- Tore (10/5): - Perfekt beliggenhet for en tur til Roma. Domus Minervae ligger svært sentralt, med gangavstand til nesten alt av Romas historiske severdigheter. Området er fullt av gode steder å spise frokost, og det er også mange bra restauranter i nærheten. Domus Minervae ligger i en stille og rolig gate midt i Romas travle sentrum.
- Catriona (3/5): Great location, but disappointing experience with host and additional charges - The location of this property is excellent—within easy walking distance of major attractions such as the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and the Victor Emmanuel Monument. The building itself is historic, dating back to the 17th century, which adds to its charm. The bathroom and shower were very good, and the on-site porter was kind and helpful. Kitchen facilities were adequate for a short stay. Unfortunately, our experience with the host was disappointing. From the outset, there were concerns around transparency. We were offered an airport transfer by van for €90, despite the standard fixed fare being €55. Communication regarding additional charges was unclear and uncomfortable. The city tax (€5 per person per night) was expected and reasonable. However, the laundry fee (€30 per person) felt excessive—especially as a family of four staying five nights, bringing the total extra charges to €220 on top of our accomodation cost. These costs were not clearly outlined in advance, and pricing appeared inconsistent across platforms (listed as €25 elsewhere). A receipt for the laundry service was requested but never provided. The host became rude and impatient regarding payment, repeatedly requesting cash and contacting us by phone and message. At one point, we were told we would be reported to the Municipality of Rome for non-payment, despite not yet having had a reasonable opportunity to settle the charges, as we arrived over the weekend and were out sightseeing during the following days. The apartment itself did not meet expectations. Cleanliness was below standard - dusty. The layout is disorganized, and much of the furniture and kitchen equipment is oudated and needing replacement. There was a ashing machine in apartment but not fit for use and no dryer either. Wifi was poor. Nosiy at night time. Would not recommend and definitley would not return there if visiting Rome again.

A quatre personnes , Nous avons y passé une semaine sans nous marcher dessus . Pas de bruit à l’extérieur.

- GBB 1962 (7/5): Roma domus - location was perfect! it was advertised as 3 bedrooms but was only 2. one room had 3 beds, which did not suit our group. the decor was dated and and sparse. the kitchen lacked amenities.

- Noel (8/5): Location is key - Best location. Close to everything and can walk to all. Very safe part of the town. The host was very accommodating and responsive. All good. Maybe they need to update to more comfortable furniture, but we weren't in the apartment that much.
- Becton (8/5): It was perfect for us, beautiful, comfortable and in a great area! Can't wait to return! - The location was perfect, we were within walking distance to many locations. It was beautiful inside and out. Each room had it's own unique personality, kitchen and bath facilities, and the Host was available to help us when needed. The only negative was noise on the street being very loud at night. It affected the front corner room the most. Even though it is located on a side street, and has less traffic than a major road, the echos from voices and a trash truck were very loud.
- Valeria (7/5): Well located in an old building - The building is very old and has a lot of charm and personality. The ceilings of the apartment are beautifully decorated. It is very well situated for walking around the city. The kitchen is easy to use. The bathroom and shower work perfectly. The communication with the host was very fluent and he was very helpful for getting airport transfers at night. The individual beds are two cots weirdly set up one in front of the other. Check all the photos, I wasn't expecting the last ones to be the second room. I had higher expectations. The furniture is a random collection, some are nice antiques but some are cheap modern, and need replacing. One of the sofas' armrests was broken.

- Maybelle (5/5): Owner makes you feel unwelcome - Cool, old apartment. Excellent a/c. Quirky but operative old elevator Wow. Simply the most offensive host ever. Charged $150 for towels and sheets. Wouldnt let us in until it was paid in cash up front. Paid a cleaning fee, fine, but then posted signs that said everything was supposed to be cleaned or an additional charge? Rented the place partly because it had a laundry machine, however it doesnt actually DRY anything. What the hell is the point?
