- nourhani2026 (2/5): Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Unsafe, Unhygienic, Disrespectful Staff & Refund Still Missing - The entire stay has been extremely disappointing. The room condition was very poor, with water leaking from the shower and flooding the room, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. In addition, the bathroom floor tiles were loose and unstable, posing a safety hazard during our stay. The elevator was also in very poor condition and highly concerning, as it was used both by guests and for transporting garbage, which is completely unacceptable in a hotel of this standard. The breakfast experience was equally disturbing. The coffee machine was not functioning, and the cups had a strong unpleasant smell, making them unusable. I also observed serious hygiene concerns, as the same elevator used for waste transportation appeared to be used by staff during service operations. Furthermore, I saw staff handling and preparing food, including cutting fruit, without wearing gloves, which is highly unhygienic. Additionally, we were unable to sleep due to constant noise from the room above us, which made the stay even more unbearable. I also had a very serious incident with one staff member who behaved in a rude and aggressive manner, spoke disrespectfully, and threw the room key towards us in front of other guests. Despite the seriousness of this incident, the hotel never even attempted to apologize or properly address what happened. To make matters worse, the hotel charged a deposit from my card which has still not been refunded despite multiple complaints and providing official bank proof. I spent nearly $3000 on this stay, and honestly it felt like throwing money in the trash. The complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had

- Eliahu (7/5): סה"כ מקום לשים את הראש לא יותר. - הצוות מחייך. 1. ביקשתי חודשיים וחצי מראש 2 מיטות יחיד נפרדות לא קיבלתי. 2. ביקשתי חודשיים וחצי מראש חדר עם נוף, קיבלתי חדר עם קיר וחלונות מ 3 כיוונים מהחלון. 3. לא החליפו מגבות רק כשמבקשים. 4. בעקבות עיקוב בטיסה ביקשתי צ'ק אאוט מאוחר איפשרו לי רק עד 11:30 ביקשתי עוד איפשרו עד 12:00 אבל לא יותר מזה. 5. אין מגוון מספק בחדר אוכל, אני הסתדרתי לבת שלי היה פחות מה לאכול. 6. בחדר אוכל לא מילאו דברים שנגמרו בסוף הארוחה דברים נאלצתי לבקש. 7. המעלית מאוד קטנה. 8. הטיול היה בכדי לחגוג יומולדת לבת שלי והיא קיבלה בקבוק מים מתנה, לא השתמשנו השארנו להם אותו. 9. אמבטיה קטנה מאוד. 10. חדר קטן יחסית. 11. מיני בר קטנציק.

- Dan (8/5): good stay very near Opera - Room is a bit small, but well-designed. Staff were great; buffet breakfast excellent quality. Very nice seating areas near the lobby. My two complaints would be that the elevator is very small, and that< as seems to be common in France, the larger bed is made up of two smaller beds united under bedding, so the seam is still readily apparent.

- sinead (1/5): Terrible - Dear Booking.com Customer Service Team, and Management of Golden Tulip Opera de Noailles, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel in Paris. My sister and I stayed in Room 407, where we shared a double bed. Following our stay, we have both developed multiple painful welts consistent with bed bug bites. This has caused significant discomfort, distress, and concern, particularly given the hygiene and safety standards we expected from a hotel of this reputation. This issue has had a direct impact on our health and wellbeing, as well as our overall experience of the trip. In addition, we are now facing the inconvenience and cost of ensuring that our clothing and belongings are properly cleaned to prevent any further contamination. Given the seriousness of this matter, I would ask that: * This complaint is investigated as a matter of urgency * Immediate action is taken to inspect and treat Room 407 and surrounding rooms * Appropriate compensation is considered for the distress, discomfort, and disruption caused I would appreciate a prompt response outlining the steps you intend to take. I am happy to provide photographic evidence of the bites if required. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I trust it will be handled with the seriousness it warrants. - Christiane (9/5): - L'emplacement Il y a un seul ascenseur qui est trop petit et ne prend que 3 personnes. Quand on est au 5e ou 6e étage, il y a beaucoup d'attente surtout à l'heure du petit déjeuner ou des arrivées et départs. Pas très pratique pour les valises!

- CHRISTOPHE (9/5): Excellent établissement au cœur du quartier Opéra - Personnel extrêmement serviable et sympathique, très bon emplacement dans une rue calme, au cœur du quartier de l'Opéra, literie confortable, petit-déjeuner complet, prix tout à fait raisonnable... La chambre est un peu petite, comme souvent à Paris.

- Savona (10/5): Semplicemente MERAVIGLIOSO - L’hotel è pulitissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio. Lo staff è super disponibile per qualunque esigenza. Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa di migliorabile, l’ascensore è abbastanza piccolo e un pó scomodo. Ma l’hotel è davvero fantastico e non credo che le dimensioni dell’ascensore possano alterare il mio giudizio.

The room condition was very poor, with water leaking from the shower and flooding the room, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. In addition, the bathroom floor tiles were loose and unstable, posing a safety hazard and causing injury to our feet during our stay. The elevator was also in very poor condition and highly concerning, as it was used both by guests and for transporting garbage, which is completely unacceptable in a hotel of this standard. The breakfast experience was equally disturbing. The coffee machine was not functioning, and the cups had a strong unpleasant smell, making them unusable. I also observed serious hygiene concerns, as the same elevator used for waste transportation appeared to be used by staff during service operations. Furthermore, I saw staff handling and preparing food, including cutting fruit, without wearing gloves, which is highly unhygienic. Additionally, we were unable to sleep due to constant noise from the room above us, which made the stay even more unbearable. I had a very serious incident with one staff member who behaved in a rude and aggressive manner, spoke disrespectfully, and threw the room key at us in front of other guests. Despite the seriousness of this incident, no apology or responsibility was offered by the hotel. I would like to clarify that during the incident, the situation was highly stressful and emotionally distressing for me and my family, especially my elderly mother, who was visibly affected. The photo I took was captured at the moment when the staff member was still disregarding us and speaking to another guest without any attempt to apologize or acknowledge the situation, despite my mother being visibly distressed. I was with my elderly parents, and the situation caused extreme stress. My mother became unwell, and her blood pressure reached a very dangerous level due to fear and stress. Nothing
