The room was clean and spacious. the location of the hotel is perfect - just a few meters from the metro entry and the tram stop. Through the few metro stops you are just at the center of Prague - Stare Mesto. There is no any wardrobe at the room, just one shelf which is not enough.

• Michal (7/5): Špatné odhlučnění, teplota. Jinak hezký hotel se servisem - Do hotelu jezdím už roky, dobrý lokalita, architektura, stálost. Postele pohodlné, televize velká, wifi stabilní, polštářů i ručníků dostatek, stejně jako hygienických potřeba a na vyžádání zdarma i kartáček. Flexibilní domluva s konkrétním pokojem i relativně s check outem. Hezký inteiér v lobby i po odstranění legendárních soch. Také zdarma business koutek a tiskárna. Největší negativa za mne byly obrovská hlučnost v noci (pokoj se spojenými dveřmi) a po ránu. Šel jsem pozdě spát a od rána celé dopoledne silné rány ze všech stran (chodba a pokoje housekeeping), sousedi vedle i nas, vše velmi slyšet. Druhý velkým dlouhodobým nendostatkem je špatná (žádná) regulace teploty, takže na pokoji v chladných dnech velmi zima. Neřešitelné ani po telefonátu na recepci. Dříve půjčoval hotel ohřívač, nyní ne. Také nedostatečné závěsy. Škoda, tento legendární hotel má potenciál, po několika investicích a péči by to mohlo být útulnější místo. I tak díky za vše.

• Monika (8/5): Overall our stay was very pleasant and we will certainly return to this hotel. - Good value for the price. Location and breakfast buffet were excellent. The front desk customer service needs improvement in terms of friendliness and willingness to assist guests. Interactions often come across as though guests are inconveniencing the front desk staff when making requests, which creates an unwelcoming experience. In contrast, the Front Service Manager handles guest concerns with a high level of respect and professionalism,. His approach demonstrates the standard of customer care that guests would expect from the entire front desk team.
