• Cliff68 (7/5): Netter Aufenthalt - Sehr gute Lage des Hotels an der Metro, die einen direkt in ca. 20 - 30 Minuten in die Innenstadt (Louvre) bringt. In 20 - 30 Minuten ist man mit einem Uber am Flughafen CDG. Das Hotel war sauber und entsprach den Erwartungen für den Preis Es sind gute Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein, hier passen Preis / Leistung nicht wirklich. Wäre es im Buchungspreis nicht enthalten gewesen, hätten wir eine andere Option gesucht.

• Tobias (4/5): Too expensive in spite of the lack of quality in respect to service and as non-smoking hotel. - The hotel is very near the Metro and it is easy to catch the metro to reach all tourist highlights. Although the hotel is a non/smoking hotel, there was severe smoke smell in the restroom and bathroom, which came in through the ventilation system. We could literally smell when someone was smoking in some other apartment. Further, we had some technical issue with some heater and reported it to the reception staff. It turned out on our departure that this issue was never forwarded to the technician. In addition, the reception staff was not ware about our early arrival. Be aware that the bedroom is very small and there is no real space to walk around the bed.

On entend le bruit du train pendant la nuit à cause de la mauvaise isolation. L’hôtel se situe à La Villette, un quartier où il faut être prudent, surtout si vous utilisez le métro. Une règle de l’hôtel précise qu’au-delà d’une semaine de séjour, le nettoyage du studio sera inclus. Le chauffage est médiocre.

Si vous êtes sensibles au bruit il est quand même préférable de prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles.

• Elisa (7/5): Si pero... - Bien, sin sorpresas: limpio y cama cómoda El parque de La Villete no es recomendable cuando oscurece. La ubicación muy acertada si vas a un concierto. El lavabo muy alto, mido 1'60 y me asee con dificultad. Todo correcto pero sin nada emocionante, se agradecería algún detalle de bienvenida en la habitación: un par de cápsulas café, botellita de agua... Son pequeños detalles que no cuestan mucho y los clientes quedan sorprendidos gratamente.

• Giorgia (8/5): - L’appartamento, per quanto minuto, ha tutti gli spazi necessari per un soggiorno di qualche giorno a Parigi. Si presenta pulito e munito delle principali comodità (asciugacapelli, stoviglie, utensili da cucina…). Nonostante la zona possa mettere un po’ di inquietudine, l’hotel é sicuro e garantisce l’accesso solo ai propri ospiti. I ragazzi alla reception sono molto gentili e si impegnano per trovare una soluzione alle varie richieste degli utenti. Se posso dare un consiglio, aggiungerei elementi base che possano aiutare l’attività in cucina come ad esempio: sale, zucchero, olio e tovaglioli. Da non sottovalutare la vicinanza alla metro, treno, e stazione degli autobus, da cui passa anche l’aerobus per l’aeroporto Beauvais. Nei dintorni si trovano anche 3 supermercati e qualche locale. Comoda la possibilità di lasciare gli zaini se si arriva in anticipo o se si lascia la camera prima della partenza effettiva. La zona é molto multietnica e ospita anche diversi senzatetto, non del tutto sicura soprattutto nelle ore notturne. Spesso per raggiungere le principali attrazioni bisogna cambiare linea della metro e, a parte il Louvre e la Galleria de la Fayette, bisogna considerare sui 30-40 min totali di viaggio per raggiungere qualsiasi punto.

• Elżbieta (8/5): Bardzo udany pobyt. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta dzięki położeniu obok stacji metra. - Hotel jest bardzo dobrze położony. Koło hotelu jest stacja metra linii 7. Pokój z aneksem kuchennym nie był przesadnie duży ale wyposażony był we wszystko co potrzeba. Wyposażenie kuchni bardzo na plus (cedzak). Spory stół. Łóżko wygodne. Osobno toaleta i łazienka. W hotelu bardzo wygodna opcja z przechowaniem bagażu. Blisko hotelu znajdują się co najmniej dwa sklepy spożywcze. Najbliższy w odległości jakiś 200m, może mniej. Nasz pokój był na trzecim piętrze i było słychać hałasy z ulicy. Szczególnie tramwaje. Szczęśliwie zatyczki do uszu rozwiązały sprawę. Przypuszczalnie pokoje po drugiej stronie nie maja takiego problemu.

• Ankush (9/5): Great location and practical amenities - The place is conveniently located near the metro station, which makes getting around the city easy. The room was clean and well-maintained. A real plus was the luggage storage room — perfect for storing bags after check-out so you can keep exploring without dragging everything along. The kitchen was well-equipped with most of what you'd need to prepare your own meals, which is a nice way to save on dining out. Would recommend for a comfortable, hassle-free stay. Vegetarian options in breakfast

Excellente isolation phonique et belle vue dégagée dans notre logement avec grande terrasse au 8e étage de l'établissement. Accueil très chaleureux et attentionné. P.S. Le bruit sourd du métro souterrain n'était pas gênant et apportait un élément dépaysant à nous, touristes. la salle de bain n'est pas pratique et la baignoire pourrait être utilement remplacée par une douche.

Petit déjeuner sympa mais un peu cher pour les prestations proposées. Personnel sympathique. Nous avions demandé un logement coté cours et nous avons été placé coté route et au 2eme étage donc extrêmement bruyant.

• f1d115cd61a671054587bd81d1b1d00b (8/5): Aparthotel en La Villete - Aparthotel ubicado en La Villete que tiene una estacion de Metro (linea 7 - Rosa) al lado, y tambien el tranvía. La habitacion para 4 personas es correcta y esta bien equipada para cocinar. No hacen la habitacion a no ser que pases mas de siete dias alojado. Cerca del hotel hay un pequeño supermercado donde comprar de todo para cocinar. Esta en el norte de Paris y eso se nota (presencia de gente racializada). En los alrededores la presencia de algunos vagabundos puede resultar intimidatoria para ciertas personas y ciertas horas, pero justo al lado del hotel hya otro de 4 estrellas de la cena Moxy y al otro lado de la calle otro de la calle otro de la cadena Hiltn Garden Inn o sea que la zona no esta aislada turisticamente hablando. Simplemente saber donde se esta y ya.

La cucina è dotata degli accessori essenziali per cucinare su una piastra a induzione, manca però la piastra adattatore per il fornello a induzione per chi volesse è portarsi una moka da casa. Mancaanza di una scopa e una paletta per pulire il pavimento dopo un pasto. Il WC non si trova nella stessa stanza del bagno (nessun bidet).

Appartamento molto pulito e accogliente; dotato di una cameretta perfetta per far dormire il bimbo! Porte un po’ datate e cigolanti ma funzionanti. Arredato e fornito con tutto il necessario. Posizione non centrale però ben servita con i metro/tram e tutti i servizi essenziali a portata di mano! Nulla!
