- Michal (10/5): - Klimat i lokalizacja.

- EVANGELIA (8/5): Very nice place to stay for a weekend in Rome. Everything was close and right under the house there is a wonderful resta - Very comfortable place for two families with three kids ! The air conditions needed service for hygiene reasons

- Dimuthu Lakmal (6/5): We liked the location. Nice restaurants were around. - The location. A/C. The house needs much attention. There were many things that needed repair. The second bathroom was very tidy. It doesn’t have a shower screen, only a shower curtain.
- R. (9/5): Superb -
- Alex (7/5): A fair price considering the quality. - The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is great.
All the things you need are present. There are a few items in the kitchen and the bathroom broken, as it was a holiday weekend, this disappointed me.
- Erin (9/5): Clean, easy to find, loved the neighborhood -
- Camila (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ruphar (8/5): Very good -
- Marlane (10/5): Great location - no need for car - great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping . 15 min from Vatican but not in the middle of the fray. a few blocks from the metro. Was well appointed . Relaxing to come back and sit on the little terrace.
- Christine (10/5): Exceptional - The loction was a 10min walk to the Vatican. The neighborhood had a touristy street, but also less touristy areas in the other direction. We made coffee in the apartment and sent an early riser from our group to find morning bakery treats. Metro stop is just a couple of blocks which made this convenient for getting around Roma. The outside deck was very nice to have for drying clothes and hanging out. We did not cook any meals, but the apartment was equipped to do so. The apartment is very nicely renovated with throughout.
- Malgorzata (7/5): good location with 3 large separate bedrooms but bathrooms require serious cleaning and renovation - -Great location! the area is not flooded with tourists and there are great local restaurants and cafes nearby. Walking distance to Vatican Museums, Metro A (Lepanto station) takes you to Spanish Steps and Coloseum.
-Spacious, clean bedrooms, really comfy mattresses and full sized beds, enough of pillows, covers, towels. There's nice atmosphere with some decorations, sculpture, books, not just "cheapest plain IKEA" like in many places we've stayed before
-Nice kitchen equipped for basic cooking. Was missing some stuff but the owner brought it after I txted them.
I appreciate there were paper towels, dishwashing capsules, some coffee, tea to start the day without shopping
-There's a small elevator that is few steps above the street level but it worked for the little one in the stroller
-The owners are responsive on whatsapp -The bathrooms require immediate attention. The furniture is really worn off. One bidet doesn't work. The shower curtain was covered in mould - thick at the bottom, spots all over, we couldn't use that shower.
In the second bathroom there is a shower cabin in better condition but with poor pressure of water in the taps.
- The dishwasher didn't wash dishes the first time. Bravely we washed the filters -it seemed it wasn't done in a long time
-The net on the top bed looked promising to make it a bed of our 6-yr old but the bottom part was not sticked/connected to anything, he could have easily fall when he was sleeping so we put his mattress on the floor underneath. You can use the top shelf as a play area if the child is not rolling though.
- Rosetta (9/5): lovely apartment in a great area - would recommend for a family stay. - location was great, apartment was cute and homey. bed in one bedroom was a bit small for 2 people.
- Alka (9/5): Superb -
- Panayiotis-alan (10/5): Perfect Stay - The House was very big and spacious. Each child had his own bedroom with a double bed.
The outdoor patio was perfect for the warm nights
A/C was excellent as well during the hot period of July in Rome.
- Jayne (9/5): Excellent apartment, great for families - Great location with easy access to transport and lots of shops, restaurants etc and very close to the Vatican. Very, spacious with lovely outdoor terrace and comfortable beds. Washing machine a great added bonus!! The bathrooms were lovely but only suggestion would be some new showerheads and a shelf in the shower for soap/shampoo etc.
- Allison (9/5): Very comfortable accommodation. - The space was very nice for our large family. The shower in the 2nd bathroom did not drain and we were not able to use that family. I sent a message after the first night but never received a response.
- Djiakouris (9/5): Superb -
- Ina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was as in the pictures, spacious and modern. Comfortable and large beds were covered with clean linen. The terrace is perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. Best of all is certainly the location, a few minutes' walk to the Lepanto metro and bus station. Vatican is on walking distance. The shower in the small bathroom is unusable because the drain is not working and creates big flood.
- Yan (9/5): Great spacious apartment in a great neighborhood. - Getting the key from the property manager on site was convenient. Great location, the restaurant downstairs was excellent. Walking distance to Vatican City. The apartment was just as described, very spacious for our family of 7. The host did not provide any check-in instructions to me directly. Had we arrived past 1pm, the property manager would not have been on site to provide the key.
- Morna (9/5): It suited our needs, comfy and great location. Liked entry system, no need to carry keys. - Location, easy access using lock box and code. Comfy and spacious Good showers but tended to flood floor if not careful. Bathrooms look a little tired but wasn't an issue.
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay at Casa Frisi. My husband and I stayed with our 7 children - it was truly a home away from home. The host was helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend Casa Frisi. Thank you for having us!
- Avril (8/5): In general had everything we wanted and found out way around easily - The location was great not too far to walk to the sites. Had everything we needed. In need of a little repair in places.
Wrote two messages to the owner one through Bookings.Com and the other to their website and never got a reply from either which was disappointing.
- Moh'd (10/5): Perfect stay in rome - Spacious, excellent location, modern and clean. Great value for money
- Danell (10/5): Perfect spot to explore Rome from - The location was fantastic & the pizzeria just outside was outstanding (& super convenient)!
- Chantelle (6/5): Pleasant. Great outdoor space, location not great - Was told to buzz the porter / all ok Beds not comfy
Sleeps 9 but cramped ( 2 in living room)
9 girls, only two bathrooms. Need mirrors on bedroom desks
Needs more glasses (only 2 nice sized glasses)
Cutlery not clean and loads of dust on top of fridge
- Deirdre (10/5): First trip to Italy. Stayed at Casa Frisi for two nights before our tour. Couldn’t have picked a better place! - Nothing! It was wonderful!!
- Alan (10/5): Fantastic Apartment - The outside space. The decor. The showers. The proximity to cool stores and eating spots Nothing really. Could have had more information about the area to help us find the best options quicker
- Sandra (9/5): Lovely clean, big apartment in excellent location. - Beautiful apartment, exactly as photos show. 5 mins from metro (Lepanto) and 5 mins walk from supermarket. Really clean accomodation, well stocked kitchen with utensils and crockery. The terrace is lovely and big. Met the porter on arrival, lovely man brought us up to apartment, very helpful if we had any queries during our stay. One little small point that may be of help, when you have the air conditioning on in each room sometimes if you switch the washing machine or oven on at the same time it can cause the power to trip and cut off in the apartment. It is an easy fix, just switch off the air conditioning just while using washing machine/oven. If the power does go the porter showed us a flip switch just above the power box inside the front door of the apartment that you just switch back on to turn the power back on immediately. Maybe when first arrving into apartment get the porter to show you the switch just in case. Whole building is really quiet at night also felt very safe in the building. Nothing.
- Rose (8/5): Overall good just don’t book airport taxi through booking.com - Near to Vatican 5 mins walk Train service to colosseum good showers and good sized bedrooms
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mickey (8/5): Very good -
- Dilley (9/5): Wonderful apartment in Rome - Great location, very close to the vatican and easy access to the Meteo.
Large spacious apartment. Just needs a few more drinking glasses otherwise great
- Tim (10/5): We couldn't really have asked for a better experience regarding our stay at Casa Frisi! - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Frisi, the apartment was spotless and well maintained and a huge bonus was how comfortable the beds were.
The location was ideal for us to experience Rome, we were within easy walking distance of the Vatican City and Lepanto metro station can get you areas such as the Colosseum within 25 minutes.
It was also extremely useful to have both La Pratolina Prati Pizza on our doorstep and Sciascia Caffè 1919 around the corner. There was a little language barrier with the building's porter but he was helpful enough, just remember the terrace's lights are not on a light sensor or timer they have to be turned on and off.
During our stay there were a few noisy neighbours in the stairwell and some construction work occurring but there's nothing really to complain about. We had a fantastic time all round!
- Anonymous (9/5): all in all, very good. - facilities, location, design. owner was unavailable during an power failure. managed to call the portiere who helped us but had trouble finding the number. we recommend to leave clearer instructions. bathroom sink was clogged.
- Natalie (9/5): We all fell in love with Rome and Casa Frisi and would return in a heartbeat. - Casa Frisi is a beautiful property in an amazing building. The bedrooms are all huge and the apartment is spacious. It was a little too cold in February to sit out on the terrace, but would be glorious as the weather gets hotter. When we read reviews, many people said the beds were too firm. They definitely are all very firm, BUT we all slept amazingly and I’m now thinking of getting a firm mattress at home. The beds miraculously healed us every night after a long day of walking. We would definitely book this property again. The lounge sofa definitely needs replacing. It has lost Its shape and structure - and the lounge area did not have enough comfortable seating for a small family. It would also be useful to have mirrors in the bedrooms. It would also be handy to have a tea towel in the kitchen.
- Travis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fiona (9/5): great location, clean with good facilities - clean, good location, local restaurants and supermarket. near metro -easy walk to sights sofa not comfortable
- Aija (9/5): A well equipped apartment for a comfortable stay - recommended! - The kitchen was well equipped and the option to have dinner on the terrace was really nice. The beds were nice and firm, and the "pirate bed" was much appreciated by our 6-year old. Two bathrooms were convenient for a family of 6. Basically all you need for a comfortable stay was there. There was a problem with hot water upon our arrival (so a slight disappointment of not being able to shower after the trip), but it was promptly fixed the very next morning. Otherwise no complaints at all.
- Catherine (8/5): Very enjoyable, a lovely city. - The apartment was large, with good facilities a lovely outside space and it was clean and comfortable, It was a good location, easy to walk to most places we wanted to go to if not we got taxis.
A lovely little market on a Sunday just around the corner and a quirky local bar nearby and a lovely pizza restaurant just outside the apartment. The shower pressure wasn't very good and the temperature was cold, we were advised to increase the temperature by a control in the kitchen which we we did but it made no difference.
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sally (10/5): Exceptional -
- Edita (9/5): Superb -
- Jane (10/5): Casa Frisi is a gem in a nice neighborhood - Casa Frisi is one of those vacation apartments that make you feel at home. It appears newly renovated. The furniture and the appliances are new. The kitchen is staffed with large sets of dishes, glasses, and utensils: enough to host a party. It is obvious that the owner made a lot effort to decorate the apartment to make it comfortable. We met the owner once. He showed us around to make sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, we did not expect the apartment to be so pleasant and neat. The apartment has many interesting architectural elements. The arch ceilings are about 14 ft high. All glass windows have window doors to control light, and yarn curtains to protect privacy. It has a desk in every bedroom. The apartment is a 7 minute walk from the Vatican Museum, a 10 minute walk from St. Peter's, and two blocks away from a nearby Metro station. When we stayed here, the fragrant star jasmine in the patio was blooming. One Saturday morning when we were enjoying the fruit on the patio, beautiful music drifted in from a nearby apartment. It sounded like a child was taking a private guitar lesson. The melody and the scene reminded us we were in the city of romance.
The apartment has two bathrooms. There is plenty of hot water for showing. One shower did not drained very well. The other one is great.
After Rome, we visited Florence and Venice. Our 15 year old son could not forget Casa Frisi. "Oh, I wish this was Casa Frisi."he said every time when we walked into an apartment.
