- Madeleine (10/5): Would definitely stay again. - Spotlessly clean. Modern rooms. Fantastic shower. Great location 5 minutes to MRT (green line) and the best vegetarian restaurant (Yang Shin Vegetarian Restaurant). Really loved the water dispenser in the room for instant hot and cold filtered water, no plastic bottles or yucky kettle.

Close to some good vegetarian restaurants for the evening. The food at breakfast was not labelled, so it was difficult to know which dishes were suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

- Alice (10/5): 溫馨開心的住宿體驗 - 進入大廳，準備住房報到時，馬上受到櫃檯一位翁小姐熱情接待，備感親切。夜間出門，也是一位櫃檯劉小姐幫忙備傘，讓我們感動萬分！住過千百間飯店，櫃檯工作人員難得有如此噓寒問暖的服務！ 退房前，剛好有機會和翁小姐分享連住多日的心得，提供幾個建議給飯店參考： 1. 浴室牆壁需有安全扶手的安裝，以確保住房客安全。 2. 浴室掛勾需增加，以利浴巾吊掛。 3. 增加浴室小椅和小勺子，安全又省水。 期待下次再入住溫馨的旅店！祝福旅店生意興隆！ 飲水機太迷你，建議開設每一層樓架設飲水機，房間內提供水壺直接取用，比較實用。

- Kim Anh (7/5): Disappointing service for a 4-star hotel - The location of Parkview Taipei is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city. We had a mixed experience at Parkview Taipei and, to be honest, were expecting more from a 4-star establishment. While the hotel itself is fine, the service was disappointing and didn't feel welcoming. For example, there are no automatic doors at the entrance, which makes it quite difficult when you are traveling with a stroller. We often had to struggle with the doors ourselves without any assistance from the staff. Furthermore, when we had a question regarding a charge on our account during check-in, the staff was not helpful at all. Instead of looking into it, we were simply handed a business card and told to send an email. This is not the level of service or problem-solving we expect at check-in. Although we were two guests and a baby, they only provided one Coke per day. There was also beer, but since we don't drink alcohol, it felt even more poorly balanced for two people. Overall, it was a mediocre stay due to the lack of hospitality and service-oriented thinking.

- Sybren Wibo Ralph (10/5): Wonderful stay at this hotel. - We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. The room was spacious and neat. Staf was professional an very kind and attending. Breakfast was good and the restaurant room spacious and well. And by the way, tasty coffee from a good La Cimbali coffee machine (certainly thanks for that, a good coffee is always the best start for a new day 😀). We’ve booked, based on our experience, our stay at this hotel again for the last 2 days in Taiwan after we’ve done our trip circling the island the coming 10 days. All is well, there is absolutely nothing to complain about!

- Mio (9/5): 大変よかったです。 - 中山の中心街にあり、近くに良いレストラン、足ツボマッサージがあります。新しいホテルで部屋がきれいです。バスタブがあり、バスルームとトイレが物理的に分かれていて、ゆったり入浴できました。 家族5名で2部屋予約しましたが、隣の部屋にしてもらえて良かったです。 チェックイン時刻よりも1時間早めに到着しましたが、部屋に入れてもらえて良かったです。 チェックアウト後も、スーツケースを預かってもらえました。 フロントに日本語対応できる方がおり、近くの足ツボマッサージのお店を教えてくれたり、予約もしてもらえて大変ありがたかったです。親切な対応に感謝します。 街中なので仕方ありませんが、部屋はあまり広くありません。

Though the rooms were small, it worked for us since we were out touring during the day. The beds were comfy. The had a great water purifier in the room for drinking hot or cold water. The lights were light switches were a little confusing at first.

There was a great cafe and family mart and small park behind the hotel. No variety of shops nearby but quite close to cbd.
