La recepción fue un KO. Nadie hablaba inglés y el manager muy regular. Muy difícil de comunicar. Me dieron una habitación standard cuando tenía superior y me dijieron que el desayuno era solo para 2 personas cuando en la reserva que era para 2 + 1 niño ponía desayuno incluido. Solo me dio 2 vales después de 20h de viaje. No tenía más ganas de discutir. La habitación muy normal, el hotel era barato relación calidad precio

• Alison (9/5): Great hotel, close to Disney, PVG airport and the metro station close by. - Great location in relation to Disney and PVG airport. Used the shuttle service for both, but got taxi back from Disney as pick up was late. Very easy to do though as you head for the taxi rank and there are a line of cabs waiting. Great breakfast, clean rooms and good location. Free washing and drying facilities. Shopping centre 5 mins walk away with great shops, as well as a food hall in the basement. Metro station 5 mins walk away. Staff very nice and used translator app to communicate. The family rooms were facing the busy road intersection at the front of the property which was quite noisy with traffic and horns. The smell of cigarette smoke seemed to linger despite being a no smoking room. Think that’s generally quite common in Shanghai though.

Shuttles really handy for Disneyland and Airport Room could be warmer (winter visiting), noisy outside, and rooms are not soundproof. Rooms could do with a little tlc around the edges. Also couldn't get transfer back from Disney as WeChat couldn't work - although taxis are very cheap!

• marco (10/5): Ottimo per stopover - Perfetto per un lungo stopover a Shanghai. Noi lo abbiamo usato per una pausa di 18 ore tra due voli. L'hotel è confortevole, pulito, silenzioso, a pochi minuti a piedi da una fermata della metro sulla linea che collega l'aeroporto al centro (People's Square ad esempio). Dall'aeroporto all'hotel occorre circa mezz'ora, dall'hotel al centro circa 1 ora, quindi si può scegliere di passare tutto il tempo in hotel o fare una breve visita in centro. Il check in in teoria è a mezzogiorno, ma se si arriva prima di mezzogiorno e la camera è già disponibile, si può accedere senza sovrapprezzo. Noi siamo arrivati alle 9.30 e siamo entrati in camera quasi subito. Se la camera non fosse stata disponibile avremmo atteso nella hall o in un qualche locale nei dintorni: ne abbiamo visti svariati nel breve tragitto tra la metro e l'hotel e abbiamo anche visto un centro commerciale vicino alla metro (non siamo entrati, quindi non sappiamo cosa offra). In particolare, di fianco all'entrata dell'hotel c'è un piccolo ristornate cinese dove abbiamo cenato deliziosamente (traduttore obbligatorio se si ha connessione internet, altrimenti ci si capisce a gesti). Il prezzo è altamente competitivo rispetto ai mega hotel più vicini all'aeroporto, che di solito offrono un servizio navetta. La metro è decisamente più comoda, ma non circola di notte. -
• Joseph (9/5): A high quality hotel in an excellent location. Will stay again. - The quality of the hotel was very high in my opinion and exceeded my expectations. Often times photos of hotels are made to really flatter the hotel and they may not look as good in reality. But with this hotel, the photos very accurately represent the high quality of the hotel. The hotel is new, rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast service from 6:30 to 9:30 makes it convenient and the buffet menu range was also excellent. The hotel was kept clean throughout. There is also a small gym. The location is great and very convenient... it's very close to some small convenience stores and a bigger supermarket across the road. It's also only about a 5 to 10 minute walk to Chuansha Metro station. Some staff members are also of high quality. In particular, I dealt with a young lady called TuTu who was excellent and serves the guests very well with her warm personality and smile. Even though we could not speak each other's languages, we could communicate via the translator on the phone... her energy was warm and positive and she makes you feel welcome, so she should be recognised by management as being a very valuable asset to the hotel. I wasn't able to catch the 18:30 shuttle bus from the airport despite being in the hotel's WeChat group for that shuttle run. There was an issue with retrieving my luggage off my international flight, which delayed me by about 10 extra minutes, but I explained this to the driver all the way. At 18:22 I messaged that I had found my luggage and was on my way to find his car. After being given some vague directions from airport staff to P1 parking, I found it and arrived to the line of cars at 18:32, but the shuttle had already departed. I understand that they need to depart on time for the other guests, but unless there is an emergency or the guests need to be at an important meeting, I think it is reasonable for the driver to advise them that they need to wait a few extra minutes for the guest with the delayed luggage. Just an extra 3 minutes would have allowed me to catch the bus, so I was not happy. My first impression of the hotel staying for the first time wasn't good. Luckily when I found my way to the hotel independently, I was greeted by a nice staff member called TuTu who was understanding, apologetic and helped to brighten my mood.

• Zelda Bisschoff (9/5): Exceptional quality and value for money - It was an exceptional stay. The early check-in and late check-out function assisted us a lot as well as the airport suttle service. The rooms are exceptional, comfy and staff very friendly. Breakfast was very nice. There was no coffee or milk in the rooms - only tea.

• Andrey (9/5): Очень хороший отель, за такую стоимость. - Отель, точнее его сотрудники, понравился ещё до поездки! 1. На все мои вопросы, в сообщениях: как добраться на метро, в какое время завтрак и т.п., я получал быстрые и обстоятельные ответы! 2. Из Шанхая мы уходили в круиз, и, опять же в Шанхай, возвращались. Поэтому одним из критериев выбора отеля, была его близость к аэропорту. Отель, мы бронировали, на одну ночь до круиза и, на две ночи, после круиза. Да, до центра, на метро, далековато: порядка 45 минут, чистого времени, в вагоне метро, до Нанкин Роуд. Но, после длительного перелёта в Шанхай, очень удобно добраться до отеля. Также быстро, в день вылета из Шанхая, мы добрались до аэропорта. 3. Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый! Да, у кого-то не очень хорошо с английским (впрочем, как и у меня 😀), но офлайн - переводчики и искреннее желание помочь, перевешивают плохой английский. 4. Китайцы, несмотря на таблички, очень много курят. Причём там, где курить запрещено. Мы некурящие, поэтому войдя в номер, который нам предложили изначально, мы выскочили, едва войдя туда: всё было прокурено! Поменяли без вопросов! 5. Есть бесплатная прачечная: стиральные и сушильные машины. Порошок и гель, тоже есть. 6. Завтрак, преимущественно, ориентирован на китайцев. Но, голодным, не уйти: есть что выбрать и европейцам... 7. В ванной комнате, очень приличные шампунь/кондиционер/гель для душа. Одноразовые наборы: зубная паста и щётка, тоже есть. 8. Белье и полотенца чистые и свежие. 9. Есть небольшой спортзал: всё минимально, но для зарядки хватит. Зал, разумеется, тоже бесплатный. 10. В пяти - семи минутах (как идти), прямо у станции метро, есть большой торговый центр: продуктовый супермаркет, одежда, обувь, электроника, парфюм, ювелирные, полно точек общепита... Всё имеется. Некоторые места общего пользования (лестничные площадки, коридор и т.п.) слегка "уставшие): требуется косметический ремонт, но это не критично! Плюсы отеля, значительно перевешивают, эти минусы.

• Aisha (8/5): A comfortable stay - The breakfast options were not bad, I liked that there was a "No Pork" area, that was important for me to be able to have options. The room was clean and comfortable, and they provided all the toiletries I needed for a comfortable stay. There are a number of restaurants down the road; I especially enjoyed dinner at a halal noodle restaurant less than 5 min walk from the hotel. The shopping mall and subway station being a 5 min walk away was very useful - I did some shopping at the shopping centre, then took the train (line 2 - convenient) directly to the market in the Science Museum to do some more shopping. The staff were courteous, some spoke English, for the others we communicated very well via the translator app, I appreciated their effort to accommodate that. Good value for money. I'd definitely stay again. Sometimes the breakfast options were limited as I avoid pork - If I didn't like the few options in the no-pork area there wasn't much else to choose from. This was 1 or 2 times out of the total 6 days I stayed. I still would consider staying again.

• Ashley (2/5): This is a smoking hotel - This is not a non smoking hotel. If you have asthma or any other life threatening aversion to cigarette smoke- you will have someone smoking in the hallway next to your room. You will wake up choking and coughing from smoke. Please heed my warning- hotels.com refuses to refund the 2 nights i did not stay here because i had to check out warly in the morning after one night of nearly needing to go to the emergency room due to cigarette smoke. They have ashtrays in the hallways and yet call this hotel non smoking, then they say they cant control what the guests do. I will no longer be using hotels.com or expedia because they refuse to refund me "because the hotel said non refundable". Apparently my health doesnt matter.

I understand it not being available after midnight. But I was very disappointed when I found out that service didn't start until 9am.
