Łóżko bardzo wygodne, co zapewniło dobry wypoczynek. Ogromnym plusem jest również świetna lokalizacja – idealna nawet do pieszego zwiedzania okolicy. Jedynym drobnym minusem było to, że w nocy było trochę chłodno. Warto mieć to na uwadze szczególnie przy pobycie w marcu. Można by też pomyśleć o lepszej jakości kawy do ekspresu.

• Nuria (10/5): - Nuestra estancia fue perfecta. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy bien cuidado y con todas las comodidades necesarias para disfrutar de unos días en la ciudad. La ubicación es excelente, ideal para moverse fácilmente por Roma y visitar sus principales atracciones. Además, la asistencia fue perfecta desde el primer momento: siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier duda o necesidad. Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva. Recomendamos a cualquiera que busque un alojamiento cómodo, limpio y con un servicio excelente en Roma. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo!
• Yanyan (9/5): Very good! - Very very good location, just 3 min walk to the Barberini Metrostation, 2 stops to the Termini train station. 10 min walk to Fontana di Trevi. 2 min walk to the local supermarket. The lift is not working during our stay.

There was a bit of noise at times, so if you’re a light sleeper, you might notice it. It would also be even better if the bathroom had a detachable shower head for more convenience.

• Carey (10/5): Exceptional apartment, excellent location, wonderful staff. - This is an exceptional property in the ideal location to explore the centre of Rome. I have visited this city many times over the past 40 years and have to say this is the best spot I’ve ever stayed in. The team go the extra mile to make sure all needs are met.The apartment was perfect for our family’s requirements. The one tiny drawback would be for those who are sensitive to street noise. I can zone the traffic noise out no bother so it didn’t really bother me , but for those who are light sleepers , the single glazing does not do a lot to block the very noisy street. Earplugs are provided, but that’s my only minor criticism.

Oct 2023 - Newly renovated, clean, spacious Read other reviews about noise from the street and hot water being an issue, IT IS! So much so they provide ear plugs to remedy the issue. If you want silence you are not going to get it. Water, very little pressure and if 2/3 ppl take a shower in the second (bigger apartment) you have to wait at least an hour for the water to get warm again. I complained and 2 gentlemen came over but trust me, did not fix the issue. After hours of walking around Rome all I wanted was a nice shower and I just got cold water. Beautiful apartment, great location and the staff was AMAZING. but I would much rather a cheaper couch than cold water.

Rooms had aircon Only a few steps to climb the elevator to the apartment. Host receptive and friendly... accommodated for slightly early check-in. They do take a refundable damage bond so keep that in mind. Nothing really major to mention..small issues fixed quickly.

The staff at the highest level reacted quickly. We liked it. I would advise you to add at least one more mirror and check the leg in the sofa bed, it looked very weak.

Nothing actually. Just a feedback for improvements; - shower drain needs to be checked. It is not draining. - also a mirror in the bedroom or the living room will be nice
• Paolo (3/5): Poor - The location was great, close to all the main touristic sites. There is no sound proofing, when a bus passes on the street it seems like it is passing through the room. In the living room, where the sofa bed is located, each time a bus passes the whole window and the floor shake. This makes it very difficult to sleep at night. When showering you have to be quick because there is warm water only for 1 person: after the warm water runs out then you have to wait for more than one hour for a few more drops of warm water.

Small balconys but is very nice that they have them! For sure we will return in the next trip to Rome! A little bit noisy from outside trafic but is you can gen used to it !

Francesca was waiting for us upon our arrival to go through the apartment and to hand over the keys. Three double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and in the living room. The apartment was accessible via a lift The location was excellent - not far from both a metro station and from a hop-on-hop off bus stop. There was also a small supermarket near by. We had a few minor issues with the hot water, but the hosts were excellent and arranged for it to be fixed
