• Alessandra (5/5): Necessario. - Esteticamente e a livello di posizione ottima La pulizia discutibile, lo scarico aveva una perdita dal doccino (sostituito al bidet) direttamente per terra e le modalità dell’host che non ho trovato particolarmente accogliente.

Would recommend and consider returning to when next in Florence. - Fully equipped: microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, hotpot, balcony (didn’t get to use due to short stay). Convenient location, cose to tram stop. Price was higher than we wanted, but we were forced to choose a place to stay last minute due to train schedules, so may have been cheaper if booked more in advance (?)
• Alexis (10/5): Exceptional - We loved this property. Bathroom was spacious, room was spacious, had a nice balcony, had fridge in the room, AC worked wonderfully, and location was super close to bus stations. We had a great stay here. N/A

• Zairi (4/5): Disappointing - The bathroom was ok It was very far away from the centre and we had to take the bus every day to go to there…there was no basics things such as toilet paper and shower gel or shampoo and the most outrageous thing was that for 4 days we pay 44€ for the taxes
• Eliška (3/5): Poor - The accomodation was well-equipped and clean with wifi connection. The location was good, it is only a few minutes of walk from the tram. The communication with the owners was a bit difficult. Even though the check-in starts at 14.00, when we arrived at 14.45, they told us that they needed another hour to clean our room. We had to leave the building and wait outside on the street. The owners weren't organized, we had to wait for them and give a call to them because of every detail that should have been solved by the time we needed it. (Such as to give us an entry code to our room while waiting in front of the door, or when we wanted to pay because they weren't answering the door even though they live in the next door and they were inside. When we run out of the toilet paper, we had to buy our own even though we sent them a message - they gave us the toilet paper 2 days later.) After the payment we didn't see them, they only entered our room when we were away. By coincidence there was a noise in the evenings, because they were hosting a family. There is no breakfast.

• Fam. (5/5): Doable for 2 days if you are just looking for a place to sleep/shower. - - Location. (15 min. walk or a few minutes with the tram to the old center) - Fairly clean. Except for the cobwebs on the ceiling - No breakfast - No soap/shampoo in bathroom - A lot of noise from neighboring rooms (walking, talking etc.) - Dangerous dangling electric heater in the bathroom. - No wifi (no login code)

• Daniele (10/5): Ottima esperienza, cortesia al top - La proprietaria è una gentilissima signora molto disponibile. Si sono resi disponibili ad effettuare il check-in in un posto più vicino e comodo per noi, ci hanno tenuto i bagagli fini al pomeriggio e ce li hanno portati in un posto a noi comodo per il ritiro. Il soggiorno è stato perfetto, il B&B è facilmente raggiungibile in tram, i quali passano praticamente ogni 5 minuti.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - L'host è una persona davvero gentile e accogliente, ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. La stanza era davvero molto bella, pulita e ben curata. Tutto è pensato anche per le norme di igiene volute dal periodo attuale, cosa che ritengo davvero importante. Inoltre l'alloggio è in un'ottima posizione, a pochi metri dalla tramvia, utile a raggiungere il centro di Firenze in pochi minutil.
• Victor (4/5): Look somewhere else - The hotel made a mistake regarding reservation. After a long trip to Florence, we were unable to enter to hotel and called the owner for over an hour before one of the owners stumbled into the building asking us who we were. We told him that we had booked and paid for a stay, yet he was completely unaware of this. After double-checking, he confirmed that we indeed had paid, but that there were no rooms left. He called a friend who had a hotel roughly 1.5 KM away and we walked to another part of town to stay there. The hotel we stayed at was in much worse quality than what we had paid for, as was evident on the second day when we returned to Barbera to find out that the room was far more clean than the hotel we were forced to stay at. It's good that they found a solution for us, but the added stress, unresponsiveness to calls, and no compensation prevents me from recommending this place to anyone.
