Urasuttam (1/5): Terrible experience, cancel room without notice from booking.com - Nothing to like, We booked two rooms, when we arrived at the property the guy said he sent me a massage and I didn't reply so he cancelled my booking. It is impossible to read and respond to the massage on flight. Finally they offered us one room which was double the price. The room was very dirty hair everywhere. Staff can not even communicate in English.
