• Géraldine (7/5): Bon hôtel pour séjourner une ou deux nuits à DUblin - L'hôtel est très bien situé en bord du canal, où l'on peut se balader, dans un quartier relativement tranquille La chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants était de taille moyenne, et aurait pu être un peu plus grande. de plus elle était composée de 2 lits doubles alors que dans un autre hôtel, c'était un lit double et deux lits simples, ce que je préfère pour mes enfants Le restaurant est de bonne qualité Le personnel était un peu froid Pas de bouteilles dans le frigo ni de snack disponibles dans la chambre. La literie est correcte et la chambre agréable. Un grand merci surtout à Sandrah à l’accueil pour sa gentillesse, son sourire et son professionnalisme. Elle a vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.

• Orla (9/5): Beautiful hotel in ideal location. - Beautiful hotel in a great location. Nice clean bedroom and bathroom. Although the hotel is in a busy area, there was very little noise. The breakfast was top class and the 24 shop was convenient. The staff weren’t friendly, especially the bar staff. Most of the staff we encountered could do with a course in customer service. Staff on reception were okay but not the friendliest or most welcoming. The lady looking after us in the bar was quite rude and made a big deal of clearing the table for us.

I stayed three separate times in March (2 reservations through a tour company and once on my own) and had to refuse daily cleaning service due to the scent. Others in my group also mentioned this issue. It felt as if a room spray had been used.

La petite chambre 205 (lit queen-size???). Manque de confort/lit trop étroit. Le personnel du restaurant pas très attentif (dîner) au moment du placement en salle et à la fin du repas.
• Nathalie (8/5): Emplacement très agréable, personnel charmant, mais pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles - Excellente situation géographique pour cet hôtel situé idéalement au bord de la rivière. De jolies promenades en perspective, et surtout l’accès possible au centre centre-ville à pieds (Temple Bar 20 mn et j’avais un problème de genou). Diverses lignes de bus et taxis toujours disponibles. Le personnel est charmant, souriant, essaie d’accéder à toutes les demandes. Le petit déjeuner est correct bien que la salle soit peu agréable (bruit, musique et clim trop fortes, une salle plus calme est hélas souvent fermée, on ne sait pas pourquoi). Notre chambre était spacieuse, avec une belle vue sur la rivière, et bien équipée. - hélas les ressorts du lit posent problème (je ne sais pas quel est le problème car au demeurant le lit est confortable). Pour moi qui ait des problèmes de dos : très compliqué - le ménage n’est pas fait lors du séjour, seule la sdb est nettoyée et les serviettes changées à la demande : cela ne nous a pas posé de problème mais c’est à savoir si cela est rédhibitoire pour le client (1ere fois que cela nous le constatons dans un hôtel).

Eine Wasserdruckerhöhungsanlage kann man käuflich erwerben und einbauen lassen. Ich kann ihnen gerne Handwerker empfehlen. Von einem Hilton Hotel erwarte ich, dass so etwas nicht vorkommt.

• Anne (9/5): Super sauber und perfekte Lage - Sehr sauberes Hotel, schöne Zimmer, nette Mitarbeiter und perfekte Lage. Wir konnten schon vor der Check in Zeit unser Zimmer beziehen. Wollten fragen, ob wir die Rucksäcke schon mal abstellen können, aber durften gleich ins fertige Zimmer. Die Frühstückslocation ist richtig schön und sauber. Die Plätze sind auch so angeordnet,dass man das Gefühl hat man sitzt ein bisschen für dich und nicht dem Nachbartisch gleich auf dem Teller. Das Frühstück war gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Die Bagels und die frischen Waffeln waren fantastisch! Toll war auch, dass es glutenfreie Dinge gab. Da wir nicht jeden Tag frühstücken konnten, zb weil Ausflüge so früh begonnen haben, habe wir nach kurzer freundlicher Rücksprache ein Lunchpaket für diese Tage bekommen. Tee und Kaffee gibt es ja im Zimmer. Auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank ist vorhanden, sodass man sich ein bisschen selbst versorgen kann. Die Lage war fantastisch! Wir konnten ALLES zu Fuß erreichen. Und wir haben sogar ein Zimmer nach vorne raus bekommen und konnten somit auf den Fluss und das Schiff schauen. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen und würden auch selbst wiederkommen. Eigentlich war alles toll, das hier ist "meckern" auf hohem Niveau. Befremdlich war für uns, dass es keine klobürste gab, inzwischen wissen wir dass es dort als unhygienisch angesehen wird. Für uns war es aber eher unangenehm,dass dann eine Reinigungskraft unsere Sachen sauber machen müsste. Dazu kam es aber nicht 😅

Lateef created the best customer service experience I’ve literally had around the world in a long time. First impressions matter. He made sure we knew we mattered and my family mattered too. He went up and beyond to make sure we had the best fit room and what we needed after traveling all night long. Truly grateful.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy.

• Flavio Ariel (9/5): Hermoso hotel y sus vistas. - el hotel esta en lugar bonito, cerca del centro y del tren. El restaurant del hotel es muy bueno. El desayuno es acorde al precio y calidad del hotel el check in de la habitacion demoro mas de media hora. En vez de estar listo antes, nos entregaron la habitacion a la 15:45 hs, pero las vistas del cuarto valio la espera.
