Muy limpias las habitaciones y con detalles. El personal de recepción no era especialmente amable. Hacían distinciones dependiendo de quien fuera el cliente.

Servizi ottimi, acqua caffè e biscotti caldi gratuiti a disposizione dei clienti . Staff gentilissimo e molto attento. Pulizia eccezionale. Colazione buona ed inclusa( il che a New York è davvero un lusso) Rapporto qualità prezzo al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Tutto perfetto

• Heather (5/5): The front desk staff was kind and friendly however, our problem was never addressed. For the cost of the hotel stay I ex - The location was great. Close to Times Square and a great pizza restaurant Little Italy. Our air conditioner didn’t work. We asked the front desk to fix, they agreed to look at it or change rooms. Neither of which was done.

• Cathleen Joy (9/5): Amazing Stay in NYC – Would Definitely Stay Again! - Overall, we had an amazing stay and would rate this hotel 9/10. The ambiance was great, and although the hotel is small, that’s expected for most New York hotels. The room size was perfect for the two of us and did not feel cramped at all. The room and bathroom were very clean. I especially liked the bathroom because the water pressure was great, and they provided shampoo, conditioner, plus two soaps (one for the sink and one for the shower). No toothbrush/toothpaste. Breakfast is included daily. The breakfast area is small, which is understandable given the building size, so I recommend going early to get a table. Breakfast is self-service and clean-as-you-go. Common options were scrambled eggs, ham, waffles, bagels, sliced bread, cereals/oatmeal, fruits, coffee, tea, juice, and milk. You make your own toast, cereal, coffee, or tea. We always went early, so I’m not sure how often food gets refilled. The lobby has a 24/7 free coffee/tea station, free cookies, and drinks/snacks available for purchase. You can pay immediately or charge them to your room. There’s no microwave in the room, but guests can use one in the lobby. Rooms include a fridge and coffee maker. Housekeeping cleaned our room and changed towels daily. One thing to note: housekeeping emptied room trash bins but didn’t automatically remove outside food trash we left near the door. After leaving a note asking them to remove it, they did. The staff were all very nice, friendly, and accommodating. They also offer room service, though some menu items are only available during certain hours, so it may not be fully 24/7. A helpful feature is that they can store your luggage if you arrive too early for check-in or need somewhere to leave your bags after check-out. We stayed 7 days and 6 nights (04/26/26 - 05/02/26 and paid a flat $200 deposit (better than hotels charging per night). The only thing missing for me was a full-length mirror since the only mirror was in the bathroom. The TV is cable only, not a smart TV, so no Netflix or streaming apps. The only downside we noticed was the air conditioning. We only saw a vent with wall temperature controls, but didn’t really feel cold air. It wasn’t an issue for us since my husband and I get cold easily, and opening the window was enough. We chose not to report it, but I’m sure staff would assist if needed. Since this is New York, expect to hear daily sirens from police/fire trucks, but that’s just city noise and didn’t bother us.

• Stefania Cinzia (8/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Posizione centralissima a due passi da Times Square. Camera davvero molto piccola, non c’era spazio per sistemare i vestiti per due persone. Camera pulita tutti i giorni. La sala della colazione piccolissima e non adatta per tutti gli ospiti della struttura. Alcuni membri dello staff poco cordiali, sopratutto il ragazzo che si è occupato del nostro check-out. Ribadisco lo spazio della camera molto ridotto.

Als ik dan iets zou moeten noemen dan is dat het uitzicht. Maar aangezien we eigenlijk alleen in de kamer waren om te slapen was dat niet zo’n probleem.

• Tuncag Sen (6/5): Despite its good location, the uncomfortable bed, lack of fresh air, and poor breakfast quality made - Just the location The location of the hotel was convenient, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect. The bed was very uncomfortable and left us with back pain. While the pillows were fine, the duvet was sandwiched between two sheets and kept sliding off all night. The window couldn't be opened at all; even a small transom window would have helped, as the room felt very stuffy. To make matters worse, the AC was very slow to respond. The breakfast was a major disappointment. The nutritional value of the food was very low, and all the yogurts were sugary. They only served boiled eggs once a week, though it should be a daily staple. There wasn't even a basic variety of cheese. Although the area is central, there were many sketchy people around, and the lobby was quite cramped. Considering the price, we expected much better quality. We wouldn't stay here again.

Frukosten borde de åtgärda, det var som att äta på 7 eleven eller liknande. Maten tog också slut för dem. Vi åt en av våra 5 frukostar under vår vistelse.

• AnaRBV (9/5): - El hotel es moderno y cómodo. Puedes ir andando a un montón de sitios, además de tener bocas de metro super cerca. Las habitaciones nos parecieron correctas de tamaño (tamaño europeo) y la cama cómodísima. El desayuno es básico y no muy saludable, con varias opciones de panes, bolleria, gofres, avena, alguna pieza de fruta...y una especie de huevos revueltos que son mas bien claras de huevo industriales...lo peor en la zona de desayuno es que siempre estaba llena y se mezclaban demasiados olores. Pero para ser gratuito vale perfectamente. Lo mejor el personal que atiende en el desayuno. Buena limpieza de habitaciones y buen detalle poder rellenar agua/cafe/te siempre que quieras desde el lobby + las galletas gratis. Para como están los precios en NY nos ha parecido una muy buena opción. Tened en cuenta que antes de llegar al hotel os harán un cargo como de "prereserva" que luego en el checkout lo reingresan a tu cuenta. Pero esta gestión la verdad que la comunican fatal. Esto debería ser algo que dejasen claro vía email los días antes de llegar, para que el personal de recepción no pierda tiempo explicándotelo. El espacio del desayuno, que todo sea desechable (platos, vasos, cubiertos....no podias pedir un cuchillo para cortar fruta) La neverita de la habitación hacia bastante ruido, pero te acabas acostumbrando

• Tyrone (9/5): We recommend La Quinta in Hell's Kitchen as a great place to stay in Manhattan. - The breakfast was fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the freshly baked cookies at 5pm. The area where breakfast was served was quite small. In order to avoid the "rush" we had to get up earlier so that we could sit and enjoy breakfast without feeling like we needed to rush in order for others to have breakfast. As breakfast is served weekdays from 6am-9am, 8am was the breakfast rush. A suggestion would be to extend serving breakfast until 10am providing four hours instead of three hours.

Hotel organizado, muitíssimo bem localizado, possibilitando fazer muita coisa a pé (poucos minutos da times square). O café da manhã é simples, mas o suficiente para iniciar o dia e também tem uma estação de chás e café 24 horas por dia, além de deliciosos cookies no final da tarde. Facilmente acessível de metrô!

Stessa cosa mi hanno sostituito immediatamente il phone che non funzionava. Ottimo il servizio COOKIES CALDI dalle 17.00🤩 Sala colazione piccola, purtroppo spesso bisogna attendere, inoltre per chi soggiorna una settimana poca varietà di scelta . Comunque sempre prodotti freschi e buoni Non ho dato 10 come punteggio solo per quello .

Inoltre le opzioni sicure per i celiaci si limitavano a uno yogurt e alla frutta, nonostante avessi specificato di essere celiaca. La stanza è stata pulita solo una volta su 5 giorni, perché il personale si recava in stanza dopo l'orario indicato per le pulizie e noi eravamo in camera a riposare. Il bagno è piccolissimo, si salva solo la doccia. Non c'è un piano di appoggio, il lavabo estremamente piccolo

• Finley (10/5): Perfect Hotel for a Trip to NYC - From London - Stayed here for one week with my 11 year old son, whilst sightseeing and taking in New York City. Lovely Hotel, clean with 24hour self serve coffee/tea, with cookies put out in the evening. A very convenient and somewhat perfect location with good WiFi connection included - Staff are all very nice, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is really good and worth paying for. We will 100% stay here again when we return. A+++++ *Highly Recommend* Thank you! There was nothing we didn’t like, all was excellent.
• Irene (8/5): Skyscrapers view close to Times Square and Subway Stations - Our highlights: nice, spacious room on the 20th floor with a great view of the skyscrapers (likely including The Edge). Breakfast was decent, and tea, coffee, and water were always available in the lobby, perfect after walking around the whole day. Communication with some staff members wasn't always pleasant but overall it was a nice stay.
