I was woken up very early by noise outside my room. There was a staff cubaord or something close to my room and i think things were being either dragged, smashed or thrown into it. I could also here people walking up and down the corridors having conversations. As a result my sleep was very broken and my whole day made that much harder because i was knackered.
Brian (5/5): Apart from a few niggles it is in a good spot for getting around London - location was good close to the tube and mainline station The shower pressure was abysmal and the toilet cistern sometimes would take half an hour to refill . There was no vanity mirror in the bedroom. Breakfast was very good apart from there was no gluten free bread available on all three days we stayed even though there is a dedicated toaster. My wife is celiac .

Very close to Euston Train Station, that was important for our train trips. Nothing went wrong. Only complaint can be the check-out warning. Some lady knocked our door and told us it is time for check-out. The weird thing is it was 10am and we had 2 more hours. We found it quite unpolite. But one staff’s behavior can’t blame the rest.

I've seen a lot of complaints about staff at check-in. They may not be the smiliest ever but they certainly weren't unfriendly and helped with everything we needed. Nothing, was all good.

I am a very picky person, I like clean and this hotel smelled lovely and fresh the moment we walked in. The bathroom was so clean, the bath a rare decent size to have a soak in, a huge clean lovely shower that didnt leak all over the floor which is very rare, and it was so clean. The TV a decent size, decent tea bags which I love !! Decent iron, when we called facilities for an extra bed sheets they were there in two minutes. The air con was decent too. Ive read other reviews with people whinging about the room being too warm, but there things called "WINDOWS" which when opened, let in "FRESH AIR", The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel is a two minute walk from Euston station, lots of places ro eat and drink and we had a great stay.

The bathroom is large with a bath and separate shower. Very clean. Air con is efficient and the room is bright and spacious. Check-in was hassle-free and staff are polite and friendly.

Chris (4/5): Nice room, but very hard and uncomfortable entrance for wheelchair - I liked the room, the breakfast, the polite member of staff who accompanied us in. My brother is a wheelchair user and there was no lift at the main entrance so we were directed to a diode entrance. The side entrance lift had rubbish in it, we were down to a small court yard with bins. We were directed into the kitchens and staff cloak room and I had to push the wheelchair with a lot of my power to get over the steep step to get into the staff section of the hotel. We were then brought into the main hotel, which was clean and tidy and adequate. We were stuck about whether to leave the hotel because of the difficulties to get a staff member to escort us to the rubbish bins in the courtyard and onto the outdoor. I cannot claim to know architecture or building, but just brainstorming- could the hotel management not pay an architect or builder out of excess profits to construct a lift on the main entrance removing the right or left section of the steps. The entrance for disabled people could be at the front and not at the side with the rubbish bins.
DanJM123 (4/5): Dior Hilton not the standard expected - This is my second business stay here as the location is convenient for Euston. I slept slightly better as I wasn’t in a rooftop boiler house room this time having been given an upgrade for diamond status. The room itself was fine and the bed was comfortable however in the morning I found lots of bugs in the sink which show they don’t clean up very well. I also found a false eyelash in my towel and pillows I requested had stains on them! For supposedly refurbished rooms there are carpets that are loose and many broken fittings. The corridors and hotel generally look dated and tired. Bar service is slow and unfriendly and breakfast is in a very small room, there is a reasonable selection but the environment is just unwelcoming and unpleasant. Nothing has improved since my last stay and I would advise anyone in their right mind to avoid if you can there are better options in London!

Firstly, I would like to mention a staff member—possibly named Niteesh—whose manner came across as quite rude. Unfortunately, I also found the bartender on duty yesterday afternoon to be similarly unwelcoming. Additionally, I was surprised and dissatisfied with how the complimentary drink (offered due to our room not being ready) was handled. We were informed that it was limited strictly to a pint of Stella, with no alternative options available, which felt unnecessarily restrictive and poorly communicated. The room itself was also uncomfortable, with the temperature set at 25 degrees, making it extremely difficult to relax. Furthermore, the delay in having our room ready caused us to be late for our show, which added significant frustration to the experience. Overall, this fell well below expectations, and I will be submitting a formal complaint regarding these issues

meridian_east (8/5): Great location for Euston - A couple minutes walk from Euston Station and about a 10 min walk from St Pancras International. There are a few pubs and restaurants in the area. It's a busy area but feels safe. The hotel was lovely, reception area and bar were quite nice. Our room was quite spacious as we got a members upgrade. Nice, clean and comfortable room with large shower and bath. Would stay here again if traveling to/from Euston or St Pancras.

The service at breakfast and at the bar was excellent, and all the staff were smiling and in a great mood, creating a very nice atmosphere. The location is also very good. I really enjoyed my stay and it was definitely worth the money I paid. Highly recommended!
