We arrived a little later than we expected but they were flexible and worked with us. The apartment had everything we needed and we always felt safe in the apartment. • FRANCISCO JOSE (10/5): APARTAMENTOS ESTUPENDOS Y MUY CENTRICOS Y SON MUY PROFESIONALES - Los apartamentos estaban muy centricos y estaban muy completos de ropa y accesorios. Lo más sorprendente es que nos quitaron los porticones de las ventanas el segundo día de la semana santa, diciendo que tenían que hacer el mantenimiento de los mismos, entraron y se los llevaron eso si pidieron permiso, pero dejándonos una claridad total en la habitación imposible para dormir con la luz que entraba desde la calle, cuando nos quejamos nos pusieron una manta en la ventana. No entiendo que, en unos apartamentos de 1ª en medio de la semana santa, no dispongan de otra semana en el año para hacer el mantenimiento de los porticones, no me pareció adecuado, ni serio. Un cero para el servicio de mantenimiento de los apartamentos, a ver quien es el valiente que duerme a la luz del día....... creo que en otra ocasión lo planificarán mejor. Buenos dias, quiero agradecer su rapida respuesta al incidente que tuvimos, y así mismo darles las gracias por la atención que nos han ofrecido y que aceptamos encantados, esperamos regresar proximamente a Florencia, y disfrutar de la estancia en su apartamento.

• ilenia (10/5): - Appartamento con rifiniture superiori, fantastico il riscaldamento a terra (ho soggiornato in inverno e si stava benissimo), ben insonorizzato e isolato termicamente. Tutto nuovo, elegante, molto gradevole stare a casa. La signora Isabella è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio. Ho dimenticato dentro la chiave ed è venuta ad aprirmi. Posizione comoda per fare tutto a piedi. A 12 minuti a piedi da santa Maria novella stazione e a 18 minuti a piedi dagli uffizi. Un po' caro anche perché non c'è differenza se lo affitti da solo o in due, ma questa è una regola di molti. Sarebbe bella un piccola riduzione se uno è da solo. Forse metterei qualche cosa in più in cucina come un colino piccolo da the, una teiera e delle forbici da cucina. Ma sono davvero piccolissimi dettagli perché il mio voto è comunque 10.

• Amos (10/5): A lovely apartment for a couple on the south side - It's a corner apartment on the second floor with an elevator, with a living area, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom, and a shower with a washing machine. There are plenty of dishes, coffee mugs, and cutlery. There is a proper dining table; however, the chairs are too small. The sitting area is a place to sit and relax after visiting the city. We arrived at the apartment at 11 pm. The woman in charge of the place waited for us, it cost, but it was nice of her to stay. The kitchen is not designed for cooking or preparing food; the refrigerator is too big, there is not enough counter space to work on, and there is only one socket for the kettle, toaster, or espresso machine, but you can't use all of them at the same time. I would add more shelves in the kitchen, but you can work with what you get. The check-in time is only one hour at noon.

• pasquale (8/5): Molto bello ma può essere migliorato - L'appartamento è indubbiamente molto bello ed elegante, si trova in un bel quartiere centrale ma tranquillo. Il palazzo è stato ristrutturato, con un tocco di design e originalità veramente gradevole. Maggiori informazioni sul fatto che si trova in ZTL e, quindi, non è possibile scaricare i bagagli sotto casa se si è venuti in macchina. Avrei inserito anche delle cose in più, come qualche capsula di caffè in più, del sapone liquido per le mani. Anche le stoviglie sono poche, considerando quanto è piccola la lavastoviglie, ne avrei messe di più per evitare di dover attendere la fine del ciclo dei lavaggi.

Durch den guten öffentlichen Nahverkehr sind alle Orte in Florenz schnell zu erreichen, direkt in der Nähe gibt es mehrere Haltestellen, ein schöner Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Frau Isabella war sehr verbindlich und hat uns sehr geholfen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Изабелла была очень доброжелательна, всегда была на связи и отвечала на любые вопросы. Есть все необходимое- прекрасный набор посуды, посудомойка, кофеварка, стиральная и сушильная машина. Очень приятно просто проводить время в этих апартаментах. Расположение хорошее - 15-20 минут пешком до основных достопримечательностей. Слабая звукоизоляция - мы пару раз слышали соседей в подъезде, прохладно в квартире - но это не портит общего впечатления.

Perfect location in San Frediano neighborhood, Oltrano District. Many restaurants and coffee shops close by. Short walks to sights. Location is above Gune’ Restaurant. (Across street from 50 San Frediano). Best to use ChatGPT. Contact Isabell when you arrive in Florence. She only speaks Italian but uses mobile translation. Wonderful person. Our suite was on San Frediano transit. Can be noisy when emergency vehicles drive by. Same as any street within hearing distance.

Обаятельные хозяева, внимательные, вежливые. В квартире все есть, мы почти ни в чем не нуждались. Не пожалел) Очень нужно большое зеркало. Есть маленькие в ванных, ни нарядишься вообще. Кондиционер ставится на 22 и меньше никак. В 30градусную жару никак не хватало, ночью было жарко. На 3ю ночь он совсем не работал... Если вы на своей машине, то учтите, что квартире в центре, в зоне Ztl. Днем не заехать, только на такси или пешком метров 600 от ближайшей парковки. Но это во всех городах так))

The apartment is in a desirable area with plenty of local shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean and decorated tastefully. Even the entrance and lift are immaculate and of high standard. Short enjoyable walk to city centre and many local buses. We visited Rome during our stay which was easy by train. The floor was at time wet which I can only assume is related to humidity, temperature and air conditioning. It wasn’t easy to segregate rubbish for recycling and refuse collection with a small bin. These were minor things and I would 100% stay here again.

It was too - The interiors were ok I’m sorry to say that our stay was quite disappointing due to multiple issues: • The lift was not working throughout our stay. This was especially difficult for my father, who has mobility issues, and had a very hard time using the stairs. • The thermostat was stuck at 27°C, making it impossible to sleep comfortably even for a single night. • There were no fans in the apartment, which made the space extremely stuffy and hot. • The Wi-Fi was not working, and to make matters worse, mobile data didn’t work inside the apartment either. I had to step outside just to check my messages. Unfortunately, these issues seriously affected our experience, and I did not enjoy my stay.

The kitchen is well equipped, and the washing machine was a godsend for us. It's really centrally located and only a short walk to the centre and Isabella was so accommodating during our stay. We found the apartment a little hot at night if we closed the bedroom doors (which we wanted to do as we were staying with family). Everything else was fabulous.

Mrs Isabella is lovely and very easy to deal with regardless of the fact she knows little English. Location is safe, has an elevator, only a short 10/15 walk to old town area. No olive oil or basic condiments so if you do want to cook make sure to buy what is needed The mattress was comfortable enough but is getting old and has a divot, either needs to be turned or new one to be purchased.

Muy buena ubicación para ir andando a toda la parte monumental de Florencia y en una zona con multitud de sitios para comer, tomar aperitivo etc. Sin duda un alojamiento ''perfecto'' para visitar unos días Florencia. Todo muy bien y quizás lo que menos me gustó es la segunda habitación un poco pequeña, pero suficiente para unos días.

Everything you need Close to the city The cleaning could be better: the dust was not removed It was a little cold in the apartment. The floor is very cold I asked Isabela to turn on the heating( it was 20 degrees and because the floor was too cold it was worse than that) but she told me they already switched to summer mode and cannot change it.

• Amanda (8/5): Recommend - Comfy modern place. Quiet, clean. Great location. Nice staff. The room smelled bad (I think it’s the couch and the upholstered chair) like heavy BO and I couldn’t get rid of the smell.

• Bianka (9/5): Nice to remember - We were very satisfied with the apartment. It was comfortable and spacious, and we especially appreciated having a separate kitchen and dining area, as well as a separate bedroom. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, spacious, and modern. The location is excellent. Overall, we would gladly stay here again. We missed having a microwave, and the floor in the apartment was cold, no carpet — overall, the apartment felt quite chilly. The sofa in the living room was uncomfortable, more focused on design than function. The TV was very small and practically useless. If there are guests in the bar downstairs, the apartment can get quite noisy. It would be great if the staff spoke English. Isabella is very kind, but it’s a real struggle having to constantly use a translator, especially since there’s barely any decent internet in Florence.

• Eleceu Barz (10/5): - Ótima localização, apartamento totalmente renovado, com móveis modernos e funcionais, A gerente muito prestativa também.
• Sabine (5/5): Wir würden nicht wieder buchen! - Die Wohnung ist nett ausgestattet, hat aber diverse Mängel - siehe unten - und das sieht man auf den Fotos natürlich nicht. Die Lage ist sehr, sehr laut, da mehrere Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe sind! Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist unmöglich. Die Duschkabine ist extrem klein. Super stressig war die Tatsache, dass es keinerlei Möglichkeit gibt, nach dem Auschecken das Gepäck aufzubewahren!! Ist bei einem Heimflug am Nachmittag oder am Abend eine Zumutung! Gerettet hat uns der Wirt vom Restaurant im Erdgeschoss, wo wir unsere Koffer für ein paar Stunden deponieren konnten!
• Chandani (10/5): Amazing - Great location, away from the city centre in a quieter part of Florence. It is in a more upmarket area. City centre is about a 30 minute walk away. Coffee shops and restaurants are close by. The apartment is nice and spacious. It is fully equipped, it’s got a stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, coffee and biscuits. The host Isabelle was incredible, very responsive and very helpful. Nothing

• Janet (10/5): The apartment was fantastic!! - The location was good. I say that only because much of what we were doing was across the bridge. But, we had a personal guide one day and she showed us many great shops, restaurants , artisans and locations in the neighborhood. The smaller bedroom with twin beds was very cramped and the beds could have been more comfortable.

• Tobias (10/5): Sehr gerne wieder! - Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr schön und stylisch ausgestattet. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, schönes Viertel, nah zu Fuß in die Altstadt aber deutlich ruhiger und nicht so touristisch. Für mich persönlich war das Bett zu hart gefedert.
