- Sára (7/5): Az árához képest voltak olyan alaphiányosságok, amiket egy ilyen jellegű hotel nem engedhet meg. - Nagyon jó volt az elhelyezkedése, központi volt, de mégsem zajos. A szobát már reggel átvehettük, nem kellett délutánig várni. A reggeli finom volt, és volt bekészítve a szobába is kávé és tea. A reggelinél variálták hova ülhetünk le, nem válaszhattunk asztalt pedig bőven volt szabad. Az utolsó reggelinknél ráadául a bár részben helyeztek el minket egy sötét zugba, ahol a svédasztalnak csak a fele volt elérhető, a többit a la carte kellett megrendelnünk. Végül egy mini adagot kaptunk így a meleg kínálatból, annak ellenére, hogy a szoba díjában svédasztalos reggeli volt. A szobában az ablakot nem tudtuk becsukni, mert rossz volt az ár. Folyamatosan pöceszag volt a szobában, hiába volt végig nyitva az ablak és ment a szagelszívó. A falak papírvékonyak, így szombat éjjel a szomszéd szobában mikor hazaértek a vendégek, végighallgattuk ahogy öklendeznek a szombati buli után az éjjel közepén.

- Serbest (8/5): - I arrived at the hotel around 1pm, and my room was already ready, so the check-in process was very smooth and easy. The room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was also excellent, with easy access to restaurants and shops nearby. I decided to extend my stay by one more night, and the front desk team was very helpful throughout the process. Although the hotel was fully booked, they still managed to keep me in the same room, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was included in my booking, and I tried it on the first morning. Unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. After being shown to my table, I noticed that the air conditioning in that area was extremely strong, making it too cold to enjoy breakfast comfortably. I politely asked to move to another area, especially since the main dining area was mostly empty at the time. However, the staff member who had shown me to my table did not seem pleased with my request, and the only response I received was a cold “okay.” For a 4-star hotel, I expected a much higher standard of breakfast and customer service. Sadly, both the service and the breakfast quality were poor. The selection was very limited, and the food itself was disappointing. I couldn’t even finish the scrambled eggs. In the end, I decided to cancel breakfast for the following morning. Afterwards, I checked other guest reviews and realised that this appears to be a well-known and recurring issue.

- Adams (6/5): Comfortable room but very loud at night - The room was quite nice and the shower was excellent. It had good pressure and was very hot. The room was also spacious. Reception held my bags for me the last day, and they let me check in early. All of the staff were very nice. The room was uncomfortably warm in the night. The heating was on when I arrived, even though it was April. I was able to turn the heating off but it never really cooled down below 23 degrees. I was on the ground level and did not want the window open, so I just dealt with the heat. The primary reason I wouldn't really recommend this hotel is because it was extremely loud at night. Road noise, people noise, and delivery lorries were very loud the entire night. I was not in Dublin during any kind of holiday, it was not a Friday or weekend, and yet it was endless noise, it never stopped. The worst was at 4:30 in the morning when a delivery vehicle parked up right outside my window and was unloading things for 30 min. My alarm was set for 5:30 and I sort of just had to get up. It was very disappointing. The location wasn't great for tourists. Yes, it's near to bus/tram connections and it is a walking distance to a lot of attractions, but it's a bit of a long walk down O'Connell street. I also happened to be visiting during a lot of protests, so to get anywhere I had to walk all the way through all of the protests in order to get to the tram or the other side of the city. It felt very safe and the protesters cleared out by 6 or 7 in the evening, but it was annoying to have to be in the middle of the protests to go anywhere. If I were going back to Dublin I would have chosen a different neighbourhood, probably closer to Trinity College or the Cathedral (on the other side of the river).

- Anne (6/5): Viel tegen - Goede locatie tov centrum. Het is een erg warm hotel. Het is eind mei en de kachel staat te loeien. Blijkt probleem te zijn wat al langer bestaat, want met verzoek of ze hem op de kamer uit konden zetten kwamen ze gelijk met ventilator aan. Vind ik niet een optie voor een kamer van ruim 350 euro per nacht. Wanneer je raam open hebt veel geluidoverlast van generator in de buurt. Ik zou het hotel niet aanraden. Kregen een nieuwe kamer die ietswat koeler was maar nog steeds met geluidoverlast. Ontbijt was redelijk maar het hotel komt er niet goed uit met prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Lo sconsiglio a chi è in viaggio per lavoro - Struttura piacevole arredata con gusto e ben conservata Ero sul posto per lavoro ho scoperto che la colazione era dalle 7:30 del mattino, quando io dovevo uscire almeno mezz’ora prima. Questa informazione non era nota all’atto della prenotazione e la trovo davvero poco trasparente considerato che la colazione vale 20€ al giorno. Alla reception, il Personale era Gentile, ma non preparato. L’unica lingua parlata è l’inglese. Per un hotel quattro stelle mi sembra insoddisfacente. Per arrivare alla mia camera in un fabbricato adiacente dietro quello d’ingresso, si devono percorrere 300 m circa i corridoi. Non comodo e complicato per chi si orienta poco.

Nothing the hotel can do about the area, it is what it is - staff, room size, general facilities, proximity to city centre cleanliness in room was not acceptable (bloody on a bedsheet), hairs found around the bed area etc. It is also in a part of the city which has some undesirable people hanging around (drunks, drug addicts etc). I felt that I needed to taxi back to the hotel late at night as didnt feel safe area.

Le personnel du restaurant et du bar est très sympathique Le personnel de la réception est peu souriant et peu affable. Le petit déjeuner anglais était peu fourni pas très varié (mais cela convient pour un court séjour). Le quartier le soir est fréquenté par énormément de toxicomanes (mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel).
