On each floor you have a small common space with a table and (very small) chairs which was nice to use. Not much space to store luggage inside of the rooms. The locker/vault is small and has an impractical design.

I was trying figure out about later check out but the employee was impatient with me and talk to me in a disrespectful way.

- Izabella (7/5): Localização ótima, porém não atendeu às minhas expectativas - De modo geral, eu gostei do hostel. A cama é confortável e é tudo muito limpo. Apesar de ter gostado, têm alguns pontos bem negativos: Não tem nenhum locker para guardar a mala ou mochila, ou seja, os meus pertences ficaram soltos no quarto compartilhado. No espaço individual das camas, não têm tomadas, apenas espaços para carregar via USB, e cada quarto só tem uma tomada, ou seja, você não consegue carregar os dispositivos eletrônicos caso tenham outras pessoas no mesmo quarto usando a tomada. Porém os pontos mais negativos foram: 1. tive que pagar pela minha toalha. 2. Quando cheguei no quarto, a cama não estava feita, nós mesmos que temos que forrar a cama com lençol de colchão, e como são beliches, é MUITO difícil fazer isso. 3. O café da manhã não vale a pena. Você não escolhe o que comer, é um prato fixo meio que uma mistura japonesa com ocidental, definitivamente não valeu a pena.

Also, the dorm rooms don’t have lockers or proper space for luggage, so the hallway, which is already very small, gets completely filled with everyone’s suitcases and you can barely walk through it. On top of that, one night a group of people coming back from a party checked into the empty beds at 4 AM. They came into the dorm shouting and woke everyone up. Guests like that should not be allowed into shared dorms at that hour just because there are empty beds available.

Les oreillers un peu "durs" et les 2 sèches-linges mériteraient d être changés car ils ne sèchent vraiment pas bien, nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps à faire sécher notre machine (1h30).

Shouldn’t be alowed to drink upstairs. The last morning everything was chaos in the common area, things everywhere and what looked like drying machine filter gomi allover the place. - Adelaide (8/5): Con qualche piccolo accorgimento in più sarebbe il TOP, quasi meglio degli hotel!! - Il piano numero 4 era accessibile solo alle donne, quindi dava molta sicurezza, inoltre su ogni piano c’era a disposizione (ad uso comune) il frigorifero. I bagni sono separati delle camere e molto riforniti, sia di bagnoschiuma, shampoo, asciugacapelli, ovatta per potersi struccare. Offrono tanti tipi di servizi, tra cui il noleggio dell’asciuga scarpe. Dovrebbero offrire,magari, qualche opzione in più per la colazione.

- Sofia (5/5): Mis à part le fait que ce soit bien situé, je n'ai pas vraiment apprécié mon expérience là-bas. - L'hostel est plutôt bien situé, loin des quartiers bruyants, ce qui est très appréciable. Le dortoir n'était pas vraiment qualitatif. L'endroit un peu "bar / resto" ne fait pas partie de l'hostel, donc en heure de pointe, on ne peut pas s'y poser sans consommer ! Il n'y a aucun autre endroit pour se détendre ou rencontrer d'autres voyageurs. Le staff n'est pas très accueillant.

- Zaland Katsuki (6/5): More than seen in photos - Really convenient location and 24 hours concierge however that's it. Rooms are hit or miss. Some 4 bunk rooms and other 12 bunk rooms with the same cramped space for luggage. Common space is pretty limited and unusable during their restaurant hours. The seating outdoors would be taken away as well. Purchased breakfast in advance and portions are small. Substitutions were catered for despite hiccups as staff claimed whoever confirmed dietary requirements was unknown and no longer worked there. Luckily room was on the second floor because the lift was incredibly slow and no option of taking stairs.

- 堀田 (5/5): - 宿泊初日、カードキーを渡され部屋番号を告げられたのみで、ほかのサービスについて説明がなかった。 カードキーと一緒にもらう紙に書いてあったり、ネットて調べてわかりましたが、ほかの宿はある程度説明してくれるものです。 家族や恋人同士など色んな関係はありますが、男女混合の部屋、バスルームは初めてでした。何階も部屋はあるみたいだし、階層を分けても良いのかなと思いました。日本人女性は特に気にしそう。
