Guest Reviews
- Simona (10/5): -
-Anfitrióna poco amable, nada detallista y 0 empatica.
-ni siquiera nos explicó cómo hacer el check out nos fuimos dejamos la llave, no estaba ni nos mandó ninguna mensaje.
Sin dudas no volveríamos, les recomiendo no venir, si pasan por la puerta cámbiense de vereda. Saludos
- Joseph (10/5): - Excellent room. Close to airport ... but I would not recommend walking...as its quite a hike if you have baggage.
- Mackenzie (7/5): Okay - Walkable distance from the airport and to the train station, was a good spot to spend the night after a flight. The room was very nice and clean and the host was very sweet. The wifi did not reach our room which was a bit inconvenient, and the breakfast is not as advertised - a packaged croissant and toast with 2 small jams
- Christina (7/5): Good - The room was very clean which is something very important. The water in the shower was always warm and the air-conditioning worked great. The bed was good and the balcony really nice for chilling. The host was really polite and tried to communicate with us even though we didn't speak Italian. Overall a very nice, clean room. We had a good stay. The internet connection was really weak in the room we were in so we couldn't use it. So be prepared and have your own data available. As it is described, the hotel is close to the hotel so as you can imagine the sounds of the planes were really loud so keep that in mind. There are very frequent flights so there is generally a lot of noise. The location is great if you have a way of transport such as a car or motorcycle but not so convenient if you are on foot. Especially on the way back from the centre, the road is uphill which can be tiring. Also i feel like i have to mention that the breakfast wasn't as shown in the photos. There were just a couple of croissants and toasts but that's about it. Don't get me wrong, it was a nice gesture but it definitely wasn't the breakfast you expect seeing the pictures posted. Also, keep in mind that you will probably have to take your luggage with you after the check out because its not always possible to find the host there to give it back to you later.
- Andrea (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luigi (10/5): Nice room close to the airport. - Triccia is a very nice person and very helpful.
Nice clean room and bathroom. Everything was fine for us.
- Simpiwe (10/5): Worth the amount , very clean - Value for money
- Andreea (9/5): Superb - Hey..the only think i can complain she had no soap and no shower gel..thankx god i had my staff😅😅😅..sad…in rest everything it was like in pictures🙋♀️
- Christopher (6/5): - Property gave the impression there would be a nice breakfast spread through the webpage advertisements and staff wording upon arrival however when i went for breakfast there was merely a couple pieces of plastic wrapped sliced bread slices and a couple of croissants. Norhing more. The room was very clean, upgraded features in common space and room. Complete contrast to the outside of building
- Serge (10/5): - We were staying for one night on June 6, 2024. Great advantage of this location is close proximity to airport. For those who have early flight it's a good place to stay.
The owner is very friendly and helpful, she was in a constant contact with us, called taxi very early in the morning. It's nice not to have any anxiety about city traffic and after short ride arrive for your flight in timely manner.
Place is clean, well equipped and has breathtaking view of city and sea from the balcony.
- Christina (4/5): - The property was clean but missing shampoo and body wash, and we had a very poor experience with the staff. The location is close to the airport, but because it is so close to the airport, it was a bit difficult and expensive to get taxis to and from the property.
Someone came to meet us at check in, checked passports and keys, and promptly left.
Later that evening, we asked the staff about taxi services and instead got many aggressive messages asking us to pay the tourist tax. After 3 whatsapp messages in 20 minutes during dinner time, the staff then called me. If this tax was so very important, why didn't the staff collect this at check in time instead of rushing out the door?
We then got asked to send a bank transfer for only 6 euros even though they had previously said cash was fine. The staff threatened us 2 times that if they did not receive the payment, they would report it. Although the property was mostly fine (except for the missing soaps), this customer experience left a bitter end to our stay.
- Ryan (1/5): Bad -
- Elvi (8/5): Very good - The building was very old and the surrounding was aswell
- John (3/5): Poor -
- Mason (8/5): Very good -
- James (6/5): For 1 night and close to airport. - Nice host Baby cot exists as a facility, but in reality no.
Was expensive in holidays.
- Daniel (5/5): Clean place but with poor management and no services offered - The place was clean and had hot water. The nice old lady, the grandmother of the owner helped us with 2 plates for us to put our food on. I booked a room with balcony and breakfast but when we arrived, around 3 pm, there was the grandmother of the owner who could speak only italian and told us that the one with balcony was already ocupied by someone else so we had to accept this downgrade. Because we had to leave early, the brother of the owner, (owner=Triscia), told us that she (the owner) will leave us something basic prepared in the evening around 18:00 when she will come, but that didn’t happened, in fact she came around 22:30 when we were asleep for our flight next morning to knock on our door to show her our passports. She indeed apologised for giving us a smaller room and said that the 5 euro city tax was not needed anymore. The place itself is ok, but the management and service is missing. There is no kitchen, only a small table with a coffee machine at the reception of the place (which is an apartment with 3-4 rooms, individualy booked)
- francois (2/5): Avoid this place ! - Terrible sketchy, noisy and dirty neighborhood. The building is run down and not maintained.
- Svilena (6/5): Pleasant - The location is near the airport 20 min. walking. Breakfast was bad, only pre-packed croissant, no milk and coffee.
The owner told me to pay 2 € more for Marca da Bollo, that was not mentioned in booking price.
- Beatriz (2/5): Not worth - Not a nice neighbourhood, hard to get a taxi from there, no breakfast like the picture showed, only plain croissants and plain toasts, no butter, jam, plain cereal, no milk for it, no juice, no water. Very noisy, you can hear everything from the other rooms, theres a parrot(?) you can hear all day, the host does not speak proper english, so communication is limited, got awake in the middle of the day by her to say i had to leave, when i still had 1 more night, it got sorted at the end of it but this could simply be avoided if she had looked at the calendar
- Morawiecki (9/5): Superb - Nice, clean, quiet room and nice balcony. Tricia is a very gracious hostess. Not a nice neighborhood.
- Fahim (9/5): Nice and near to everything - It is clean and location is also good near to airport and city center. The bed was comfortable.
It is worth for the price we paid. The breakfast can be much better with adding few things like jam, cheese.
- Vineeth (10/5): Very very nice place in Napoli to stay peacefully - Very very nice place in Napoli to stay peacefully
- Michael (9/5): Superb -
- Gary (8/5): Airport location - Nicely refurbished, small balcony overlooking the street. We left early and a packaged breakfast was provided.
A good location with a 10 - 15 minute walk to airport. The neighbour hood was very local. The locals don't appear to pick up dog droppings so watch where you step. Couldn't find much in the way of restaurants but a nice local pizza place a few doors awsy
- James (2/5): - Rude staff noisy room chairs scraping tvs on some idiot sweeping the floor at 3 am and then the planes flying over. Quite possibly the worst nights sleep.
- Robert (10/5): - Great Place! On the the Mediterranean Sea! What a view and staff to match! Thanks for a great vacation!
- Martha (2/5): - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is not a hotel or even qualifies as a B&B really. It’s someone’s apartment in a super dirty and sketchy building that has been divided up into guest rooms. The front door has shattered, broken glass and was so dirty you could not see through it. There was a board holding it together and a “for rent” sign. We thought we were in the wrong place. Stairs to the fourth floor were dirty, smelly, and felt unsafe. There was no one there to greet us, although we gave our time of arrival beforehand as requested and arrived on time. There was nowhere to park and no directions on where we might find the advertised parking. Groups of dodgy men were hanging about on the street outside. We felt so unsafe and creeped out that we left and went to another hotel. We messaged the “hotel” Civico to tell them this and received an argumentative response saying the area is bad but the rooms are fine and complained that they were there “waiting for us” (an hour late!). Ultimately we spent €300 on a last-minute hotel by the airport that was clean and secure. Expedia got involved but the hotel refused to provide a refund even though their listing is totally misleading and we never stayed there. Expedia should not be listing this property as it is not a hotel, but a rooming house in a dirty building in a sketchy neighbourhood. Booking on Expedia should assure some basic level of cleanliness, safety, and minimal service like someone being present to check you in.
- Michal (8/5): Very good - Very nice bathroom. Clean room. You can hear the neighbors in bathroom if they are noisy. This may be alleviated by closing the door between bathroom and bedroom.
- David (8/5): - Very nice room.
Breakfast poor not even had milk for the coffee or cornflakes . Then there was only a croissant and a cake which were in a packet not fresh. No juices and coffee was instant.
No restaurants or bars nearby so taxis or a car necessary.
- Nicolette (10/5): - Check in was easy and the host was gracious providing water, coffee and breakfast snacks. It’s a beautifully decorated room.
- Evangelos (7/5): Good -
- LINDA M (10/5): - No made-to-order hot breakfast as advertised. Extra 20 payable by cash if you don't check in during their preferred hours. The outside is deceiving, beautiful interior. Not too quiet since there is no control of the neighboring apartments. Awesome pizza just down the street that is open late.
- Malcolm (10/5): Lovely property close to airport, host really helpful and friendly. - Done to high standard
- David (4/5): Disappointing - Fairly clean Location, lack of facilities
- Dani (8/5): Perfect location for a day in Naples before an early flight the next day. - Clean. Amazing bathroom. Close to airport Small bedroom. No toilet paper.
- Veronique (8/5): Very good - The room was very clean, the bathroom very nice with nice hot water. Great communication with staff leading up to the stay They're are some type of automatic lights in the hallway that turn on every time someone opens any door. It was going on and off non-stop, about 1-2 times per minute, from 10:30 to 11:45pm due to a couple of the neighbors. It wouldn't have been an issue of there wasn't these big glass lozenges in the door for decoration, which let all that light in and kept us from going to sleep.
Otherwise the room did the job
- Diane (5/5): The place was clean. - What breakfast? Having an elevator (for our heavy suitcases) to our room on the fourth floor was not an easy experience.
- Pawel (9/5): Superb - The owner is incredibly accommodating and helpful. The rooms are very clean and cozy, and the location near the airport is unbeatable. A top-notch choice for any traveler.
- Grenville (8/5): Very good - Breakfast food was provided but we left early so not easy to appreciate
The Host was really helpful and efficient
Near the airport This accommodation is not in a beatful district so not an area for a pleasant stroll in the evening
Very good local pizzeria though
- Roxana (10/5): Exceptional - Good place for the night before the flight. We could walk to the airport. The host prepared breackfast for us in advance.
Room was clean with a big bathroom and AC.
I would recomand.
- Iuliia (8/5): Nice place for short stay - Great place for a short stay and if you need to spend one night in a hotel near the airport.
The mini-hotel is located on the 4th floor of a residential building. The outside of the house doesn't look very impressive, but the inside is great. The hotel rooms are freshly renovated, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is in excellent condition. There is a nice balcony with a table and chairs for relaxing. For me not even a minus rather an unpleasant impression was the way from the airport to the hotel. But in general it is a problem of all Naples - a lot of garbage and dog excrements :( If you have a suitcase on wheels and you want to leave it more or less clean - be prepared that with such obstacles the time of your way from the hotel to the airport will increase.
- Paul (7/5): Functional clean bedsit near the airport. - This is well located for the airport and an early morning departure. The room is not especially big but we were only there for one night. The hostess arranged a taxi for us early in the morning which arrived right on time. The taxi to the airport is only 5-10 minutes, or if you wanted you could do it on foot in around 20. The host was very nice and helpful but it was a little difficult to communicate due to only basic English skils.
- Kassandra (8/5): Quaint and felt like home - Location was ideal from ferry to B&B then B&B to airport. Owners were wonderful and very hospitable No mini fridge in room. But there was one in the main entrance
- Anonymous (10/5): My stay exceeded my expectations, it was perfect. - It was very cute and clean with a beautiful balcony! The air conditioning was lovely. I was pleasantly surprised with how big the rooms and bathrooms were. The owner is amazing , it was my friends birthday and she made it really special. She also made us dinner for a small charge which was so authentic and delicious. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay again.
- Colin (7/5): Good - The room was a complete surprise compared to the location Place was hard to find the taxi driver could not find it
- Kimberley (10/5): - Convenient for airport - really nice hosts
- Man Kei (6/5): - There’s communication barrier with the owner, she speaks only Italian and no word of English. The streets and neighbourhood are quite dirty and dangerous, just be very careful if you’re leaving in the early morning to the airport as we almost got mugged… perhaps consider taking a taxi if you do, there were lots of noises at night (I think kids were having a party) so it was a bit hard to sleep. But the room is clean and spacious, ok for 1 night for an early morning flight from Naples airport
- Kamila (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nufar (7/5): Good - we loved the balcony and the room was clean. from some point it was hard to contact the owner who was in contact with us until then.
the location is close to the airport, but if you’re not walking it doesn’t matter..
there’s a long hill to climb until you get to the place, for people with walking problems it’s very hard.
but, the room is nice, the balcony is very sweet.
- Shameem (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jenine (8/5): If you need a cheap, clean, comfortable place and don’t mind the walk, it’s perfect for convenience to the airport. - Once inside, it was renovated and beautifully decorated. A reasonable 20 min walk to the airport.
- Cynthia (9/5): Loves the cute rooms and the hospitality from the host. Took care of us, made us feel at home. - The hosts were wonderful. Tryscia made us feel so welcome with coffee and helped me with a 4 am taxi to the airport without any problems whatsoever. She made the stay feel like we were a guest in her home. The place is a little hard to find when you arrive as it’s just in a building with no signage, so we had to call to ensure we were in the right place and to learn which floor to go to.
- Daniel (2/5): - The staff made us waste so many hours waiting for them to come check us in. We already got the keys from the home owner, but we were forced to wait in the hotel room until the hired staff to come in and officially "check us in" also Breakfast was served too late, we didn't want to wait around for them to come with the breakfast so we just left. The area is also very sketchy and not close to anything worth visiting.
- Matt (7/5): Worked for us - It did the job. Shower was very nice. Small patio was nice. Snacks and water available in the front. Felt safe and clean. so loud. constant noise. Noise travels so anytime a guest in the property makes a noise it echoes.
- Candice (6/5): Pleasant - The bed was comfortable and well designed. The rooms were new remodeled floors and tile in bathroom. Walk to airport was fine 20 minutes. It was not clear to me nor the other next two clients that this was more of an apartment turned b&b. The sign was not that of a hotel but as another unit in a large building. The area outside and the main hall of the build was dirty, old, the front door was broken and dirty it looked abandoned- it made me afraid. The outside areas all over were filled with garbage so I was not having a good impression. Works out fine but I was afraid at first.
- Kim (10/5): Great Experience - Nice breakfast - This family was just so accommodating. Beautiful rooms. Close to airport. I would definitely return. I liked everything
- Kim (10/5): Excellent - We drove up and truthfully were a little confused - the outside of this wonderful place was close to airport but did not appear to be a B & B. But after figuring it out - the place was spectacular. The family running it is awesome - kind, accommodating and just ran a good B & B. I would highly recommend There is nothing to report that I did not like - all good and again, highly recommend. Wonderful family that runs this facility. It is close to airport and in a nice Naples neighborhood
- Gonçalo (8/5): Very good -
- Fernando (4/5): Disappointing -
- Julian (10/5): - Amazing place, amazing host, Tricia is amazing, if you arrive at night or might be better to take a taxi instead walking, everything else amazing
- Brandejsova (5/5): Passable - it is not far a way from airport. 20 min. walking. Personal was very kind. accomodation is room in the flat. You can lock your room, but you hear everything from other rooms and floor.
- Uriel (4/5): - Neighborhood looks terrible.
- Merton (6/5): Not a good location for Napoli airport - Poor location, not close to city center or airport. Cab fare from airport is 25 euros, and walk with luggage makes little sense. Property manager is pleasant helpful but not onsite.
- Anonymous (10/5): adorable and comfortable - The staff were very friendly and flexible! Very helpful in booking transportation too! The one and only downside was the area. Although close to the airport, it is far from dining and shopping.
- steveruzicka (2/5): - A total disaster. This is the worse experience in my traveling life. The surrounding is disgusting. The building is just a low end apartment site. The hallway is unsafe with a broken and dismantled front door lock.
The apartment on floor 4 has a tiny reception, some 3 rooms and a minuscule breakfast corner.
While having reserved 2 rooms, only one was available.
We got in a strong verbal shouting. I agreed with the owner (?) to call the police. The lady went into a separate room and started to alert her neighbors with whom I had an additional shouting match.
The owner sent a message to expedia.com, lying that I was drunk (!) and attacked her physically.
I filed a complain with expedia and was offered a credit on this unused room.
I also asked expedia to remove this site from their offering.
There are no sufficient harsh words to describe this scam in a dump place.
- Amit (9/5): great place for one night near Naples airport - we looked for a hotel near the airport and found this place. we took a short taxi ride to the place (can’t do it by walk) very nice clean and new. for late check in you need to pay extra 20€. the outside of the building, very slow elevator but nothing to worry about.
- Anonymous (8/5): Perfect for a stay close to the airport. - Very clean! We felt very comfortable there. The room was spacious. Location feels somewhat unsafe and the shower head was strange.
- Urmas (7/5): Good -
- Olga (6/5): Pleasant - Room was very clean. Breakfast was terrible, there was nothing fresh except for the milk. A few pre-packed artificial croissants and old corn flakes is not a breakfast that you pay for. Also, additional fee of 20€ for check in after 6 was not mentioned in the offer description.
- HANNAH H (10/5): - very clean and located in safe area
2 min walk to bus stop to airport.
- Merran (6/5): Pleasant - nice people. lights come on in the corridor in the middle of the night and it was noisy from the rooms above.
- Peter (8/5): - The owners were very nice and the location was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable.
- Ondřej (7/5): Good -
- Robert (4/5): - This is not an actual hotel, but a remodeled apartment. We arrived around midnight and had to pay an addition 20 Euro. There is no indication on the building exterior that this is a hotel. A woman in her nightgown greeted us. No one present in the morning; no real breakfast; no way to call a taxi, etc. Not enough toilet paper and no one to ask for more. Coffee machine, but no coffee. Not recommended for people who don't speak at least some Italian. Elevator needs special attention. I am a seasoned traveler, and this facility is very inconvenient.
- Andy (9/5): Superb -
