• Cristian (10/5): - Molto pulito e curato. A dieci minuti dalla stazione di Tiburtina quindi è molto comoda. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, un’esperienza molto positiva.

• Leix (10/5): Muy cómodo y tranquilo - Dto. muy cómodo, limpio. Nos esperaron hasta la 01:30 hs. A la entrada hay una escalera, pero luego ascensor. Tiene 2 baños, aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes, vajilla suficiente. Hay un supermercado a 2 cuadras, la estación de metro B Bologna a unos minutos caminando. La dueña muy atenta.

• giovanni (4/5): Weekend con il freddo - Appartamento freddo durante periodo natalizio. Termosifoni spenti e condizionatori non funzionanti. Abbiamo passato una notte al freddo. Non consiglio affatto questo posto. Il riscaldamento, non funzionavano e abbiamo avuto freddo tutta la notte.
• Omar (10/5): Da ripetere - Ottima posizione rispetto alla fermata della Metro B, in pochi minuti si arriva in centro storico. La proprietaria ci ha accolti di persona ed è stata disponibilissima a darci indicazioni su dove cenare. L'appartamento é grande, adatto ad una famiglia come la nostra, molto pulito. C'è tutto quello che serve per sentirsi a proprio agio.

• Adrian (8/5): Ubicación buenísima - La ubicación, la cocina y la comodidad de las camas. En cuanto a la ubicación, a 5 minutos de la estación de metro de Bologna y 10 de la estación de tren con conexión al aeropuerto. Zona con bastantes bares y restaurantes con buenos precios. La cocina tenia absolutamente de todo, incluso dos cafeteras italianas que para 4 personas nos vino genial. Las camas, para mí gusto, eran perfectas. Quizá actualizaría la zona de estar, ya que después de patearte toda Roma, se agradecería una smart TV donde relajarte. Las duchas también podrían mejorar un poco. Pero había agua caliente de sobra ya que era una caldera a gas.

• Éva (9/5): Kiváló szállás, jó környéken. - Tágas, jól felszerelt, tiszta lakás. Két metróállomás van a közelében gyalog 8-10 percre, 61-s busz 5 percre az utca végén, ami bevisz a Bologna metró megállóhoz. Nagyon közel a lakáshoz van egy kis piac és egy közért. Az internet nem mindig működött.

• Muhammad (8/5): Great stay near the centre of Rome. - Great location. Good amenities. The host was super helpful. Our flight was delayed, but she stayed up till 2am to greet us. The WiFi was pretty bad.
• Scott (9/5): Typical Roman neighborhood apartment with local access to services and metro/subway access to historic sites. - Great air conditioning, accommodates 6 with couch conversion to bed, kitchen with small but functional washing machine. Safe and quiet neighborhood with various size stores and eateries within a few to 10 minutes walk. It’s about 10 minutes walk to one of two metro stops, then many metro stops to reach historic sites.
• Goran (9/5): Superb - It was very clean , spacious and close to the metro and bus stations. There was only one key and we were six people so it was a litttle bit of a problem with that and the wifi doesn’t working properly. The owner said that the problem with wifi is because of bad weather but outside was gorgeous the temperature was 24 degrees :)
• Carolina (8/5): Near Metro and very spacious apartment - Location is about 10 min from the train station so it made traveling to the center very easy. The Host let us do early check in which was nice because we arrived way earlier than expected. She was very responsive and welcomed us into her apartment and walked us through everything which was thoughtful. The bed in the main room was extremely hard I woke up with back pain each morning, but I think it’s all due to personal taste. If you like a very very firm mattress than it won’t bother you. The WiFi also did not work for us at all the entire stay. When I reached out to the Hist she mention it could be a weather problem, but when the weather cleared up the next day it still didn’t work. Besides these two things, everything else was fine

• Anil (9/5): Very comfortable and spacious apartment for a family of 6. Felt a bit on the expensive side. - The property was very comfortable. It was quite spacious for 6 people. It was close to the railway tracks but closing the window blocks most of the noise. Two bathrooms are a big plus. the shower head was leaky. The wifi had issues. It was 10 mins walk from the nearest metro and few stops by metro to reach the places we wanted to see.
• Marina (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was clean, comfortable and it is situated in a great location with many bars, restaurants and local shops. The host was wonderful when my son got ill, she quickly came to us to help us figure out what to do next and he was seen at the paediatric hospital soon after. Nothing, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
