It's right across the street from the Burj Khalifa with unique views of it from the rooftop pool, giving some of the best views of the city. It is also attached to Dubai Mall via above ground tunnel system which was amazing when the weather was so hot and convenient for getting around. We absolutely loved our stay here!

- Rym (8/5): - I ended up booking the Address Sky View Hotel by mistake, thinking it was the other Address Downtown, but I was pleasantly surprised by this newer branch. The hotel is magnificent, particularly the stunning views and its proximity to the Dubai Mall. The pool on the 52nd floor is truly breathtaking. However, I did encounter some issues with the spa staff, who weren’t very responsive. I attempted to make a booking several times and was promised a call back, but unfortunately, I never received one. The top-floor restaurant, C’est La Vie, offers incredible views, but the food was average, especially when compared to the competition, such as the 99 Restaurant in the other Address Downtown, which is simply outstanding. On a positive note, the flower arrangements, atmosphere, and scent in the reception area are exceptional, adding to the overall experience.

The whole hotel feels so luxurious, and it smells incredible everywhere. The views of the Burj Khalifa are insane, especially at night. The iftar buffet was amazing, with so many delicious options. The infinity pool was perfect for relaxing, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful the whole time. I can’t wait to stay here again.

I wanted to take a shower before sleeping and there were no hot water. They left a note saying due to annual maintenance there is no hot water available till next day 12pm. I am really disappointed given i would have stayed somewhere else during this period

- Mohamed (8/5): - As mentioned above the area around this property is pretty safe and quiet fairly quiet. Also it's close to Dubai Mall which is probably the largest mall in the world. There are plenty of dining options that you would like. Transportation is very very easy. Taxi is there or the Metro. Just a walking distance and it's walkable very nice to walk around especially now that the temperature in the climate is very nice especially early morning or in the evening.

Plot twist: it's closed, we received information that it was closed until 5th of August, but nah.. Would've been nice to know before check-in, but who needs information when booking, anyway? Hungry for lunch? Hope you like lobby cafeteria tart vibes, because the restaurants decided to take a vacation too, even the receptionist looked clueless when I asked where we can eat lunch. Want some ambiance? Enjoy the soothing sounds of our mini-fridge's best impression of a submarine, accompanied by the room's mysterious buzzing symphony. Pro tip: put your ear to the pillow for the full 4D experience… Feel the excitement as the door vibrates like it's trying to escape. Is it the wind? Is it the pressure? Is it the hotel's way of saying "get out while you can"? Or maybe you just love vacuum cleaning at 01:00 AM, not sure who thought of that brilliant idea. Security on level 54 was really rude, had to Ronaldinho first her, then later him just to check the rooftop lounge and have a shisha. Overall I’m actually disappointed, I’ve always liked Address was a dream 10 years ago to stay in their hotels. Their slogan "where life happens" feels a bit optimistic for this particular hotel. At this rate, we're getting Rove Hotel thrills at luxury hotel bills. At least we got late check out. Would recommend Mina Al Salam or Al Qasr

- Fiorella (2/5): - I left a day before because the only reason why I went to this hotel was for the infinity pool and nobody notify me the pool was closed I’m extremely mad about it I complain nobody seem like they care so I left I want a refund of this because it’s unfair that you don’t notify the customers
- Hubert (8/5): - Area isolated. Pool closes early, then one has to change into different clothes because it becomes some sort of bar with minimum spending limits to get a table. Alway feels contrived exclusive. But overall a good property with cool views of Burj.

- Jiri (10/5): - We stayed in both Address Sky and Address Beach. Both are top hotels but we enjoyed slightly more Address Beach. It has better rooftop pool and slightly better atmosphere. Saying that the city view from Address Sky pool was also amazing. The room was clean and included all the standard amenities. Nothing out of ordinary. Breakfast was also great with many options (not as great as in Address Beach). The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. What I was surprised about are the prices of food and beverages. Everything is extremely expensive. Its not related to the hotel but to whole Dubai. I would not choose Dubai for holidays due to this fact anymore. Overall great experience.
- NEIL (10/5): - Wow factor hotel with infinity pool on 54th floor, very clean and lovely staff throughout hotel, in particular the club lounge and main restaurant for breakfast (apart from a very formal check in) very good breakfast selection, club lounge food very good quality but a bit limited in choice and great service for the drink top ups!!

- SERGEY (8/5): - Wonderful hotel, however NEVER agree on rooms on lower floors (mine was at 6th) - you will sing a long with partying people at restorant on ground floor till midnight everyday. I was completely upset being on a business trip with meetings early in the morning.

The hotel is very well located in Downtown and all the staff were very attentive. The hotel was very high quality and we would recommend it. The only small issue was the water pressure in the taps were a bit low

- WILLIAM (10/5): Best hotel in Downtown Dubai 👌 - I have no words to describe how wonderful our experience was. The hotel has a lot of amenities but the more distinctive ones are definitely the pool areas, especially the roof top pool with its impressive views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Downtown. The food and drinks were high quality as well as the rooms. The customer service was also outstanding. I highly recommend this stay.
