• MOUSAVIBAGHERI (10/5): Mükemmeldi - Sahibi Angelo bir baba gibi her şey ile ilgilenip, ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Çok samimi ve iyi bir insan. Ev gayet temiz, konumu romaya ilk gelenler için harika Çok keyifli Trastevere sokaklarına ulaşmak için 3-5 dakikaya ihtiyacınız var. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum

• Silvia (10/5): - Ho apprezzato molto la posizione della struttura, davvero comoda e vicina al punto di interesse che dovevo raggiungere. Inoltre è facilmente accessibile con i mezzi pubblici, un aspetto molto pratico. Il proprietario, Angelo, si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e gentile durante il soggiorno. Ho anche trovato la struttura molto pulita e ben curata. Esperienza positiva che consiglio sicuramente.

• Tomas (2/5): Överprisat och överreklamerat vandrarhem med dåliga faciliteter och dålig service. - "Dubbelrum Delux" visade sig vara ett ynkligt ventilerat rum med en usel säng (typ hängmatta). Vi fick bytt sänglakan och handdukar en gång på hela vistelsen. Vi blev tilldelade en ynka liten två och 3 ml schampo per person. Duschen var enbart ovanifrån och närmast (bokstavligt) livsfarlig då det inte var termostat och kom man när dusch-handtagat kunde man skålla sig. Ägaren - hotelldirektören tog under högljudda diskussioner emot och och tog 30 min på sig att checka in oss. Rummet var dessutom extremt dåligt ljudisolerat då man hörde med tydlighet grannarnas förehavanden. Tycker kort sagt Booking.com skall ta bort detta "hotell" som var mer som ett uselt vandrarhem från sin uthyrning. Det mesta ... Se ovan...

• Kimia (4/5): Not a b&b but a room in an apartment - Trastevere is nice. Its not a bed and breakfast but someones apartment they turned into a booking place. This means it is very loud as you can hear the room neighbours as though you were living in the same home, because you are .

• Hernán (5/5): Buen apartamento para recorrer Roma. - Es un apartamento cómodo para quienes están de paso en Roma durante pocos días, pretender recorrer durante el día y quieren estar cerca de Transtevere. Cumple con lo básico para la estadía (dormir y tomar una ducha). Muy básico para mi gusto, creo que podría estar más equipado. No tiene cocina por lo que para cada comida tuvimos que comer afuera lo cual encarece la estadía.
• LARISSA (8/5): Bacana - O tamanho muito bom, a acomodação boa, porém a cama era muito fina e tivemos problema que tivemos alergia com os lençóis ou cama, agora não sabemos dizer se foi por produto de limpeza ou a água do local. Localização boa, perto do ponto de ônibus e dá pra ir andando até o ponto principal de Trastevere.

• Ingo (4/5): - The location on Viale del Trastevere, close to buses, trams, and a supermarket, is fantastic. The room is bright and looks welcoming. But ... The owner speaks only very rudimentary English, making communication difficult. Shortly after we arrived, he entered the locked room without knocking. Without prior notice, room service entered the room twice: While this service is generally welcome, it's a very bad feeling to leave your ID, money, and smartphone lying around openly because you assume no one will enter the room. The head and foot of the bed frame bend inward when you lie down, making you wonder if the bed will eventually collapse. Aside from the surfaces on the sink next to the faucet, there's no counter space in the bathroom. The biggest annoyance: While a kettle, capsule coffee machine, two cups with saucers, and a spoon are in the main room, there's no knife, no salt or sugar, no plates, and, above all, no fridge—even though there's space for one under the counter. The plastic bench on the balcony is quite dingy. One of the electric blinds didn't work. And: The walls are so thin that you can hear everything your neighbors say - and do.

• Konispoliati (4/5): Avoid room 204 which is right next by the reception - The receptionist was very friendly and nice, even had late check in and after check out we could leave our backpacks until late in the afternoon The photos from booking were completely different from reality. There was no fridge and no kitchen, avoid room 204 which is right next by the reception. Very disappointing ☹️

• All (2/5): Great location, but an unfortunate experience overall. - Good location I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary in this case, as I believe others should be aware of the experience we had. Unfortunately, our stay was not pleasant. The person working at the property behaved in a way that made us feel quite uncomfortable. He did not speak or understand a single word of English, which made communication extremely difficult — not only when it came to paying for our stay, but also in trying to clarify simple things such as where to leave the key upon checkout. When we tried to explain these things, he became visibly upset and, using Google Translate, expressed that he was very frustrated and angry. At one point, I left the room without my partner during the day, and was confronted quite abruptly by the host. It felt as though I was being cornered because we had not yet paid the tourist tax. I tried to explain that we had attempted to pay him the day before, but he hadn’t been present at the hotel at all that day, which made it impossible. This exchange happened in front of two other guests who were just checking in, which added to the discomfort. Ultimately, I felt pressured into withdrawing cash to pay, especially after he threatened — via Google Translate — to enter the room where my partner was sleeping if we didn’t resolve it immediately. Of course, it’s possible there was some misunderstanding due to the language barrier, but his overall attitude and body language made the situation feel quite hostile. In addition, the condition of the room was poor. The walls were extremely thin, and we could hear everything from the surrounding rooms, which made it very difficult to sleep. At one point, it even sounded like someone was inside our room, which was quite disturbing. This was a disappointing experience, and while I understand that not every stay can be perfect, I do hope this feedback helps both future guests and the host to improve communication and hospitality going forward.

The location is perfect for being off the beaten path and away from super touristy locations but close to public transportation and great places to eat, get a few necessities, or walk around the city. You’ll want some earplugs. Like any hotel in a big city, it can get noisy.

• Gunnar (8/5): Nice days in Rome and good location - Location close to the tram no 8 and easy to reach the old city and the restaurants in Trastevre. Silent. The balcony was not clean and the furniture was not nice. The pillows in bed were very hard.

The location in Trastevere was made for nice evening dine-outs and easy ways into the city using public transportation. It would have made things easier if the owner could speak English. If you know Italian however, you are good to go.

• Dana-lisa (8/5): Good stay for a couple of nights in Rome! - Room was perfect size! Saw a review about the rooms being tiny - we were very happy with the size of the room and bathroom. Host was very nice, friendly and very keen to help. Doesn’t speak English but easily managed. No natural light in the room or bathroom. Shower very easily flooded (totally manageable though with short showers) and trams aren’t currently running in the area, so closest access to public transport is about a 1.5km walk away. No rubbish bin in room.

• Laporta (10/5): Perfect overnight stay - The AC was cold (by US standards), bed and pillows were comfortable, shower pressure was great. Terrace was large and the neighborhood was very quiet. A small table on the terrace would be a nice addition
• Sara (1/5): Extremely Disappointing - Nothing. We checked out within a few hours of checking into our pre-booked three day stay. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with toilet clogged up after first use. Photos on booking.com are taken from angles to make room look better than it is. The room is very tiny. The owner doesn't speak a word of English, so communication is difficult. Creaking bed and lighting was morbid. The coffee machine and amenities appear to not have been cleaned for months. Our worst accommodation through booking.com ever and we have booked over 20 accommodations in the last couple of years. It ruined our first night in Rome. Wish booking.com didn't put on comments like "rare find" or "you are in luck, this accommodation is usually not available" to make a sale. I felt very unsafe from a health point of view.

• Damien (6/5): When in Rome - Location was good, not too far from the city center, restaurants around were good and not too close to nightlife to be bothered by the noise. Coffee in the morning and tea. Size of the room was good. Host was nice and waited for us for late check-in. Mattress was really bad, a lot of bumps coming out and really not nice to sleep on it. Room on the picture was not comparable with the one we got and the walls were quite thin. Not super cozy. Communication not super easy since nobody speaks English. Overall the big lowlight is the mattress that needs to be changed

• Shipton (10/5): Perfect for a short stay in Rome. - No breakfast at this location but plenty of local venues within walking distance. Paulo gave us a simple to follow street map with all the attractions. We selected this venue because it was within a good walking distance to the Vatican City & central Rome if you like walking but there are plenty of public transport options buses, escooter / ebike etc... Found the building using google maps direction very easily press 108 to enter the building, go to the main reception turn left to the left-side stair case / lift to level 2. We arrived early than expected but Paulo was there within minutes to let us in. We only stayed for night & this was ideal, we walked to the vatican city from here & the route pictured we past loads of restaurants, bars & ate in Lascala on the way back & for city the prices were in this are of the city. No negatives...
• Karen (5/5): Location was moderately good although a bit of a hike from train terminal (Trastevere and Termini). - It was very close to via Trastevere. The host was very pleasant. Directions were good - we found location quickly. Coffee could have been provided. Very small room. Picture did not represent our room, at all. No outside sitting area. No common kitchen area. I would. It stay here again. Clean though.

• Brian (8/5): Good stay in Trastevere - The space, location, host and value were all good. The coffee machine was dirty so I could not enjoy the coffee. The water tank should be properly cleaned and machine descaled. Also, one of the towels had a stuck on hard material on it. Other than these 2 things no complaints.
