Wir haben darauf hingewiesen, aber es wurde es nichts unternommen und seitens der Unterkunft auch nicht mehr angesprochen. Wir haben 3 Nächte mit nassen Handtüchern am Boden gewohnt, es hat uns aber auch nicht weiter gestört...

- jean-rené (6/5): Hôtel typique de Naples très bien placé - Hôtel très bien placé dans une rue commerçante et animée. On y accède par une cour intérieure, pas vraiment accueillante mais typique de Naples. La décoration de l'établissement est originale. La standardiste est très aimable et nous a donné des conseils sur le type de restaurants que l'on cherchait. L'établissement situé à l'étage n'a pas d'ascenseur. Pas accessible pour les personnes âgées ou qui ne peuvent pas tirer leur valise dans un escalier. Ceci dit, personnellement, cela ne nous a pas posé de problèmes. L'hôtel reçoit peu de lumière du jour donc plutôt adapté pour un séjour court.

The only two things is that when I booked ok site the accomodation tax was 32 but when I arrived I got noticed that it changed to 46 euros. The other thing is that the room was in a good place but the noise from the street is a bit stressfull. Also there was toilet smell coming out of the toilet it self even if it was clean all the time.

No spa in it. No breakfast. No lift you need to carry your staff on the 2nd floor. The most ridiculous at first you need to go to a nother place where you check in and pay the tax there again no lift. Than they send you here...

- Myriam (7/5): - Nous étions dans une situation particulière et l'hébergement a été très accommodant en nous permettant de déposer et de faire le check-in à distance et beaucoup plus tôt que prévu, ce qui nous a permis d'avoir l'esprit tranquille et de profiter de notre journée. Même au cœur du centre très touristique, la chambre était très calme. Les informations : l'adresse et les codes pour entrer étaient erronés, par chance nous avions fait des vérifications avant de se rendre sur place avec nos valises et la réception était pro-active et nous a répondu rapidement, afin de corriger la situation. Étant 4 voyageurs, il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'espace pour disposer de nos valises à l'intérieur de la chambre.

Vue très limitée sur une ruelle très étroite. C'est caractéristique du quartier ! Le personnel est très à l'écoute et tout est très propre L'accès n'est pas très facile aux personnes un peu fatiguées ou âgées. Pas mal d'escaliers sans ascenseur. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. Un peu limite !

Desde el primer momento, el host y dueño estuvo súper pendiente de nosotros y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos. La comunicación fue excelente y el proceso de pago fue muy fácil. Nos dieron una habitación increíble, de muy buen tamaño y espaciosa — éramos 3 personas y estuvimos súper cómodos. Además, mi esposo no se sentía bien al llegar y tuvieron el detalle de darnos el cuarto un poco antes, lo cual agradecimos muchísimo. La amabilidad fue realmente destacable. Nos ofrecieron café gratis a la llegada, nos dieron muy buenas indicaciones (incluyendo una farmacia cercana que necesitábamos) y hasta panfletos del city bus para movernos mejor por la ciudad. También cuentan con servicio para guardar maletas, lo cual es un gran plus. En una ocasión necesitaba agua adicional en la noche y me ayudaron de inmediato sin ningún problema, lo cual demuestra su excelente atención. Las camas son espectaculares, muy cómodas, y el sistema de acceso es muy seguro, con códigos para entrar y salir. El desayuno también estuvo muy bien. Siendo un hotel de 3 estrellas, la comodidad de las camas y la atención del staff fácilmente se sienten de 4 estrellas o incluso más. La ubicación es TOP, de verdad nos encantó — está cerca de todo. From the very beginning, the host and owner was incredibly attentive and helped us with everything we needed. Communication was excellent and the payment process was very easy. We were given an amazing, spacious room of a very good size — we were 3 people and felt very comfortable. Also, my husband wasn’t feeling well when we arrived, and they kindly allowed us to check in a bit earlier, which we truly appreciated. The hospitality was outstanding. - Kerstin (9/5): Kann man empfehlen - Die Lage war gut. Mitten im quirligen Treiben der historischen Altstadt. Alles gut gesichert. Man muss dreimal den Code eingeben bis man im Zimmer ist. Der Ausblick war quasi nicht vorhanden, da Hinterhof, dafür war es angenehm ruhig. Die Betten sind weich. Frühstück hatten wir nicht. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt völlig in Ordnung für 2 Nächte.

- Olga (7/5): - Szalenie miły personel, pyszne śniadania, wszędzie blisko! Hotel mieści się w starej klimatycznej kamienicy, wnętrze jest naprawdę urocze! Niestety cała łazienka jest do wymiany. To stary budynek, ale to nie oznacza, że ściany mają być na napuchnięte od wilgoci i pleśni, a farba ma odchodzić ze ścian. Dodatkowo prysznic się nie domykał, a z drugiej strony przeciekał tak mocno, ze po każdym skorzystaniu pół łazienki bylo mokre :(

- wilson576 (7/5): Great value, incredible location, super friendly and clean, mainly quiet, but more like a flat. - The location was incredible: literally in the middle of the heart of Naples, sandwiched between excellent restaurants, and a stone throw away of vendors and various attractions. The staff we encountered were super friendly, and cleaning was top-notch. The price was also acceptable, although not cheap at all. The room was extremely spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the gift package (consisting of a LOT of pastries) was a super nice gesture. Checking in and checking out was very accomodating and smooth, and keeping the luggage on site after check out helped a lot. No matter what the name says, this is not a hotel - more like an apartman (at least the "Junior Suite" that we have been in). Our room was not in an "annex building", but literally several blocks away, set in a traditional residential house. Which means it was as quiet as the neighbours allowed. There are also no keys or entry cards used: you must have an internet enabled smartphone (which is not a rarity in 2026), but the portal (not an app) that must be used to open all doors (including the one on the street) rarely worked, so the time and money / effort saved is completely wasted. Although the room was super clean (shout out to the amazing and friendly cleaning lady!), it is not up-to-par to a 4 star rating: there are various debris, unfinished and damaged parts in the room. The shower's drain also was super clogged, and water regurarly got out of the pan, which might cause issues to the property down the line. The extremely cheap filling, fully plastic jacuzzi also spewed yellow water upon turning on, so I have rather not touched it after that. Basic amenities were provided, however, several basic items were missing, not to mention that even the shower gel was extremely limited, given in individual packets. Spacing it out like that is very abnormal, and made showering a challenge, where you have to calculate how much shower gel you have... Basic information about reaching the building was OK, but it was delivered in a disappearing WhatsApp message.
