• graff gerard (5/5): Bel emplacement, mais des améliorations à effectuer à cette chambre 2 pour une satisfaction totale - - les lieux pour les excursions avec le métro et le bus à proximité - la possibilité de voir tous les soirs le Colisée illuminé - la chambre propre Pour la chambre 2 - la fenêtre donnant sur la rue bruyante le matin car point de rdv pour les excursions - des toilettes chimiques bruyantes et qui se mettent en route à tout moment ; ça surprend - une petite douche avec des parois que l'on peut à peine ouvrir, montée sur une marche, question sécurité on peut faire mieux - un coffre-fort à la hauteur du sol, dans l'armoire, utilisation allongée sur le sol, pour un contorsionniste c'est parfait - bémol avec le petit déjeuner où mon oeuf dur était collant et le blanc, noir : quelle horreur

O fiambre e o queijo eram em quantidades pequenas, se fossem os segundos a irem tomar o pequeno almoço já não havia. O WC era ruidoso, tinha um mecanismo que fazia ruído.

Lot of different things to have for breakfast. Shower cubicle. It's on a step and it can be a bit difficult to get in and out off. And when the shower doors are open not a lot of space to get in and out.

• Jocelyne (5/5): We woud not stay there again. - Location was perfect! Hostess was wonderful! We didnt now how to enter building or where check in desk was. The toilet wasnt flushing and water from shower went into toilet. It was fixed the next day! Breakfast would have been better with a toaster.

• Kim (9/5): Great little spot. We had a blast in Rome. - Location was first rate. Communication with owners was most easy and excellent. Room was quiet and private, yet right in the centre of everything which is just what you want. Shower was a little small. Toilet made a funny noise but we understand this was most likely due to it needing a pump to operate correctly and it did settle down once you got the hang of it!.

• DISONG (10/5): Overall, it's very good. - The location of this hotel is very good, just a few minutes away from the Colosseum. The staff is very enthusiastic and the rooms are clean. There is a coffee machine and breakfast is served. I like the apples and baked waffle sandwiches provided by them. It would be better if the bathroom could not have such high steps or a bigger one. My knees are a little uncomfortable these two days, and it's not very convenient to get in and out of the bathroom.

• Melanie Aurelina (7/5): Fantastic location - The location is fantastic, close to Colosseum and it’s very comfy place for tourism…you can see this attraction from the outside of the building. It’s also a clean place, with good instructions to be found provided by owner. He provided good service. There’s a coffee machine and tea which can be used in a shared room. The toilet flushing can be heard from other rooms, as well as other guests talking or their rooms doors. Apart from this, the water gets stuck when showering so your feet are covered with water meanwhile and if the the water suction pump won’t activate, as a consequence it will overflow outside. Breakfast is not fresh, unluckily serrano ham was mouldy.

• LM (8/5): Nextdoor to Colosseum - Location was great, right next to the Colosseum. Afew restaurants nearby, straight forward walk from the termini. Breakfast was prepacked but plenty of choice and accessed yourself. The stop on the hop on hop off bus for the Colosseum was closed so it entailed a lengthy walk to pick the bus up which was a main reason for our location choice. No fault of the hosts. Room was very noisy, from outside until late at night and from early in the morning due to the ticket office and meeting point outside our window. Plumbing in the room was loud, we tried to avoid using toilet and shower between 10pm and 8am, however others were not quite as thoughful.

Il prezzo sicuramente è stato buono in relazione ad altre strutture precedenti , ma è un peccato che ci si perda in alcune cose facilmente migliorabili. Stanza piccola ma con tutto, bagno Ni: rumore fastidioso del motorino dello scarico anche durante la notte, una sera si è pure bloccato lo scarico non abbiamo capito come ( personale disponibile a sistemare tutto prontamente!) . Colazione onestamente non è una bella presentazione soprattutto per i turisti stranieri che si aspettano probabilmente la qualità italiana . Capisco la comodità di usare prodotti confezionati ma sulla qualità si potrebbe fare di più. Macchinetta del caffè leggermente datata , primo giorno altri ospiti non sono riusciti a metterla in funzione perché si bloccava. L’acqua del dispenser di un sapore tremendo! Difficile bere anche il tè per quanto aveva un cattivo sapore. Letto ni: inizialmente apparentemente comodo , ma la rete durante la notte si imbarcava e cigolava. Insomma se non avete grosse pretese per il prezzo ci sta… ma dalle foto e dalle recensioni mi aspettavo di più. Peccato perché il potenziale della posizione è altissimo!

Faltou um pouco de assistência para o uso da cafeteira elétrica, da cafeteira em cápsulas e do microondas. A cafeteira elétrica também precisava de limpeza (estava com café velho e mofado).

• Szczepanski (5/5): - Location and price. I was told there was a tax of 28.00 euros that was left on a sticky note in the room. I left 28.00 euros on top of that note the morning. I left and then was charged again on my card 28.99 more euros for the same thing. There was not a mention of any charge when we checked in, though it is probably valid, I dont want to be charged twice. Did not see the proprietor at all after we first checked in. I would like to be refunded the 28.00 that I left in the room on March 10th, 2026. Elevator worked when it wanted to, half the time we walked down the stairs. Shower was extremely difficult to get in and out of.

• Sonja (7/5): Coloseum Convenience - The location of the Vestadomus was beside the Coloseum, so I could see it from my window. And 2 minutes walk from the Coloseum metro stop, so super easy to get to from the train station, and the Vatican. Several cafes and restaurants were very close, so the location was great for this. The Coloseum is generally 20-25 minutes walk from other sites like the Pantheon, or Trevi Fountain. The walk is easy, and safe at any time of the day. Communication about how to get into the accommodation was great, and Gianluca who was on site each morning was very lovely, and super helpful. It was a good sized room, with a comfortable bed. The pump that turned on to refill the toilet was very noisy.

• Sandra (10/5): Repetiremos seguro si volvemos a Roma. Personal muy amable - Está justo al lado del Coliseo. Sales ya haciendo turismo. Y a la hora de volver al alojamiento ayuda bastante como punto de referencia. Las instalaciones son una masterclass en utilización de espacio. Acogedor y agradable. Lo único que cambiaría sería los colchones, necesitan una renovación. La cisterna hace ruido pero no sé si tiene solución teniendo en cuenta los años del edificio en cuestión.

• Lucie (3/5): Plus de points négatifs que positifs malheureusement, je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement. - Hôtel très bien situé, juste à côté du Colisée (que l’on peut apercevoir depuis la fenêtre de la chambre). - Isolation très mauvaise : on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir, dans les autres chambres et dans la rue. - Bruit important dès qu’on utilise l’eau dans la salle de bain (lavabo, douche, chasse d’eau). Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain. - Petit déjeuner décevant : viennoiseries sous plastique, un frigo et une machine à café à disposition.

The mattress could do with a change. - Tiny, and I mean TINY, shower. A bigger person simply does not fit inside it, and it was unsafely built on top of two steps. See picture. - Very noisy at night.

Gianluca nos recibió muy bien y nos explico que ver y como movernos. la habitación por lo general esta bastante bien y la cama era cómoda. Sin duda aconsejo mucho este sitio Tuve una mala experiencia al pagar las tasas. hay que hacerlo en efectivo, y a dic 25-12-2025, en ningún lado lo ponía, ni en booking, ni los mensajes automáticos que te suelen enviar los alojamientos para darte instrucciones extra, ni nos avisaron personalmente cuando llegamos y nos explicaron todo, me entere mi ultima tarde en Roma y tuve que dar mil vueltas para sacar dinero en efectivo ya que los ATM de las calles te cobran comisiones elevadas. Espero que para un futuro lo recalquen ya que en muchísimos sitios puedes pagar con tarjeta

• Rizzo (10/5): Romantico, Eccezionale, un tuffo nel passato vista Colosseo! - Mi è piaciuto tutto, Gianluca è stato disponibilissimo a fornirci indicazioni su tutto, le camere ottime, l'accoglienza anche. Per non parlare della posizione, veramente una chicca che ti permette di raggiungere i nodi principali della città anche a piedi! La colazione veloce e pratica, la mattina vengono lasciate in camera le capsule da usare nella sala colazione per fare il caffè, il cibo è confezionato ed è stata una cosa che ho apprezzo particolarmente soprattutto dal punto di vista igienico. Il frigo abbastanza fornito di succhi, yogurt, latte e frutta. Non ho veramente nulla di cui lamentarmi. Non ho giudizi negativi, chi li fa è perché veramente trova il pelo nell'uovo. Avrei solo dei consigli da dare riguardo una miglioria nella pulizia generale, una rinfrescata.

• Family (8/5): - I loved how close it was to the Colosseum, which was the focus of our trip to Rome. A 5 minute walking distance is like being there - no need for a taxi, no need to drive there (even in light rain). Nearby places to eat were a pleasant extra and surrounded by street parking even if needing to pay for it was really nice. The park across the street is great if you have kids. The general area felt safe, and we had no bad instances, which just added to a great experience on our stay in Rome. I also liked the fact that a referral to nearby guarded parking is given. To sum it all up, we had a wonderful stay, great breakfast option, great dine out options, and pleasant hosts. Although it's hard to avoid but it would have really been nice to have a larger shower and more leg room at the kitchen tables. Suggestion - Remove 1 table to create more leg room at the other (you really don't need to have one table per room, which seems like the intention in the kitchen).
• Ana (10/5): Acogedor - Todo con Vesta Domus fueron facilidades. La ubicación es inmejorable, algo de ruido por el día pero lo normal para una ciudad. Agua caliente y aire acondicionado que salía a tu gusto. Muy limpio y acogedor con servicio de lavandería y te hacen la cama. Recomendable 100% La cisterna del váter hacia sonidos raros y el escalón para subir a la ducha algo incómodo.

• Martyna (7/5): Dobra lokalizacja - Lokalizacja była idealna ! 2 minuty pieszo do Koloseum, 3 minuty do najbliższej stacji metra. Wszędzie można było dostać się na piechotę. Tylko raz skorzystaliśmy z metra, aby dostać się do Watykanu. Dodatkowy plus za codziennie sprzątanie. Materac był bardzo wygodny. Nie spodziewałam się, że tak dobrze się wyśpię przy głównej ulicy. Niestety śniadania są do poprawy. Zdarzyło nam się, że gofry które były na śniadanie były z pleśnią. Niestety dwukrotnie trafiliśmy też na niedogotowane jajko. Poza sezonem trzeba częściej kontrolować stan pożywienia. Plus to całodzienny dostęp do kawy, herbaty i wody

• Brian (4/5): Very Dissapointed. - Location I arrived late and once I was able to get into the main entrance, there was no key in the box. I contacted the property manager and he said he would call someone to come over. After 2-1/2 hours no one showed up. I made several more attempts to reach the property manager but received no answer. It 10pm I finally had to cancel and have Booking.com find me another place.
• Jasmin (7/5): Sijainti hyvä, henkilökunta todella mukava mutta huoneisto itsessään oli pienehkö pettymys. - Sijainti oli loistava! Ensi kerralla valitsemme kuitenkin kunnon hotellin. Sänky ei ollut mieleinen, nukuimme aika huonosti + käytävän äänet kuuluivat todella paljon läpi huoneeseen.
