• Tamil (8/5): Careful with your thgs - Cleaning and comfortable I was left my new hoodie at my room.. once I check out the room I have called them to check with housekeeping team.. but no response from anyone until now.. means they already steal. So careful guys don't left any items at this hotel pls check carefully before left the room.. once u left it's will gone .

• Travel (7/5): Good - 1. Spacious room 2. Comfy bed 3. Aircond cold 1. No iron in room...in fact we cannot find any iron on the level floor 2. No Malaysian channel for tv...no rtm, tv3 or any local news to watch 3. Hard to find halal restaurant or food stalls around hotel 4. No train station near hotel, it's hard to get anywhere except you have your own car or book grab car to go anywhere as this hotel located on a very busy road 5. Parking also limited and it's dark and unsafe except if you managed to secure a parking in front of hotel

• Travelprenuer (8/5): Clean and Comfortable. - The room is clean and shower is great! In town area and next door has a chinese restaurant. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. Pillow is thin however they are happy to provide additional pillow upon request.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - ①Wi-Fiのパスコード表無し！手書きで渡されたが間違いで、繋がらなかった。翌日他のスタッフに再度確認したら（これも手書き）繋がった。 ②館内案内図無し！ ③近隣施設の案内是面も無し！（最寄駅・コンビニ・飲食店他）一々確認しなければならず極めて不親切。 ④上記に含まれるが、クリーニング店も施設内に無く長期滞在には不向き。 ⑤徒歩圏内（徒歩20分必要とか？）に鉄道がなく、移動は止む無くタクシーを利用だが、ホテル名が有名でなくホテルへ帰還するのに一苦労。⑥ハウスキーピングは毎日行われない様子で不便！バスタオルの替えを請求するも　平然と「拒否！」された。　⑦好感の持てるスタッフもいるが、不愛想なスタッフがいるときは不愉快そのもの！
• Alp (10/5): - Very new and decent size. The evening check in counter lady helpful and polite. The day counter gentleman was not smiling or eager to engage... Overall a nice and clean place, with hot/cold water dispenser and ironing on every floor. Hair dryer can be borrowed from reception.
