Blisko i do atrakcji turystycznych i do spokojniejszej dzielnicy z lokalnymi punktami gastronomicznymi. Hotel czysty, zadbany, pokoje wygodne, codziennie sprzątane. Bardzo miła obsługa.

Hotelkamer is proper, komen elke dag langs om proper te maken, je krijgt nieuwe handdoeken en flesjes water. De kamer was warm maar gelukkig hadden we airco. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en doen er alles aan om uw verblijf zo goed mogelijk te beleven. Gaven ons paraplus mee omdat het ging regenen en deze kwamen goed van pas :). Ik raad dit hotel zeker aan en we komen hier zeker terug naartoe!!! Alles was top!

В отеле есть лифт,в номере -кондиционер,телевизор,холодильник,мягкая удобная кровать.В номере делали уборку ежедневно .Постель,полотенца менялись тоже ежедневно.В душе отличный напор воды.Сантехника работала исправно и никаких неприятных запахов.Очень приветливые и отзывчивые парни на ресепшене. Очень удобная и симпатичная,вся в зелени,площадка,где можно посидеть вечером или утром за чашечкой кофе или чая . Не маловажно и то,что проживание в отеле не дорогое.Остались довольны всем.Рекомендуем!

The reception staff were absolutely brilliant—we met four different staff members during our stay, and every single one of them was exceptional. I fell quite sick while in Istanbul, and the reception team was incredibly helpful in arranging a doctor’s appointment and assisting us with everything we needed. The hotel is very close to all the main tourist spots in Istanbul and is also highly wheelchair-accessible, which was very important for us as my mom uses a wheelchair. The location was extremely convenient, and it was also budget-friendly. We booked a three-bed room—while the room size was a bit on the smaller side, it was still comfortable and perfectly fine for our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

No breakfast was available, despite it being advertised on Booking.com. A very loud amplified religious event of some sort took place below our bedroom window with no warning for about 2 hours, making sleep impossible.

Curatenie: In fiecare zi s-a facut curetenie in camera, s-au schimbat prosoapele si s-au oferit 2 sticle de apa plata. Amabilitate: Cazda pune la dispozitie ceai si cafea gratuit. Comunicare: Comunicarea cu gazda a fost excelenta. Nu au fost probleme. Loc de parcare: nu exista parcare privata la aceasta cazare, sunt locuri pe strada la libera alegere, dar noua ne-a fost dificil sa ajungem cu masina pana la cazare si am optat pentru o parcare privata aflata in apropriere. Cazda s-a oferit sa ne ajute cu locul de parcare in spatele hotelului.

The rooms are large, well-designed, and offer modern amenities for a comfortable experience. The service was outstanding — we were even able to check in earlier than our scheduled time, which was greatly appreciated. The only area for improvement would be breakfast. Since the property already has a restaurant space, it would be a great addition to include a complimentary breakfast option, even if the daily rates were adjusted slightly. This would elevate the overall guest experience even further. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!

They clean everyday and place new bottles of water on your table. The amenities are all good and we did not face any problem. The metro station (Șhișane) is right next to the hotel which is very convenient. Although the metro station is right next to the hotel, however it is a bit of a steep road, but manageable.

Other people did it too, which is nice, because there are tons of them. Hotel was nice, staff friendly and polite. If you are planning to use metro or public transportation in Istanbul, you should ask if front desk has Istanbul cards to loan. You save initial card cost this way. You can top them up at metro stations. They had two cards when we visited and we left one more there. Rooms were ok, bed was a bit too hard for our taste. Would have been nice to have better blankets. Ask for extras if you need more. We got free water bottles in room. There is also a small fridge. Water pressure was good, hot and cold water. Rooms are not well soundproofed. You hear people through the walls. Also would be nice if they had breakfast option.

• Marwa (9/5): Clean and comfortable hotel, helpful staff - We had a wonderful stay, and I especially want to thank Mami and Saeed for being incredibly helpful throughout our visit. I had a baby stroller with me, and every time I entered or exited the hotel, they kindly helped me carry it up and down the stairs. (Don’t worry—there are lifts to the rooms!) They also assisted us with directions to local attractions and helped us figure out the best transportation options. The hotel provided a baby crib, which was perfect and very comfortable for my little one. Everyone at the hotel was kind and attentive. Our room was cleaned daily without us needing to ask, and the beds were very comfortable. Kids playground just in front of the hotel, This place is truly family-friendly. The location is excellent—just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to Şişhane Metro Station, Şişhane Bus Station, and Kasımpaşa Ferry Station. Galata Tower and İstiklal Street are also nearby, about 10–15 minutes on foot. We also booked the Bosphorus tour through the hotel, and it was wonderful—especially at sunset! Highly recommended for families visiting Istanbul! A couple of things to note: the metro station is located on a very steep hill, which could be challenging for elderly people or young kids. It’s manageable with a baby stroller but can be tiring. Also, the bathroom walls are not fully soundproof, so you may hear flushing noises from neighboring rooms. Overall, a pleasant stay in a well-located, family-friendly hotel with excellent staff support.
• Danny (10/5): Fantastic Stay for 11 adults and 3 kids - Sayid and his colleagues were fantastic throughout our stay and in the build up once booked. I admittedly asked a lot of questions and they were patient with my questioning. They also helped arranged transport to and from the airport to the hotel. Sayid and his colleagues were also helpful with explaining the local culture to us and guiding us with travel and food options especially when arriving very late into Istanbul. They were also very approachable with the kids and helping with the facilities for food and milk. Money well spent! Nothing to complain from the hotels perspective. Worth the money spent!

• Morgan (8/5): - This was a good experience for my friend and I, especially for the price. The hotel staff was always very nice and helpful. They were great. The location is wonderful. If you take the underground walkway at the top of the hill you can get past the highways safely and quickly and end up in a beautiful area. In general the area felt very safe and the hotel itself is located next to a police station. The only reason that we’re not giving it a five was due to cleanliness in the room. When we arrived the floors were dirty, especially around table legs, parts of the shower, and under the bed/desk. It was noticeable but not enough to leave or make a big deal about it. If you’re looking for a safe place, with great service and happen to be on a bit of a budget, this place is fantastic.

A huge thank you. - The hotel is very well located, 5 min walk from Sishane metro and next door to the Kasimpasa police station. There are lots of eating places nearby for breakfast, lunch, dinner. My room at the front of the building was simple (with a mini fridge) and always clean. A selection of teas was available in the lobby, as well as tables to sit and eat BEST of all was the very friendly, helpful and personable reception staff, who provided us with all the info we needed to move around Istanbul. The only hick was the music coming from a rooftop lounge up the hill late at night. However, if I closed the windows, I did not hear it.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - New Taksim Hotel has a great location, very convenient for accessing the lively Taksim area. It’s close to both metro and bus stations, making it easy to get around the city. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby offering delicious food. Like many other guests have mentioned, there is some noise from the nearby school, but it's manageable. On a positive note, the hotel building withstood a 6.2 magnitude earthquake, which speaks well of its construction quality. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a good choice if you're looking for a central location and easy access to transportation.
• Steve (7/5): Good - The personnel was very nice. They offered coffee every morning for free. Housekeeping forgot to lock my door after they cleaned. Came to an unlocked door end of day. Luckily nothing was missing. Not a lot of wall sockets.

• Brentdch (10/5): Great value, super location - Great little hotel, just down from Galata and Taksim/Istiklal, about a 10-15 min walk. If walking isn't your thing, it's 5 mins from the Şişhane metro station. Rooms are a decent size, basic but clean and comfortable - great bed and super shower. Coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lounge by the 24-hour reception. Really friendly and helpful staff. The rates are very good for the location and level of comfort and service. Nothing really, but it should be noted that there is no onsite restaurant. However, breakfast is available, and there is a room service menu that you can order online and offers a wide range of food and drinks.
