- Maik Herrmann (7/5): insgesamt ok, kleine Verbesserungen möglich - Die Lage ist einfach top und das Personal sehr freundlich! Parkhaus in der Nähe, aber etwa 54 Euro am Tag. Leider nur eine Art Brot glutenfrei, obwohl es hieß, es gibt mehrere Optionen. Zum Glück hatten wir selbst noch etwas dabei.

The bathroom and room were immaculate. Located on a quiet street walking distance to the Eiffel Tower . I would stay there again any time.

I would not recommend this hotel, but I would recommend the photographer who made it look like something it wasn't.

- Jennifer (8/5): Hotel de confianza en París - La habitación estaba muy limpia, y ordenada. Dispone de hervidor de agua y algunos sobres de café y té gratis. La ubicación es fantástica a 5 min andando desde Trocadero. La calle dispone de un supermercado y tiene poco tráfico, lo que facilita el descanso. Como era Pascua, nos dejaron un bombón en la almohada de regalo al hacer la habitación, cosa que es de agradecer :) El check-in se demoró incluso un poco más de las 15h y tuvimos que esperar a que terminasen de arreglar la habitación.

- barbarawwarren (10/5): Nice hotel, reasonably priced - This was my second stay at Hotel Floride Etoile. It is centrally located only a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is modern, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. There are a number of nice restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself serves a good breakfast for an extra charge. The price is very reasonable for the area. This has become my go-to lodging when I am in Paris.

- Sergey (10/5): So glad that I stayed here again - The hotel's location is very convenient - a 4-minute walk to Boissiere metro station and slightly further to Victor Hugo station. Trocadero and the Arc de Triomphe are also within walking distance. The staff are wonderful, very friendly, and always willing to help. Very good buffet breakfast, cosy and convenient rooms make this place an excellent choice for a business traveller.

- heathercH3547RC (10/5): Home Away From Home - I recently traveled to Paris and stayed at the Floride Étoile by Elysée Hotels, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The front desk staff was exceptional—kind, welcoming, and truly lovely from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless and well cared for, with daily housekeeping that made our stay very comfortable. The hotel also has a nice bar and dining area, and the location is absolutely perfect for exploring Paris. One staff member went above and beyond in every way—Allen. When our luggage was delayed in the United States, Allen helped us locate stores for toiletries and clothing, recommended excellent restaurants and museums, and even took photos of us before heading out for the day. His humor, warmth, and genuine care made our trip even more special, and I will truly miss him. 10 out of 10—highly recommended!

Location is fabulous, loads of shops restaurants around only walking distance, Trocadero with view of Eiffel Tower is only 10min walk, to Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe is 20 min walk, metro station 5 min walk, hop on hop off bus stop 5 min walk. The bestest location! Breakfast is delish, loads of variety things such as toast, baguettes, croissants, cakes, eggs, variety of ham and cheese, fruits, cereal and granola, jam, delicious coffee tea cappuccino and much much more. Staff are super friendly and helpful and most of them speak English specially the front desk staff. Shout out to Armand always cheerful and helpful! At breakfast room every morning there is this Asian bald guy with glasses works, very grumpy and impolite, I’m not sure if he speaks English bec he never speaks just angry face but at least he can say “good morning” and smile to hotel guest as respect. When he sets the tables he is so aggressive the way he sets the table he throws the utensils, plates and cups and makes loud bang bang noises. When he cleans the breakfast tables after guests leave, he takes the used big thick white napkins blows and wrap them put it back on table again and puts utensils on it. Isn’t he supposed to change it put new one? People have used those! I’m not taking down stars for him bec everything in this hotel is fantastic. I’m only pointing out hopefully hotel will acknowledge. Merci for beautiful stay in beautiful Paris!

- Gema (9/5): - Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel, la ubicación del hotel es perfecta, entre la Torre Eiffel y el Arco de Triunfo, una zona ideal con restaurantes, supermercados y al lado de una estación de metro. Habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias. Esta vez nos tocó una habitación interior, y las vistas no es que fueran muy bonitas... pero en general, ¡todo muy bien!

- Rolf (9/5): Perfektes 3-Sterne-Hotel für einen Städteurlaub in Paris - Wunderschönes Hotel in Top-Lage! Das Hotel ist sehr schön in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und dennoch zentral gelegen. U.a. der Eifelturm, der Triumphbogen und die Metrostation sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung befinden sich Cafes und Restaurants. Sehr zu empfehlen ist dabei aber auch das leckere und reichhaltige Hotel-eigene französische Frühstücksbuffet. Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und alles ist sauber. Unser Zimmer (Kategorie Executive Doppelzimmer) war sehr schön und geräumig. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so dass man sich von Beginn an willkommen gefühlt hat. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Paris. n/a

- hui (9/5): 非常棒的一次住宿体验！感谢所有服务人员！ - 这里的员工非常的好，每个人都很NICE，房间每天打扫的非常干净。早餐虽然很简单，但是我觉得味道很好，也非常干净卫生，房间不是特别的大，满足我们三人的住宿需求，非常干净。地理位置真是非常的好，周边很安全，出行非常方便，步行几百米就可以到埃菲尔铁塔，凯旋门等著名旅游景点，周边交通也非常发达，离地铁站很近。门口就有一个家乐福超市，周边吃饭也有很多餐馆。

They had a plumbing problem. There was no hot water from about 7 pm to about noon the next day. They didn’t inform us until when I tried to take a shower around midnight. I had to take two ice cold showers and wash my hair in ice cold water. I understand that problems happen. If they would’ve told us at 7 pm we could’ve tried to find another hotel.

- Eric (6/5): Correct mais pas aussi bien qu'espéré compte tenu du prix du séjour. - Insonorisation insuffisante par rapport aux bruits de voisinage surtout quand la personne passe un coup de fil vers minuit... Il y avait aussi des bruits d'écoulement de chasse d'eau par intermittence: peu agréable
- Adriana (10/5): Malý, čistý hotel na super místě a pěší dostupnost cca 15 k Vítěznému oblouku, Eiffelovce, Trocadero, Louvre 25minut bus - Výborná lokalita. Milý personál. Věci nám nechali před check in uschované a po návratu z města, už byly na pokoji a při odjezdu večer, možnost nechat věci do doby, než se jelo na letiště.
