmed the room was accessible, but when I arrived I discovered that I cannot access the sink (it seems it was originally set up to allow a wheelchair user to access it but then they added a wood board below where to place the towels, and as a result it's not possible to access it on wheelchair). Also the floor of the room is completely covered by a thick moquette that is making really difficult (impossible for me with no strenght in my arms) to indenpendently move the wheelchair. The walk-in shower was instead pretty good with lots of space and ease of access, same the WC (even if with only one grab bar).

We were also disturbed very early by hammering of some kind within the hotel and housekeeping knocked twice in spite of the “do not disturb” sign being up. I don’t think the junior suite really qualifies as a junior suite either. The room was small and just had a pull out couch jammed inside. The shower head was broken too. We had to hold it the entire time during our showers.

Vacationer743627 (6/5): Just ok - Stayed here with my two adult sons. Picked a "junior suite" and it was just a regular room with a pull out couch squished in the room. The room was not very clean. Hair all over the bathroom when we arrived. There was also a lot of noise early in the morning. It sounded like banging of possibly a hammer, like something was being repaired within the hotel. Too early in my opinion. Housekeeping also knocked twice in spite of the do not disturb sign on the door. Had to ask for conditioner from the front desk. This should be in the bathroom and readily available. The hotel is somewhat dated and could use updates, as well. The hotel is in a fairly quiet area which is nice and is close to several good restaurants.

It was great ppl but a very small basic room with shower head problems blow dryer issues and looks like they only had one or two iron on the property going around. It was doable we made do but this is not such a high rating hotel. Also uber is not very accessible from here had to pay outrageous prices for taxi back to airport. However a nice small cozy hidden hotel. I thought is was a much larger place. Overall probably an 8 not a 9 out of 10 for sure.

Location is right in the middle of dozens of nice cafes, 1/3 mile walk to a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. I’ve had a small room here, do NOT get that, but the larger room we had was just fine. The staff are so courteous and helpful, always a smile and greeting. It’s a boutique place with all the attention you’d expect. Tough to beat for the price.

Tchwawa (10/5): You don't need a view of the Eiffel Tower for comfort and enjoyment - We stayed at the Hotel Garden Elysee for 11 days starting May 29 through June 9, 2025. We had a Junior Suite with a king bed and AC. There was a full size soaker bath tub and shower and a separate room for the toilet. The hotel has an elevator. The staff were so accommodating and we absolutely LOVED the location. While you don't get an Eiffel Tower view every night, we loved the garden view with the sound of the waterfall right outside our window. We used the housekeeping every other day to get clean towels and a refresh of the room. The housekeeping were very respectful of the items we had strewn about the room that were our very own idiosyncrasies. We brought the necessary converters and adapters and had absolutely no problems using our hair appliances or charging our devices. This hotel is 10 minutes walk to the Trocadero or the Kleber Avenue which is full of cafes of all sorts. There is a grocery market just a few minutes down the street which we visited multiple times. I think that people believe they need to be "centralized" in the city or have an Eiffel Tower view to enjoy Paris but we enjoyed this beautiful quiet boutique hotel tucked away from the crowd. The thing about Paris is things occur that you can't control and sometimes being away from the crowd is priceless. We were safe and sound from the maddening crowd the night that the PSG team won the League Championship. There were riots in the street and fireworks all night. We slept peacefully. This is a wonderful hotel for an extended stay in Paris!

786sonyaa (10/5): BEST place to stay in Paris! - If you are going to Paris - STAY HERE!!!! It is not only conveniently located within walking distance between the Eiffel Tower AND the Arc de Triomphe, the hotel is beautiful, and the staff is absolutely amazing... please hear me out: This is the MOST HONEST hotel you will ever stay! I foolishly left my wallet with all my bank cards, a credit card, my driver's licence, etc. AND a bank envelope with more currency than I dare to admit. I was in absolute shambles at the loss as I didn't realize it until I was in the UK. Due to an inoperable cell phone I was not able to contact them for 3 days. When I arrived back in the States they called ME and gave me a full accounting of all the items I had left - including the currency down to the penny! They held it all in their main hotel safe until a friend could pick it up this morning! Please stay here - and if/when you do, please let them know that you APPRECIATE their honesty and hospitality!!! AMAZING!!!!

It was walkable to 3 different metro stations, in between Trocadero and Arc d' Triomphe- just perfect and great restaurants and boulangeries nearby as well. I cannot say enough about the staff, we were anxious about the language barrier but they always had someone who spoke English at the front desk. I tried to speak french and in things that I did not pronounce properly they were so kind and helped us through it, recognizing that we were trying out of respect to them. I honestly would stay there over and over again. The room size is as you would expect in Europe but exceptionally clean, room service everyday tidying up if you wanted. I think the building next door was having issues with their elevator so there was a noise that at first I thought was a bird, we had our windows open and that was the only time we could hear this noise. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a convenient area to the major sites!

Cynthia (4/5): - The location of this hotel is good, not too far of a walk from the Eiffel Tower, however, I found that most of the restaurants within walking distance were not great, very touristy and expensive. The size of the room was good, very spacious, the bathroom was a good size by Paris standards. The coffee bar was ok, nothing special. Now, as far as customer service, my experience was very poor. This hotel is rated as a four star hotel and I believe I have received much better customer service from hotels with far lower ratings and pricing. The day we arrived and checked in, the staff did not make me or my family feel welcomed, they did not go over connecting to wifi, or make known any of the amenities available. Since I booked the room through Expedia, the reservation included a complimentary bottle of wine. Well, let's just say the hotel made it very difficult and unpleasant to redeem the complimentary wine voucher. I think it would have been best to just place the bottle in the room from the very beginning, instead of expecting the guest to chase around staff with a little coupon, that they will in turn act like they don't know what it is, and ask "what do you want?", in the most annoyed tone ever. The wine voucher was passed around to three different staff members before some guy went to the back of the bar and gave me my tiny bottle of wine. One night we spotted a mouse walking on the lobby bar counter.
jenindisney (10/5): Great location, staff and room! - Very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff were lovely and upon arrive offered us a room upgrade for free as we arrived early and the room type we booked was not available yet. We declined the nice offer as we desired the twin beds we booked, we went for out for breakfast and a walk and when we returned our room was ready still a few hours ahead of check in. The room was exactly as pictured and very clean. Beds were comfortable. The hotel is back a bit from the street and so it was very quiet. The back terrace was not open yet when we were there in March but it looks like it would be very nice in the warmer months. The location was perfect, a very easy walk to the Arc de triomphe and Eifle tower. Many cafes and restaurants around. My mom who has mobility issues and walks with a walker found it very convenient and accessible.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the location was excellent if being near the Eiffel Tower is a priority for your stay. There are multiple lines of the Metro just a short walk away. Would absolutely stay here again.
