• Ben (8/5): Great value for an overnight stay before a flight - Good location for airport train. Woolworths nearby Faint smell of cigarettes in room There is an elevator for the rooms, but you still have to drag your luggage up some stairs to get in.

• Andrea (1/5): - Location was good Very disappointing stay due to poor cleanliness and maintenance. The shower was dirty and in noticeable disrepair, and there was a razor head cover left in the shower for the entire duration of my stay, suggesting it had not been properly cleaned. In the bedroom, plasters were covering a sensor, which made the room feel poorly maintained. The seat of the chair was broken. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards and health and safety. For the price it's very poor. I wouldn't not recommend staying. I would not return. The check in is also in the bar there is no designated check in area. Not sure how this would work if you wanted to arrive earlier than when the bar would open.

No signage to indicate where to check in, walked around the bar- establishment area and had to ask staff, check in at bar, sausages in metal tin with flies everywhere on the bar, bed to small , tv on side wall makes it very difficult to see. Remotes to aircon not working.

• Caris (10/5): Good value for money for a one night stay - Very close to the metro station, clean and quiet. Had everything we needed for a day’s layover in Sydney before carrying onto our next destination. Staff were also very friendly. Nothing. It was good for a short stay.

• Miao (10/5): Very good experience. - Great location, very convenient for dinning out and shopping The room cleaners should be more professional after being asked more towels, but they didn't deliver. Yes, they may be simply forgot. The floor of shower room is not easy to clean up.

And the location is truly amazing, just one minute from the metro station! As our room windows faced the rooftop, there was sometimes some noise from the ventilation system, likely due to the wooden window frames. However, overall it was quiet at night, and we slept very well

• Marlene (4/5): - The lady that served us at tje bar, was absolutely lovely and very accommodating, we were able to check in earlier which we really appreciate. Great location, the train station is close, lots of shops and the super market was great Our bed was made daily, with fresh towels You couldn't open the windows in the room, for fresh air, and we really felt the humidity. There was no information about wifi access, didnt relose it was on tje back of the swipe card. we had to go downstairs and ask for dinning information, there were no phones in the room to ask for assistance. Just a tip to help customers like us from NZ. Information packs about the area, convenient stores and transport would be really helpful for future stays. The toilet lid wasnt very clean, our sink never got clean either, and not sure if our room was vacuum.

• Sean (10/5): - I have stayed here a few times now :) No issues, rooms are great for the money you pay - shower and bathroom and everything you need. Staff were friendly, one actually let me leave my heavy bag behind the bar so I didn't have to lug it around for hours before check-in time :)

Comfortable room, comfortable bed, pretty clean (but I’m a cleaner and def wasn’t to a great standard) super convenient next to the train station, Woolies and places to eat close by. Staff were ok on check in. Would def stay again.

• Judith (8/5): - The location suited us as two minutes from train station. They were happy to change our room when we asked for medical reasons. Very comfortable - great shower in Room 15!! Our only complaint was no English Breakfast tea in the room - it was all green tea. Just an oversight I'm sure and we were too lazy to go down and ask for it!
• Andrea (3/5): - I liked the Bed I didn’t like the noise on Tuesday the 2nd of September at 7:30am, the undergoing renovation started to early and I wasn’t aware of it when I booked in. Very disappointed as I was terribly tired. The shower head is not convenient and the water goes everywhere in the bathroom. The toilet seat is disgusting, not cleaned properly.

The only thing missing in our room was a full length mirror. That the room didn’t have a full length mirror everything was was fine!

• John (7/5): Comfortable, affordable stay, suitable for travel through Sydney - Suitable accommodation for requirements. Visiting family at several locations, flew into Sydney airport, hired car. Accommodation could be easily accessed from the airport. Travel from the accommodation to family was straitforward. Attached to a hotel so meals were easily available. No pub noises at night Some minor noise from renovation work being undertaken, but such happens when upgrades are required.
